I had extreme pain in my right wrist and I had trouble working out and doing simple tasks. After receiving treatment my wrist feels as good as new. The level of care I received was top notch and I received detailed information on my injury and the approach that was taken. I looked up on Google after my motor vehicle accident and spectrum came highly rated. From the very first moment, I could understand why. The receptionists are so kind, and bubbly and they’re on top of appointments and are so easy with schedule changes and working around what works best for you.
The owner is awesome and chose great people; every physiotherapist I’ve seen there has known my pain points because of their communication and came up with an action plan to help my pain.
The massage therapist at the other location Anthony is super knowledgeable and talented. Communicates and really cares about how you’re feeling and being a part of your healing.
Last, but not least Chang, the acupuncturist is the best I’ve known my mom and I go to him and wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Manas and his team provide excellent service. I have been to them a few times and their services are nothing short of excellent. Manas fixed my chronic knee pain of 4 years in 4 months. I would absolutely recommend them without a blink.

I’ve been struggling with chronic shoulder rotator cuff pain for many years now & got treated by Manas. Manas is a really knowledgeable, super friendly, professional and experienced Physiotherapist. He used various techniques like dry needling, manual therapy, cupping, ultra sound etc.and has relieved me of this pain in just 3 sessions. I can’t thank him enough for this. The clinic is really upscale, beautiful & very clean with professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended this place! Two Thumbs up to the entire team!

A great environment for rehabilitation for anyone that is having difficulties coping with an injury. The physiotherapists are all very friendly and professional. The assistants are amazing, always interactive. The front desk staff are also very respectful. I recommend this clinic.
