Carts are fun but service was GARBAGE! The guys running the carts were alright I’d rate them a 5-10. The girls at the front desk were terrible treated me and my group like garbage. The one was fine but the other was more aggressive than a chihuahua. They need name tags so that you can specify who is at fault

I visited Speeders for three races, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. But the real issue was that they secretly controlled the speeds of the karts during our races without informing us. Our karts were deliberately slowed down in two out of three races, which completely ruined the excitement. For the price we paid, it’s definitely not worth it.
The lack of transparency about speed adjustments left us feeling cheated and frustrated. The anticipation of racing at full throttle turned into disappointment as our karts struggled to keep up with our expectations.
Moreover, the staff’s attitude exacerbated the situation. Their dismissive behavior and refusal to address our concerns only added to our frustration.
In summary, they failed to deliver on its promise of high-speed excitement. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend it to anyone seeking a speedy go-karting experience.

Nice place to have fun as adults. A bit of adrenaline, a kart indoor competition and a clean place. The price is also affordable.

What a hoot, electric, wheeeeeeee! Still buzzing from the adrenaline. Carts are 55 km/hr but you can qualify after 4-5 races for the 75km/hr speeds!

Just two words "Never again". If you are planning to go in groups, pick a better place. They can't handle. Totally ruined the experience for us.

I forget how much fun this place is every time until I come back. Everyone had a blast at the track for our team building the other day. The carts are starting to show some age but they still throw down.

I recently visited with high expectations due to my past experience about 2 years back, but my experience left much to be desired.

At first, it took 2 reminder calls just to get someone to call back and book an event. After reaching there, we realized that the staff was totally experienced. Just to allow another person to the race within the same time frame as us (not even the same races), it took multiple explanations. While our group discussed options that might work, the receptionist just left us unattended and went to work another desk.

Secondly, our race started more than 20 minutes later than the scheduled time despite of us informing in advance that we have further plans.

Thirdly, 1 or 2 go-karts kept breaking in each race which led to reduced race time and poor experience.

Fourthly, we had a big group and the multiple people in our group were doing it for the first time so they drifted and bumped into each other. So in the 2nd race, the staff came up with a genius solution to reduce the speed on all carts and gave us 'tuk-tuk' like power on the carts, without telling us. After the really poor experience in the 2nd race, we spoke to the staff at length and at first they told us that we were braking (allegedly the brakes on the carts are very sensitive) and accelerating at the same time and therefore, the speed was lesser than the first race.

After countering the staff with the fact that it is not possible that everyone is braking unknowingly, we were told the real reason for the slow speeds.

Then we asked the staff to break the group into 2 so that everyone has some length of the track to themselves and the problem solves itself. This request was ofcourse quickly denied but we were given a false assurance that the 3rd race would be better again (we ofcourse learnt about it later).

In the 3rd race, as soon as the second person drifted (not even bumped, happened in front of me), they again reduced the speed on all carts. While driving we tried to request the staff to increase the speed again but every time we passed them by, they were very conveniently not looking our way.

After we finished the last race, we spoke to the staff again but were given empty apologies and stupid excuses like 'we are running late by 20 minutes so we cannot have increased race time due to people spinning out or bumping into each other', like this is the customer's problem.

When we tried to speak to the manager in detail, we were simply told where the exit door was.

To say the least, staff's attitude was apathetic, and they showed no interest in ensuring customers had an enjoyable time.

To add to the disappointment, the pricing was not justified considering the subpar experience. We were even ready to take a partial refund after the 2nd race. It felt like a complete waste of money, and I left the place feeling dissatisfied and regretful.

In summary, I would strongly advise against visiting unless significant improvements are made in terms of staff training, and overall customer experience. Save your money and time for a more enjoyable go-karting adventure elsewhere.

Reading the other responses from the alleged owner, it seems like they are interested in only copy pasting the same standard answer for everything to everyone. Appears to me that the problem starts from the TOP.

Just like the other reviewers said earlier, very disorganized, over booked. Our group made a booking and we still had to wait 60min. It's not like a restaurant and you don't know how long people sit around. Also the track is not impressive, they need to rent the warehouse next door and expand. Its like a back yard track. My kart had electrical issues and had to switch to another one and the power varies, so trying to get a fast lap time SUCKS.

Love karting but was a little disappointed with speeders this time around unfortunately. I scheduled a race for my girlfriends birthday last night, it was meant to be at 9: 47 but we only ended up racing at almost 10: 30 which was unfortunate because I called ahead as well. I understand things happen outside of the staff's control but we did cut our dinner short to ensure we got there on time. Once we got racing my kart #34 kept having a break issue and would stop us almost every lap or two. A little over half way through they gave me a new kart because they realized the kart had a problem, but then I got a new one and the steering was loose so it would wobble really bad, and my tires were cooled so I couldn't put in another good lap before the end of the race. Just disappointed because for the price you would really hope for a little better, if not some sort of compensation for the unkept karts ruining your race. It didn't quite seem fair to me that I pay the same price to have our race dampened by things out of our control, not super fun when your kart stops every lap and a half.

Great environment. The karts were quicker than I expected. I liked the track layout and the fact that they tracked your lap times.

Great place. Went here for a birthday. Definitely book in advance, spots fill up quick. Great service with a fun family atmosphere.

Nice racing track and cars are well maintained. Staff are friendly and communication are great.

Went with a small group and had some issues, they got it sorted gave us an extra race too.overall much better under it's current management and more enjoyable now

I went here for the first time with my brother and my cousin. We were so excited to go, waited the whole weekend! Though we did go late in the evening due to spots filling up quickly, so I suggest booking in advance. It was absolutely so fun once we got in the kart and starting racing! Though the seats were rough. Maybe you can make the seats softer, because it did end up making my back a bit red and sore. But I will be coming back often!

Big area to race around and karts are pretty quick. Kinda weird having to make an account just to go racing but overall a good experience.

Good place to hqve fun with your friends. Make sure Atleast 5 of them go together. You can race against each other and it's fun

Great facilities, but mixed opinion on workers. They were all very friendly, but they were running behind schedule. Yet, they gave a solo run to one of their workers for a full 14 laps, delaying our visit even further. They ended up refunding our group for the race we missed, since we were late to our next engagement, but seemed like a lapse in decision making on their part.
