Super speedy. Best thing is to take your car there for whatever issue you're having as they can diagnose it best then. They found a crankcase leak from me asking them to replace my oil pan heater cord and we able to get the necessary repairs all done within the day.

Have brought the wife's vehical here from time to time. Now while I was in school she had a misfire on cylinder 3. So she brought it in to be looked at. Now they charged her over 1000$ for the spark plugs. All 6 and one coil. Now for the rest of the coils they wanted 900 extra dollars! You have to pull the coils to get at the spark plugs meaning the labor was done already! The coils is about 30 bucks so not sure where the other 700 dollars came from. They also fixed her door handle one time and it still doesn't work properly. While all mechanic shops charge alot for these jobs, this seemd very unreasonable. Beware and get quotes from other garages to be safe. Where they went wrong was 900 for the new coils. Wearhouse services has way cheaper coils. Amazon sells the for around 50 bucks. Indact you can get a pack of them for 100 bucks. Spark plugs no more than 150. Computer was used. I approved because I didn't have a choice at the time.

Do not recommend. Very incompetent and dishonest. Update * unfortunately had to return because the break work that was done in my vehicle was insufficient and my breaks gave out after a few days. They Charged me another $200 to fix what I already paid $4500 for. Then they had the nerve to tell me if " I didn't remove my review, I wouldn't get very far with the owner in the future". Maybe do better work for good reviews, instead of trying to bribe people to remove the honest reviews.

Keep going back to these guys. Great front team and great mechanical team. Honest work honest prices. I never hesitate to take my vehicle here.

I brought my car in for an oil change without an appointment and they were more than happy to take me in last minute. Second time I brought my car in for a diagnostic to see why my engine light was on. Both occasions I was helped immediately and service was quick and efficient. Had some issues with my catalytic converter, but with the solution they sold me and instructions on what to do, the engine light is now off.

I booked my car in for my semiannual tire/rubber swap they made the process very seamless from start to finish. The service technician/mechanic (AL) that worked on my car was friendly and very professional and greeted me when I picked up my car. I find the pricing is 20% less than the dealership and they accommodated my schedule. This is the second time I've brought my vehicle here and will continue to do so. Especially now that my warranty has expired and maintenance cost and quantity of service is important to me.

I got my winter tires changed to all season tires here and they did it very quickly. The staff were all friendly and did a great job! So I brought my car to get fixed both of my tail light before the year ended, I came now a month later because they broke down on me again and they did not want to fix them for me, so I paid 235 and this guy's saying it's not their problem. Has nothing speedy about it

In my knowledge and fortitude of cars, I have some experience with cars, I can change a tire, my windshield fluid, wipers and I'm starting to understand my oil a bit more. I first noticed a problem after my initial oil change from a different establishment. This happened when I went 80 km to 100 km on the Anthony Henday. All the sudden my tire was vibrating, I knew it was not a flat because it was not dragging me to one side nor was there rumbling under the hood or near the dash. This was the only symptom, but never the less, a concern. With that, I went into Speedy with the original idea that this could be a tire balance check. However, this was a much bigger grappling and dangerous concern. It was my front brakes, my back brakes, my links and all four of my tires. My front tires were "metal to metal" but I only noticed this a longer braking time. I initially shrugged this off as dealing with icy driving. As for my tires, I had two winter tires, and two regular tires. It was in bad repair - as I have gotten flats before - but I did not know by how much. The damage could only be witnessed once the tires were taken off. My tires were balding and the back rear tire, there was ten ounces of plastic found by inspection. The mechanic told me if I was driving for longer than a week; my brakes would had been drastically done for. While I could make this a gratitude for how being recently diagnosed and medicated for ADHD has saved my life. As this was the reason why I got myself to complete delayed tasks that took mental effort. Instead I am writing this in platitude to thank the team and friends that helped me that day. To those that saved my car; and thereby, my life. I would like to give my round of thanks to Brian, he both greeted and left me with smiles upon departing. He provided me transportation as my car was left in the shop for the day. He was witty, charismatic and engaging. He also provided the " ' car speak ' " translation for when there was vocabulary out of my reach. I did not have to ask him to assist me, he provided assistance and guidance for me to understand the mechanical knowledge of what was wrong with my car. The next of the rounds goes to Kenny, Ron and Terry. Ron was very knowledgeable, capable, humble and independent in his craft, he provided my re-torque. Kenny presents himself as professional, enthusiastic dedicated, insightful and well spoken. While Terry carried wisdom, respect, dedicated, sincere, understanding and guidance along with being the master of his craftsmanship. All three of these gentlemen took pride into my car, just as if they were the owners themselves and gave the best treatment possible. My car [which is a Mazda 3 2004] was a Nightmare From Elm Street before, but with their helping hand, it now drives like a 2019 Toyota Highlander! "Cars are supposed to feel this smooth? " Happy to announce that my car's driving now handles like a baby's bottom. As for Biju, he had excellent leadership for navigating situations and for the heart of his team. He also posed strong communication skills, he effectively demonstrated areas of where my car needed repair and he showed me physically why this was. Biju also showed strong traits of compassion, dedication, empathy and sincerity. Randy presented as someone who is devoted, thoughtful, charming and the voice of reason on the team. While Amit showed characteristics of authenticity, being passionate, and inquisitive. I haven't had the pleasure to interact with Mike directly, but knowing Speedy, *every* member is what makes the team the best!

Every good car has a bad day every once in a while. When my heating and cooling went right before a cold front of -30 Brian Boo was able to get me in and have the issue fixed in a day so I didn’t get frost bite in my car on the way to work! He provided an accurate estimate, got me in when my schedule was able to accommodate, had the work done the same day, and all with a smile.

I went to get a couple things replaced and on the phone they gave me a quote for way less money and said it would be done in less then half the time. Upon arrival they wanted more then double what they quoted me and double the time

They talked with me about my tires and helped me to pick the tires that would work for my truck and the type of driveing that i do
The technician went out of his way to make sure that i was getting the best deal on the best tires
i would give then another 5 out of 5
they are my goto shop for my vehicle needs

It was a really nice experience I was traveling through and they managed to fix my truck in 4 hours before the weekend and had 3 guys working on it at one point they allowed me onto the shop to see the parts that were broken for myself with was rely nice they have a can do attitude which is amazing. Would recommend

This place is the best for mechanical issues. My car cooling/A. C stopped working like a year ago and I was a bit hesitant to go to shops to get an estimate as alot of time these shops might not be honest with you so I called this place and from the very start my experience has been very good. There was a very minor issue with the A/C and they told me very honestly fixed the issue same day and charged me only for inspection. I will come back here again every time I needed.

Its been more than 4 years i never took my cars to any other mechanics except speedy millwoods and sometimes they didnt even charge for minor things to there loyal customers. So rating for the work and for the customer service especially AMIT and BIJU.

The team inspected a used car I was purchasing, since then a couple things have come up but they have been happy to look at the car free of charge since there was nothing seriously wrong. I would recommend this shop.

I appreciate it when I ask questions of any kind of vehicle maintenance, they take the time to listen. Also, no rush even at end of day to finish mechanical on vehicle, plus when I was thirsty offered and brought me a glass of water. In general they do not take advantage of a person male or female, whether they know general mechanics or not. Plus they give complete price, so a person can get quotes from other shops.

I have been coming to this location for numerous years now and have been extremely happy with not only the workmanship, but with the customer service as well. The employees there have always been very courteous and have thoroughly explained to me what they will be doing to ensure the safety of my vehicle. There have never been any hidden costs or surprises when I pay for services. The prices I find to be very reasonably priced and the owner makes a point to see if we are happy with the service. Always great service I had to get a block heater put in I walked in to see if they can get it done on the same day and it was all done at a reasonable time very friendly service highly recommend taking your vehicle there!

After negative experiences with repair shops recently the folks at Speedy Auto clearly demonstrated that competent, honest, and positive shops really do exist.

Honestly I did not enjoy the service that was done to my car. I asked for my front tires to be replaced with some ones that I already had. They were on rusted rims and those rims were extremely dented. I had 6 fresh steel rims in my trunk ready to go.and they still kept on the rims that were unsafe to drive in.i guess they could have sold me new rims and told me mine were unsafe.but they let me pay for my service and drive in a completely unsafe vehicle.ended up popping one of the front tires the next day and had to call a friend to rescue me on the side of the road.

I went to the Speedy Auto Service because was the closest one when I get issues with my car (SUV Toyota Highlander 2013 Limited) they told me that was a rock went through on the radiator and make a hole, in the end of the day when I asked to see the factory/old radiator; they told me that was drop off outside the shop, I went to check it out and was gone I never was able to see the hole.
I took my car to a mechanic shop because Speedy Auto Ser make the issue worse than before and THEY NEVER REPLACE THE RADIATOR; they just replace the radiator cap, the mechanic told me that should be report those people For ripping me off. I kinda surprised how mustly the people recommended that place and mentions about their HONESTY.

I got a price for an inspection and an oil change on a car, got the price and I asked if that was all in, meaning no other charges, this is what the total will be. Got the work done and get the bill and there is an 11$ charge for shop supplies. When asked they said it was for oil, to which I replied most places cover oil and misc fluids like window washer ect. I realize 11$ isn’t a lot but I want to be able to trust my mechanic so when I ask for a bottom line price that’s what I get.

Had 4 tires mounted. Two had slow leaks. Two were so badly out of balance that they made my teeth chatter at 60 kmph. They reused the old valve stems. A truly shoddy job. Skip the Millwoods location.

Good service. Did not charge me for inspection and just charged me for the actual work only. I recommend going to this location. Car was also in good condition after the repair.

I feel well taken care of at Speedy in Millwoods. The guys always keep me informed how things are going with my repairs and often come in under estimated cost. I'm very happy to have found them to service our two vehicles.

They are professionals! A summary of work that could be done is presented to me each time. The service agent says something like this: "The first two items need to be done because. [an explanation is given] The last 3 items you could do at your discretion. What would you like us to do? " I like this approach. Bravo. This is the ONLY car repair phone number in my cell. The staff and owners are very friendly and take the time to explain things. For years I have hated going to mechanics because I'm afraid of getting ripped off since I don't know much about cars, but these guys are fair. I trust them and I am comfortable taking my vehicle here. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

Dropped my vehicle (kit car with 3800 v6 (most common engine) for a diagnostic, no start condition, was told by mechanic by the 2 hours will be called further for charging more hours if need be, never happened, was called again that it needed a computer and my bill will hit 700$. Back again called Not the computer and was a wire, was charged 900$ + for a 300$ job. One of the mechanics broke the interior trim piece inside of the vehicle trying to reach the obd scanner and when asked about it, was brushed off.vehicle broke down again after 4 days and the 900$+ went to waste. Had to drop it to another garage to have it fixed properly for 270$.

Expensive shop and not really knowledgeable about repairs.would advise to look for other mechanic shops with much more honest reviews.

I first used their service when my car's starter stopped working, their costumer service was outstanding! Everyone was nice and friendly AND the prices were very fair. Was overcharged $200 for a straight piece of exhaust pipe, wasn’t bent like I’d asked. Unhappy and won’t be returning.

Edit: received a $70 refund, so it was a $130 piece of unbent pipe

Great service! They are very professional to deal with. I decided to bring my car for repair here instead of the dealership and it was worth it. My car was instantly fixed and they made sure that other defects were also addressed. Biju also responds even on holidays to ensure that I get the earliest appointment the following day. Visited Speedy on March 7 for an oil change and received a prompt service. Although we are passing through a bad timing due to the corona problem and related social distancing, the service was carried out within the minimum span of time, while ensuring that the necessary pandemic precautions are implemented.

Awesome service, awesome staff. I was in "panic mode" when after doing carwash a thick smoke came out from the front of my car, since the I don't have any idea what to do, I took my car to Speedy auto service.
The staff & boss was on the front desk was so gracious & understanding & check on my car with no extra cost! God bless them! I went home relieved & smiling.

Was very pleased with today’s service! Not only were they nice enough to do my oil change with only 25 minutes left to their work day! They were 40$ cheaper then Mr. Lube.
