Took my vehicle in for an oil change and to look at a leak. After their inspection, the leak was actually from another mechanic shop who installed the parts incorrectly. They fixed the previous shop’s mistake and didn’t quickly at a reasonable rate. Good customer service as well from the front desk.

I provided the part and asked them to replace the steer knuckle on my vehicle. They charged me $310+GST for the labor. The next day when i was driving there's a rubbing sound from underneath the vehicle so i took off the tire to check. Guess what? The old steering knuckle was still on my car! This is absolutely a fraud! 300+ dollars for nothing! They make money easier than robbing a bank. I will launch a lawsuit against these dishonest people. If you read this review, Do NOT have your vehicle serviced in this shop.

Called ahead, made an appointment. I show up on time and yet I am still waiting here almost 40 minutes later. The only plus is that it us quiet in here. But, I'd definitely recommend going somewhere that values their customers time

Sent my wife in and she had the worst experience today, not one of the employees took the time to reach out to her and update her on anything with her vehicle, was met by a man who had no idea what was going on but was somehow the manager who just made excuses and blamed everyone else. Wife told me she's seen 3 different girls over the last few months change out makes sense the place is ran by monkeys.wouldn't trust them with a go kart.

May was great! She was super friendly and easy to talk to and understand. The guys also let me see exactly what was wrong with my car. I appreciate that since I don't always understand what mechanics are trying to tell me

Put my '08 F150 in to replace both exhaust manifolds as they are notorious hard to change and not something I wanted to tackle myself.

They quoted me $2500 bucks for the job and were bang on as I was charged just over $2700 bucks including some exhaust work, to connect to new manifolds as well as a wheel alignment and oil change.

They kept me up to date with progress, advising me of some possible problems associated with the repair. For example, I wanted to get all the plugs changed but do the the chance of these breaking (and having the extra cost of head removal to remove broken plugs) they advised against changing them if there was no noticeable problems with them, which there wasn't.

They managed to remove all manifold studs without breaking them, which they advised would probably lead to hauling the motor out to facilitate stud removal.

My truck runs quieter than it ever has, drives straighter and I have the piece of mind of a 1 year, 20,000 km warranty for the work the performed.

All in all, a very good experience and I would not hesitate to return for any additional repairs.

I got a flat tire right outside their buisness, on my way to work. They not only quoted me a ridiculous charge, but were unwilling to help me until the next day. The man I spoke to was very unpersonable, and I had the spare, but my jack was damaged, and needed a way to lift my car. I called Kingsway towing, and their service was exceptional.

Got quoted around $35 to get my tire patched, since I noticed I was losing pressure.

Wasn't as simple as patching it though since the actual problem was rim corrosion breaking the tire's seal.

Was honestly expecting the price to increase because of the additional work and materials used. But they still gave me the quoted price even though it was a bigger job than expected!

Really happy about that. This place really cares about their customer satisfaction.

The personnel, whether mechanical or admin, find creative ways to solve my problems. I appreciate their upfront way of dealing with my older vehicles.

On Dec 24, I called to get see if I could get my snow tires on. The sales man said there was no problem. On arrival, he had the paperwork ready for me and was able to get my car in right away. The service was excellent and efficient. Nick is pleasant and accommodating to the situation. I am definitely a returning customer.

I used speedy auto for the very first time and I had a really pleasant experience. They changed my oil and replaced air filters in less than an hour with a very affordable price. Customer service was awesome keepup the good work.

Came to get car inspection after accident, they came back with a laundry list of things totalling 4200, decided to take it to a different unbiased auto shop, and was quoted only 800, sad someone would do that.
I was also told at speedy that all my rotors were very worn and needed to be replaced immediately, unbiased shop told me that nothing was wrong with my breaks. And I didn't need two new tires. Smiling faces doesn't always mean honesty.

Literally the best customer service I have ever seen, the staff are super helpful and friendly and they get the job done super fast and professionally. Five stars for sure and I highly recommend it.

I am very thankful for the Speedy on 97 st. Not only did they quote me the best price out of 5 different shops but they were really friendly and welcoming. Being a new and young driver, I was worried that I would be “scammed” but this wasn’t the case. The gentlemen at Speedy were so nice and they even gave advice on car maintenance and gave me valuable knowledge I can use to ensure I keep my vehicle maintained and running good. The service here was super quick and hassle free. Thank you again for the awesome experience. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family.

Very helpful, professional service. Showed me the required repairs and provided excellent quote and communication. My vehicle died on the road right outside of their shop so I didn't have much of a choice on where to bring it. I had a great experience and I will definitely be taking my vehicle back there in the future.
