I cannot speak highly enough regarding my experience with Speedy Auto on Gateway. I brought my 2013 Ram 1500 in as there was a ticking coming from the engine. They diagnosed my truck quickly as having both manifold exhaust bolts broken (common with my truck). I ended up bring it back to them the next weekend to have it all fixed, they worked overtime on the weekend to get it fixed for me as soon as possible. Renju even came in on Sunday when they were closed to let me in to grab something I had left in my truck. They gave me the best quote in town for the work, worked around the clock to get it fixed quickly, and even took a look at my squeaky brakes for me while they had the truck. Super happy with my experience and will absolutely be making this our new regular mechanic.

Did a bit of research and Speedy Automotive was thee place to go. I called and got in within a couple hours for brakes. In BC (PG) I would have to wait 3 weeks to get in anywhere. Thank you Speedy! Awesome friendly staff ️ ️️️️ I will be back for sure.

Less than 1 star if I could. I called ahead to book an appointment for an oil change for my truck, I asked that they had the proper filter and was told that they did. I got there and waited an hour before they told me they didn’t actually have the filter.

Great customer service, clear communication, and were able to resolve my check engine light for a reasonable price, along with an oil change. My go to place for repairs!

They work on my Dodge 2013 and they realize a very good job. Very friendly people. The oil change is very good price. I highly recommend this garage.

The guys here are amazing. It’s hard for me to trust mechanics but I felt at ease when I called and they did an excellent and quick repair of my vehicle. I highly recommend.

I brought my vehicle here to have my ball joints repaired the first time, then the 2nd time I brought it here to have the oil pressure switch changed! Not only are they deceptive with the services they claim to have done, but they don’t take responsibility for damage they do and they still charge you. (They damaged my fuel rail line and claimed they didn’t do it). Fast forward 6-7months and EVERYTHING “they did” had to be replaced along with my struts and cv axles because of the shotty work they did! When they were confronted, they refused to refund what we paid them! HIGLY RECOMMEND avoiding this place! AMVIC and BBB have been contacted!

I have taken both my vehicles to these guys since 2017. They do great work and are very transparent about the work they are doing on your vehicle. Not to mention they always try to aim tog eat you the best deal! 100% recommend!

My Nissan Pathfinder lift gate was stuck and I went to these guys for help. Amazing staff and service. In addition, the price was amazing. The guy at the reception was so helpful and Renju came out and inspect the problem and get his guys to fix the lift gate. Excellent service and prices. These guys are more about making their customers happy. Thank you guys for the exceptional service.

I had few services done and must say the front staff and technicians are really helpful for all the queries that I had as this was my first car and didn’t know much about it.
I’d recommend speedy auto for all the car related problems.

Speedy CHARGE me $$ for a JOB THEY DID NOT DO.
Paid them to do an oil change (synthetic). Speedy claimed to have completed the job & charged the full amount. The car's "10% oil remaining" warning light up within a week of their service. (I drive less than 10km daily). Took the car back to dealership. Dealership mechanic showed me how dirty the oil is and recommended an oil change a week after speedy supposedly did so. I went back home and pulled the stick out myself to verify again, it indeed was dirty. Speedy did not change the oil but charge me money $$ for a job it did not do.

Got brakes replaced. Very friendly and helpful staff all around. While waiting I witnessed them offering kind, patient, and exceptional service to serval customers. I interacted with several staff, each very professional. They identified other concerns with my vehicle and let me know which aspects were critical, which to be aware of. They showed and explained in more detail as needed. They worked hard to maintain my budget and vocalized concerns. They were very transparent about costs in advance. I am extremely happy with my experience.

Speedy Auto was wonderful to me. My car needed various things done and as they happened I was walked through exactly what was happening, why it was happening, and what the cost/time frame was on a moment by moment basis. All of the staff was very polite and gave me a smile no matter the circumstances. I felt like my business with them wasn't so much a source of revenue so much as it was a point of passion. Definitely going to be returning with any other issues I might encounter with my vehicles and I'd certainly recommend any of my friends and family swing by them first before going elsewhere.
