I had my glass roof replaced on my Jaguar. The manager, David Chester, did an amazing job. This was an expensive replacement and he wanted to handle this personally and I could not be happier with the result. Job well done! Thanks

These guys, all of them: David the Owner (?) /Manager, Front Office guy Nathan, and their head Technician (didn't catch his name), are really good guys. They are helpful, friendly, courteous.
Nathan even showed me how to change the cabin filter which they didn't have in stock, should I go get one. The work atmosphere seems to be very positive. These guys are excellent.

So personnel, plus Speedy's great warranties, have propelled me to be a repeat customer.

Very happy with the service, done quickly and happy with the price. Will go back to this location next time I need my windshield

Fast and easy, they even had my car ready early. On the expensive side, but the individual location doesn't really have much control over that.

I called today around 9 am for side window replacement and by 1: 30 pm today it was ready! Fantastic service from Brett, Alyssa, Scott and anyone whose name I did not get! Highly Recommend!

Good service, I think the initial contact communication could do a little better.

What I mean is I called to get a quote on a windshield, I provided them with my VIN, we verified details and the. Was given a price for "glass and labor", I was told the price of the glass was high because my vehicle is a bit older. Fair enough.

I booked them appointment, dropped it off on time and they said come back in 2-3 hours and it will be ready. I went to Canadian-tire and bought some new wiper blades.

I came back 2 hours later the vehicle was ready and they processed my sale.

This part of the interaction was very good with lots of information.

My only complaints are.

I paid so much for some Chinese made glass (I know they have a factory in China and the USA) and.

I wasn't told that it came with wiper blades and hydrophobic coating.

I believe that was an upsell without telling me about it, and just packing everything together and giving me the total price.

I guess it depends on who you deal with there based on how much Information you are given.

Because as I sat an observed before paying I heard one of the gentleman on the phone with a customer and give them a clear break down of what's included and what is optional.

As he was on the phone with the customer he explained the glass was $245, plus the window trim, but he said he could include the window trim for free. He then proceeded to ask if they customer wanted hydrophobic coating, the customer passed and then he asked the customer if they wanted new wiper blades. Again the customer passed.

If I would have gotten communication like that, I would have been a bit happier.

Bottom line, if you're dealing with them make sure they are clear about what you are getting for your money.

Friendly customer service. The guy at the front desk had British accent (in a positive way) but he was friendly. I believe his’ name was Dave. Made sure he explained everything about the windshield replacement process and there were no surprises in the billing.

A very difficult to contact by phone.no Saturdays for them which is not favorable for a worker that works Monday to friday

Professional and friendly staff. Booking online and choosing the date and time was very convenient. They did an extra work on fixing the rusty part between the windshield and the roof without extra cost which is awesome. Quality of the glass and the workmanship was great, price is reasonable. Shop is clean and organized. Waiting time was faster than expected. Nathan and David were very knowledgable and professional. I will definitely go back again for windshield or any auto glass service.

Great service, quick and easy. I took a fleet for rock chip repair. It was done in one hour, you can not even see it. Very professional.

My truck was a victium of a multitude vadilism sprees overnight. Booked an appointment online as soon as I knew the damage, and was able to to get services done next day! Nathan is a hero manning the desks/phones. I had to stay on site for my repairs, and can honestly say, I have never seen this level of customer service in a long while. I am happy to recommend this outlet as a go to for any and all glass needs

I changed my appointment 3 times due to weather and BC Highway disasters. The team was very helpful and flexible and did the work quickly. Fantastic service!

I had the best experience with this Speedy Glass location! Their customer service was exceptional. I don’t know much about cars which can make these type of appointments a bit intimidating for me, but everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating when I originally booked my appointment and then had to reschedule twice. The second time I called to reschedule it was the morning of my appointment and they were able to get me in later that day. I couldn’t believe how quickly the service was done too, which was super convenient! Overall it was a very positive experience and I can’t recommend them enough.

Somehow I had a mix up between companies for my windshield replacement. The manager of McLeod was so kind and helpful to get me sorted out. Even though I ended up using a different service, I would definitely use speedy glass next time!

I check the reviews and decided to take our business here. The reason is you pay for the services provided and not a big name brand price which others in the area do.
Highly recommend them if you want your chip or windshield fixed with no worries.

Amazing! Had an accident with my rear window. They booked my appointment for the next morning while I was passing through Calgary going to Banff. Luckily they had the window on stock. Thank you for fixing in less than 3 hours guys!

Fantastic service. My front driver's side window was smashed by a @#$ing criminal on Thursday night, and the boys at Speedy had it replaced by 3: 30 the next day. Also gave me advice on replacing the master window switch, which I did the following day easily and now everything is 100% Thanks gents!

I gave this Speedy Glass branch a call earlier today to see if they can squeeze me in for a last-minute windshield wiper replacement, and Leroy was so nice and so fast and efficient when I got there close to closing time. I was so stupid happy with my new wipers- no more blurs, no more streaks! Haha! Highly recommend this team!

This place is awesome, needed to get a side window replaced and they got me in the same day. They told me it would be about 2 to 3 hours was done in an hour. Super fast service and the guys were so nice. I highly recommend going there for all your glass needs.

Toyota service centre said they couldn't fix the crack/chip in my windshield and recommended this place. They were amazing and super fast, I was given an hour quote so I walked to a breakfast place, put in my order and got the call! They did a wonderful job!

Awesome service, friendly staff who went above any beyond when my window got smashed, cleaned the glass up for me and had it all done within 2 hours of me dropping my car off.

I have had occasion to use Speedy on Macleod a few times this year. Each time I can't fault the expertise, professional manner and friendly staff at that location. Not only did Ryan and his team finish the jobs in record time, they did a great job. No complaints from me!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and the people that work there they know what they're doing and they do the job well.

Straightforward, clear understanding of time frames provided by rep handling; went above and beyond to deal with insurance provider on my behalf; late-notice book-it accommodated; work itself great (wouldn't even know the window was replaced), free coffee offered, a few comfy chairs, and nearby restaurants to go and spend the less than 2 hours it took. I'd go again if needed. Easy phone call to book too.

They can do an FJ windshield properly. If you own one, you know this isn't as common as it should be.

In a rushed world of cheap and quick these guys are a breath of fresh air.

They do a great job and take their time and do it right. They are friendly and helpful to not just their customer but fellow glass installers! This is a rare quality in today's competitive market.

My second time at this shop. I stopped in for a rock chip repair, an assessment of a water leak and new wipers. They installed excellent quality wipers at a great price. Repair is well done. Service was excellent and efficient both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend.

Could not have been more happier with this shop. After an unfortunate incident whereby by car rear window was smashed, the folks at Speedy Glass on Macleod Trail were very fast to have me back in my vehicle with all repairs done and even included a thorough clean up of all the glass shards! Their pricing was great and they were awesome to deal with. I highly recommend this shop!

What started out as an absolute nightmare turned into a great experience thanks to Speedy. Trying to find a windshield for my car was proving to be impossible when EVERY place in Calgary turned me down and couldn't supply me with a replacement. The classic car glass shop said that they could get it to me, but before it even made it across the border it was going to cost me well over $1400.00 CAD.

I took a chance on Speedy and was surprised when they said that they could get it to me and have it installed for substantially less! There was a mix up when the product arrived, as I had asked for the windshield with no blue fade at the top, but that arrived instead. I was prepared to install that one since my options were non-existent, but they called me a couple of days later to say that the one I ordered originally had just arrived! What are the chances that they would have TWO of my windshield! I had the non-fade windshield installed the following weekend. They told me it could take up to 3 hours to install it, but it ended up taking 1 hour. The glass looks amazing, no leaks, great price (all things considering). Your reminder phone calls were fantastic too!

Speedy Glass Macleod Calgary was easily one of the best automotive companies I have ever dealt with. I could not be happier with the service and product that they provided me!
