I got the quotation of windshield replacement for my Acura RDX through Speedy Glass online estimating, although I didn't make the appointment online.
Don't have any issues with the new windshield. I am satisfied with their services.

It’s not often you find exceptional customer service but I had some rock chips repaired at speedy and found it here! Thanks Dave! I will definitely be back here for my future glass needs.

Wow customer service here at Crowfoot Speedy Glass is like it should be I had a side passenger window replaced in my Ford Fiesta. Breakin happened last night using a brick caused the damage. Raymond vacuumed the car washed the car mats installed free windshield wipers. I will never go anywhere else in the future and will tell all my friends and family Raymond was the person I dealt with unreal customer services Speedy Glass corporate you are lucky to have him. I witnessed his customer skills on the phone also wow. You don't witness or see this level of service or manner anymore.

Installed the wrong windshield (NON OEM part in a performance vehicle). This caused the HUD display to appear warped and skewed, it's always stretching and warping and causes head aches, like looking through someone else's glasses prescription. Worse yet, This also caused leaking and SERIOUS electrical damage. Every BMW specialist I spoke to (two in Calgary, one in Victoria and all sorts of online forums) said that putting in an aftermarket windshield in an M series can cause leaks and it shouldnt be done. Speedy refuses to acknoledge their responsibility for this, and I got stuck with 7500$ of water damage/electrical repairs with no support from Speedy at all. Don't do it.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE:
We have an X3 BMW that had a crack in the windshield. We have decided to sell it so we took it to get detailed (the shop can verify no scratches or damage) and the next day we took the car to Speedy to replace the windshield with BMW glass. We usually go to the dealership because they take care, but were told by our insurance company that we had to go with a less expensive place. This car has been my husbands baby. He has even taken the license plate off to clean it. He took videos of the car at Speedy before they began the work because there are no dings or scratches on it and we have never dealt with Speedy, so no idea how much care they take.
So car comes out and there are 4 parallel scratches on the car above the windshield. My husband walked the car prior to leaving and brought it to their attention. They told him to talk to the manager. My husband went back this morning, showed the video to the manager. He has been told that their equipment would not have caused the damage. So we are now left with these huge, deep scratches in our once immaculate car. We are contacting the insurance company to complain and see where to go from here. We are also getting a letter from the detailing company to back us up.
Everyone makes mistakes. We get this. I realize that people probably try to take advantage, which is why we documented the state of the car prior to leaving it there. It is unfortunate that the guy that made the scratches when putting it in just didn't own up to it to the boss. When provided with evidence that there were not any scratches through the video, they still refuse to admit fault. This blows my mind. My dad used to own an auto body shop, stuff happens, but taking responsibility for your errors is actually good business. If they had, this review would have been much different. Clearly this is not a place I would every recommend to anyone. I am extremely disappointed with the integrity of this company.
