Speedy Glass Okotoks

Went in for a rock chip repair today and Cody W was awesome! Very kind, accommodating and did a fantastic job! I had to littles with me, so he was sure to get me in right away and took no time at all. He was very kind to both me and my kids! Very highly recommend this place!

Good service, clean facility, respectful staff.
Business hours say open until 5pm, but in reality I was disappointed to find the staff are zeroing out the till and doing their closing routine by 4: 40 - 4: 45 and are not interested in helping you in that time.

They should change the business hours to 8am - 4: 30 pm so customers don't show up expecting service at 4: 45 because they are technically already closed.

I don't get a lot of time to take care of things like windshield chips M-F 8-5 because of work, so when I get off work an hour early and make it into a business that is still open for another 20 min (and the service they provide takes 15 min or less) and they wont take appointments for glass repairs so. Naturally, I'm frustrated.

I don't know the next time I'll have a chance to get my windshield fixed, this was my one opportunity to get the chip fixed before it starts to spread out.

Shouldn't clean up and zeroing out the till happen after closing, not 15 - 20 minutes before? Something is wrong here.

I mean, open is open, isn't it?

I think I had lost my faith in the existence of good old fashioned customer service, but the way you responded to my gripe was everything I could ask for, far more forthright and earnest than I ever expected. I called to see if I could stop by for a crack repair and was told absolutely, come on by. Was met by three very personable and professional guys. They went right at it and had me repaired and looking good in 15 minutes. I was asked whether it was my first visit to their shop to which I replied yes. I was then told that the service would be completed at no charge. Wow, was I surprised and this visit made my day. Having recently moved here from Ontario, I remarked to my wife, people are very kind here in Alberta and really care about others. Thank you guys, I'll refer you to anyone that needs a great glass shop for service.

I had a windshield installed and for some reason the activator had a problem. They replaced the windshield right away for me. It is refreshing to have a company stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend Speedy Glass in Okotoks.

Needed a windshield replaced and they got that in and complete however the rubber seal at the bottom is warped. Not too happy about that.

Jason and his team solved 2 problems - a cracked windshield and a very annoying squeak due to same. Quality parts and workmanship at a fair price = happy Customer!

Great place for rock chip repairs. Everything I've cone they are curious and professional. I drive from calgary just to come here to get my windshield repaired. Last time when I only had one chip they did it for free. Honestly a great location and great staff!

Their quote was almost double what I had the windshield replaced in High River for. I'm very happy with my choice to go elsewhere.

I broke the rear glass on my truck and couldn't find a shop in Calgary that was available to replace it the same week. I called the okotoks Speedy glass and they were able to book me in right away and the quote they gave me was 300 dollars less than the Calgary location. They use the same quality glass (original equipment equivalent) but they are able to beat the corporate pricing because they are a franchise. I am very happy with my new rear window.

After having my passenger rear window get blown out by a stray stone on Stoney I'd gone to a Calgary Speedy Glass to get referred to this place nearer to my work. Thier prices were much better and the staff were fantastic! Thank you Speedy Glass

The seal on my windshield failed due to shoddy work by another installer. The other installer did not warrant their work and wanted to be paid for remediating their own work. Speedy Glass took one look, whisked my car into the garage, repaired the seal in five minutes, and charged me nothing (believe me, I tried). They deserve every five-star review they have received.

Fast efficient service. Great knowledgeable crew. And you know what you're getting because the speedy name is attached. These guys know their stuff they're in a newer building.
I will go back to them for service again as long as I live here in town.

Price and service was good, but disappointed in the cleanliness of both the glass and vehicle. Glass was not cleaned after install and a lot of debris and dirt was left throughout. They should clean up when done.
Update: They were concerned about the comments and subsequently offered to make it right, even supplied new wipers. So I update the review to 5.

A big thank you to Jason and Cody for helping me out in a tough situation. While in Okotoks, my back window blew out. I couldn’t stay to get my window fixed as I had to get back to BC. They were fast, friendly, helpful and professional and sealed my window up so I could drive back. Thanks so much guys!

Wow! Super fast and friendly service to repair the chip on my windshield. Pulled up Tuesday morning and was on my way within 30 minutes. Will definitely return.

Service was quick. Price was fair.
I went in to get 2 windshield chips repaired. They had it done in 20 minutes. Unfortunately one of the chips wasnt done right and a crack developed 2 days after it was done (hence only 4 stars). But the other repair hasn't spread

Great friendly service. Best auto glass place that I have been to, repaired our chip right away. Plus we had bought faulty wipers at a Speedy glass in BC and they replaced them at no charge. Highly recommend.

Just lost a customer due to the fact you charged me 80 to fix a chip, got a mobile guy to come to the house and did it for 40!

I cannot say enough about the service I received at your store. When my vehicle was broken into through the window, the thought of how I was going to manage getting this fixed was very daunting. With small children and a busy schedule, I didn't know where to even start.
Neil got the replacement ordered and appointment set for me. When I couldn't make the time work, James showed up at my house and replaced the window before I needed to head out and pick up the kids!

Yes I understand busy, but when you are traveling, you would think that they would slot you in. We were told it would be over a week to replace our windshield.
So sad.
