Best ring shopping experience out there I would say. Being able to shop openly and grab and try anything you want with their prototypes being open is a game changer. With there warranty benefits there really is no reason to shoo anywhere else. Shane was very knowledgable and made our time at Spence extra special.

Couldn't recommend Spence enough. Bought my engagement ring for my wife, exceptional customer service from Mandy and the team. I was very indecisive about which ring style and diamond to buy, Mandy spent about 3 hours on the first appointment alone helping pick the right diamond. Follow ups have been great, re-sizing of the ring was done very efficiently.
A great team all round, I would highly recommend dealing with Mandy if you are shopping for a ring here. 10/10 crew.

Great experience with Mark at Spence this fall. Was looking for an engagement ring and came in not really knowing where to start. His knowledge and experience helped make it a smooth process. Found the perfect ring and just had a successful proposal!

The claws on my engagement bring have twisted and the Diamond is loose. They will not cover it under the warranty because it’s a workmanship issue not an issue with the actual Diamond. I’ve had this ring for less than 3 years. My wedding ring has already lost two diamonds in the 2 years I’ve had it. They will not fix it.

An amazing experience! The customer service was one of the best I’ve ever had. Both Shane and Scott helped me to find and learn everything that was needed to find the perfect ring for my future fiancé! They never once tried to push me out of my comfort zone for pricing, but rather looked after me financially as a young man who is of course nervous and never gone through one the most valuable and precious decisions in life. Melanie was amazing when I brought my ring in after a diamond came loose. She immediately took it back and gave me a time frame for getting it fixed. I just picked it up better then when I got it and it came back almost a week faster than expected! Thank you for the care you had for both drop off and pickup of my ring! It’s perfect!

I called Spence Diamonds and spoke with a sales representative, Lori. I was enquiring about Diamond tennis bracelets. Lori answered all my questions and concerns with Artisan diamonds and we arranged a meeting for the next day. My wife and I attended the Calgary store this morning where we were greeted by Lori. She took her time with us, showing their display as well as a yellow gold example she happened to be wearing. We made our decision on a bracelet and our experience was very good, providing us with privacy to discuss our potential purchase and as we waited she had our rings cleaned.
Our experience, though short, was pleasurable, to say the least!

I met With Lori she was very helpful with choices and options available. I also advised about budget which wasn't going to be a huge the purchase I didn't end up purchasing that day however Lori has kept in touch, with the odd text. I find it very unusual these days to find service like this without being a super high roller. MR SPENCE SHES A KEEPER!

Sparkles nice, ring and necklace. Two weeks for a ring resize at spence. They lock you in the store, don't have chains long enough for you to see the pendant, you can trade in your old one for pocket change. Furthermore, clearly don't care to inform customers on the time it takes to resize/do it right.for how much airtime they get on the radio, you would think they had a system in place for xmas season and the expected time for sizing, etc. Should have rolled with a tight 7.5, I guess.too bad they sell them at a 6.5! Like yeah we all emaciated.my poor fiance feels bad making me wait 17 days after xmas to have the ring he paid 2x as much as he would at another store. Either stop charging so much or start treating us like people thanks. We're not peasants thank you.

I wholeheartedly recommend Spence Diamonds to anyone looking to buy a diamond. The folks at Spence Diamonds made the process easy and fun, they gave honest advice and were more than willing to answer any questions I had. I ended up learning a lot about diamonds and had a blast doing it! What could’ve so easy been an overwhelming and stressful part of getting engaged, ended up being one of my favourite parts. Unless you're already well versed in diamonds. You should put Spence on your places to visit, salespeople are knowledgeable and selection is huge! Best part is all the rings are out for you to try (replicas). Came to this Spence recently for some anniversary rings and Mandy helped us out, she was a great help without being overbearing! Went into Spence’s to buy an engagement ring, was paired up with Lori who was phenomenal with picking it out. She thoroughly explained each ring, what the options were, and was very personable.

Lori made the entire process great, and was a pleasure to deal with. When it came to picking out the diamond Lori again was incredible and went into extreme detail on each point helping find the perfect diamond.

Kim was truly amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and very kind. She alone made our experience wonderful. The ladies at the front desk seemed annoyed and almost like we were bothering them. Last time we came in the ladies at the front desk acted the same way unfriendly and annoyed. They wouldn’t even help me resize ring at all. They said that’s up to you. Which I understand is my choice in the end but Kim actually took the time to explain things to me for a proper fit so I wasn’t wasting my hard earned money. After being customers since 2007 and getting all our jewelry there since seeing Kim renewed our love for Spence Diamonds and we will be back because of her and her wonderful customer service. Too bad Spence didn’t have the same friendly and kind staff at the front desk especially because they are the people you see the most.

Tristan and the Calgary Spence team was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a major purchase. We went in to look and price out a ring. We left in awe of the service, expertise, and a deposit on my fiancé ‘s ring. Overall excellent experience, will recommend to friends amd family.

I walked into Spence with a pretty low bar as I had been to 4+ other jewelry stores with being told a custom wedding band was my only option and not able to try much on. Within 10 mins of being at Spence I had 4 great options which I was able to try on with no pressure and without having to get the cabinet unlocked. When I went to find out the ring cost I was nervous, but pleasantly surprised the ring I chose was nearly 1/3 the cost I was guessing! Scott was a great help! Thanks Spence!

He shows you lots of love, respect, education about different diamonds, and let you select your item while he informs you respectfully what looks great on you. Went into Spence Diamonds with Phil. We were immediately greeted by Tristan. He guided us through the show room and explained to us how we can sample the rings. I felt completely safe with their covid-19 protocols. As we wandered around I didn't see anything I was overly excited about until Tristan narrowed in on my style.
When he Took us over to a new section a beautiful single oval solitaire with a unique band caught both our eyes. With all of the trauma we have survived this ring will signify a #newbeginning. I will never forget the excitement we both felt. Tristan was great about giving us space to revel in a spectacular intimate moment. Although we had decided on the ring it was great that He suggested we finish sampling the show room. It just made us that more sure of the ring.
What I appreciated most about Tristans style is he explained every detail of the diamond and was completely transparent about diamond prices and guarantees they offered. It never took away from such a magical moment. Tristan was so attentive in understanding with the greatest care and respect when discussing budget. Very impressed with their whole process. We went in nothing but a general sense and came out with a basic understanding of diamonds and setting styles. Wide selection, and the “try on” policy helped narrow it down. I thought we would need several visits to consider and research, but with Shane’s help it took a single visit of a couple hours. We had a couple special requests, which they were able to accommodate easily and the cost is half what I expected. Highly recommend.

Tristan was great to deal with. No high pressure sales (just the opposite), knowledgeable, accommodating. As a bonus, if your ring doesn't arrive by your wedding date they will loan you one - I thought this was pretty first class.
