Melissa was an absolute dear. She checked my pendant that my husband gave me for my birthday last year and said it looks 100%. She recommended where I could go to have my wedding ring fixed (not bought at Spence), and then helped me to get the gift for my BFF ready to be put on her chain.
Everyone in this store was warm, friendly and helpful.

Svetlana was very helpful and informative, did not make us feel pressured in any way, and was easy to work with.

Was originally told they would buy my diamond back any time for the original value. Not true and would not warranty a cracked diamond. Worst store and customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone. My bad experience is reminding me ever day when I here there adds all day long on numerous radio stations. Kaitlyn helped my fiancé & I with finding a band for my engagement ring and a wedding band for my fiancé. She was super helpful and we had lots of laughs!
My band for my ring was discontinued but she let me try on similar styles for my ring to see if I would like to do custom and have the proper band created. She pointed us in proper directions for men’s ring and what’s best for construction hands.
She was super awesome to deal with and made the process a lot better!

Amazing experience! We had an appointment with Evan Foster and I can’t say enough good things! First and foremost, we did not feel pressured AT ALL what so ever. He let us browse and pick some rings, and would come check in to see how we’re doing which I loved because I hate when sales people are all over you trying to make a sale. When we finally picked the one I really liked, we sat down to go over the specifics and cost. I don’t own any fine jewelry so I was really happy that Evan actually sat us down and explained how to tell if you’re picking good diamonds and jewelry. The ring I picked didn’t come in a set but Evan picked a wedding band that was a PERFECT match. Spence is also the only place that lets you reach into the cases and try the rings on, which is so much more comfortable and easy! Amazing place, great staff, and they can fit ANY budget. Everything is completely customizable. Incredibly happy we went to Spence and would 1000% recommend to anyone looking at wedding rings!

Great conversations and extremely interesting to talk to. I was having second thoughts a few weeks before the trip to Xelha to propose. She helped verify that she thought I made the right decision for me and the worst case we can make any changes. So I went with the beautiful replica she had made for the trip while the real ring was being built.

Purchased Engagement ring in November from Spence. Found the shopping experience and staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery of ring was on time and 100% satisfied. Recently went back for the ring band. Lana was great to deal with and highly recommend Spence.
