Spencers

Trying to use delivery option, but will only place me in Spokane WA, USA. Not in the US, or close to Spokane. What's the problem with your website or ability to give correct information?

I have almost exclusively never had a bad experience at this location's Spencers. The staff is always friendly and accessible regarding any questions I've had in the past. The selection of clothing is always cute and it's a decent place to buy anything from their adult section. For the most part, it's a great place to shop and I always come back.

Great store with a wide variety of items. Good quality products with a large selection of merchandise for pride month.

So many interesting things to look at. However no staff remotely looked our way let alone ask if we needed help

I visited this store in Sunridge mall to just purchase a simple T-shirt. The Caucasian cashier in his 20’s forced me to tip him or pay for his charity in addition to the financial charges for the T-shirt. I lost more money just to pay. Self checkouts prevent these errors or extra charges. I will report this store to the authorities for cheating.

I bought 00s thinking with me keeping my earings out they'd still be the same size. I was able to take all my stuff back to replace them with 0s.

Such a fun store to walk around in. Staff is friendly and very engaging with customers.enjoy the products they have available.

Wonderful staff always welcoming and ready to help plus you can always find something new whenever you go there plus there's something there for everyone

Visited yesterday to see if any new Halloween items had come up with my husband. We were then ignored by the mouth breathing woman and her friends behind the counter while our items sat there and they giggled about bulling a dyed haired girl upstairs at Mindgames. I caused a scene and was then offered my items for free so long as I left negative reviews about said girl. Instead I am reaching out to Sunridge management to get on top of this and keeping her money. We visited the Mindgames location and the staff over there were immediately helpful and knowledgeable about all of the items we asked about.

There’s always a great selection of stuff here at a good price.friendly and excellent staff, a while back I got a couple shirts a size to small and they were all refunded with no problem. I got my lava lamps from here and a plasma ball along with a couple of drink glasses and so far everything’s been great! No problems with anything almost a year later. I definitely will continue to be a customer here

Great store, not the most appropriate for kids but has a wide variety of unique things, a lot of alt clothing, weeb stuff, interesting mugs, jewlery, has gauges, plugs, and tunnels for if you have stretched ears, and more, and super friendly staff.

A great place to just duck into to find just the right fun novelty for that fun lovin prankster.the staff are amazing, if they can't find it, they'll search for it.

The manager Evan, is a little creepy. Very pushy with guests and god forbid if anyone on the staff has a cold or food poisoning and can’t call in an hour before their shift. Evan pushes their guests to purchase things and make people feel uncomfortable when purchasing something from the more “adult” section of the store. From what has spread around is that the manager had an affair with one of the associates and treats the current associates like trash. Good job Evan!

This store will always be a staple. Great place to just wander and also can always find something to buy regardless of knowing what to get. Definitely one of my favorite stores.

We love this store so much. They have so many really cool and interesting items to look at and purchase. My 11 year old Son was able to find some Rick and Morty items to give to his Mom for Mothers day. It was perfect because she is not into perfume, jewellery or fancy clothes. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I have purchased Lava lamps, one of a kind unique back packs, hats, clothes and other neat items on many occasions. I highly recommend this store.

I was told not to take too long as they were limited in capacity. Not like people were lining up.

I went into Spencer's today for this particular location and I was impressed by their customer service. I was acknowledged and greeted in an easy going manner by the rep. The overall atmosphere was light hearted and relaxed. I didnt have the option to describe the rep that helped me today on the survey however, I will acknowledge her on here. Thank you Alucard for taking the time to present me with different options for my future projects and for describing the benefits of having them. Thank you for providing me with excellent and efficient service.

They're always well stocked with alot of unique and fun novelty items. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Little crowded, but usually has what you're looking for. As long as you're looking for some sort of gag gift, vulgar trinket, or ironic t shirt. Definitely fits a niche crowd.

I used to enjoy going to Spencer's to buy Christmas gifts but over the years it has evolved into a dark place which is impossible to social distance due to there is hardly room to walk. They seem to glorify the drug culture and promote promiscuity to impressionable teens. I will never return to Spencer's and would prefer they were not even in the mall. It is a very negative place with no redeeming value.
