Spirit of Physiotherapy and Massage

I had a great physiotherapy session with Adam Hepburn today. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel comfortable. He explained my treatment plan clearly and guided me through exercises tailored to my needs. Adam's hands-on approach and therapeutic techniques were effective in relieving tension. I left the session feeling optimistic and grateful for his expertise.

Great professionals, clean environment, friendly secretary. It is great to have this kind of service close to my home. The physiotherapist Charlie demonstrated knowledge and experience helping me with my hand pain.

Jay has taken excellent care of me during my WCB claim; he was experienced and quickly faat tracked my WCB paperwork. He explains everything thoroughly and answers every question. Very compassionate about his work and has been one of the best medical professionals I have had to see during my injury. I couldn't ask for better care, communication, and flexibility. Definitely recommended if you prefer a professional and relaxing experience. Plan on visiting in the future for a massage.

I had a recent issue with my knee and had the pleasure of meeting Jay Brahmbhatt who helped me with treatment to relieve my pain. He was extremely helpful and I recovered very quickly. A massage therapist I’ve had before started working here so I go where she goes! (;
From front office staff to massage therapist everybody was super friendly and nice!
I was long overdue for a massage as it had been a couple of years. I will definitely be back!

I have such a positive and beneficial experience at Spirit of Physio. From the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave, Jay and his amazing support staff treat you like family, and the energy cultivated is so welcoming and positive. Jay takes the time to carefully answer all of my questions and concerns. He obviously cares about what he does and genuinely wants to help people, and this is truly reflective in the exceptional quality of services.

I have been a patient at this clinic for a month now. I initially came with an upper back pain, which feels much better now thanks to Jay Brahmbhatt. Not only that, but I also had a chronic pain in my ankle which Jay was kind enough to look at along with the other injury.
