Terrible service. Rude old man. Have lost all interest in this location. Myself and friend will never return.

The manager isn't very nice and welcoming. She'll ignore you until she feels fit. She also IDs 50 and 60 yr olds. Peoplr older than her. She had a bad attitude and about 4 other people told me this. I go to another store even if it's further just to avoid her negativity zero stars.

I love this store. I used to go to another one, but it closed and then I found this gem hidden near the University. Staff always knows tons about the product and they never go wrong with their suggestions. Highly recommend this location as your "go to" when in the Univeristy area.

I was in store in 20-01-2023, at 8: 11 and a woman that works there approached me.
As I explained that I did not have my passport in hand (applied for a visa) she talked loud to the other guy working for him acknowledging that I was over 18. This first interaction was rude enough.
As we approached to pay, she didn't really listen to what we wanted and have to say and did not reply in a cordial manner. (i.e. I said that I had an account number and membership and she did not reply if I could use it or not).
Even if I did not have the passport, she could be more cordial and respectful.
I always loved this store in the past, the people working there were very cordial.
This interaction was not good and I will not be returning to this place due to the facts stated.

Jessica was absolutely amazing and helpful beyond belief. She had the best recommendations and knowledge of the product. Shopping for MJ supplies I would 100% recommend this shop.

Customer server was attentive and knowledgeable about any and all countless products Jessica was a wonderful employee greeted us with a smile and recommended the best bang for our buck while also offering higher and cheaper alternatives that suited our needs if I could give higher than five I would I will be coming back to this location again

Walked in not knowing what I wanted, and within less then a minute Jessica was able to pin point my interest and give me some solid suggestions. Jessica and the rest of the staff never fail to impress

This is long over-due. Short review: Best staff in town, which in turn, equals best shop in the city.

Long review: The manager at this location is absolutely a gem, the other staff all seem well versed and friendly as well, however I have had the pleasure of being served by the manager every time on my visits (My deepest apologies for the forgotten name). He always helps me find the best price via price matching and truly does know his product. All stores, I avoid staff recommendations due to less frequent smoke habits or ignorance. I cant truly say the manager knows whats good and will give you what you are looking for. I could not get stoned anymore, regardless of percentage or substance. He recommended Mood Rings; Florida Citrus Kush and Artisan Batchs; Stinky greens organic Larry. Wow. Amazing strains that gave me what I was looking for, for two months, and spending countless dollars. He has gone out of his way to cater to me as a customer on other occasions as well, like giving me his personal 510 battery when the store was sold out when I was desperate. Selfless and passionate are the words to describe said person.

I definitely go out of my way to come to this location! The customer service and great selection of extracts drew me in, and the price matching is a cherry on top. The team here always has what I want and need in stock, and everyone is super friendly and helpful. Thanks for being the best shop in the neighborhood!

Absolutely love this location! The customer service Justin provides is truly top-shelf-service! Justin answers all of my questions and makes the experience that much more enjoyable; hands down thee BEST CANNABIS CONNOISSEUR in YEG. I love going to this shop for my weed all the time. The theme is naturally grounded and "Buissness Zen" I find it charming. The buissess itself had failry responsible pricing added it's cheeful customer sevice. The guy (manager) named "Devon" helped me find what I was seeking he was knowledable and there was the right kind of cannabis that I was looking for. Devon was a saint, informing the right strains I required. I think would even make a better district manager if thats isnt already a given to management thank You for the herb in Spirit Devon! Phenomomnal! 5/5 over the top. Excellent customer service Interesting character study overall this shop is my favorite.

Awesome location that has tons of friendly staff and neat products to choose from. The staff are a great help for someone like me who knows little (virtually nothing) about cannabis and cannabis products which is the reason why the few times a year that I do buy anything I come here to purchase them. The prices are also great and the store itself is very nice and modern.

Easy to order and pick up. Customer service was great. Barriers to protect staff and customers in place.

I went to this store on a whim because they were open early, I work nights going to a store at 10 is easier for me than noon like other stores.

Brooke and Devan were working at the time. Both of which were very helpful and knowledgeable of the products and accessories I purchased. They had answers for every question I asked. The best part was they didn't even try to upsell me on lighters and papers. I know that seems ridiculous, but I know what I'm going into a store for when I enter.

Overall a wonderful experience. It was my first time at spirit leaf and I will be going back in the future!

I've been going through a really rough time this year w family stuff and mental health. I came in the other day when I was having a really bad day and the girl working recognized my backpack, which I put a lot of effort into sewing patches on to. It made me feel really good. Then she reccomended me some dope weed and I was on my way. Excellent dispensary

Trinity and the rest of the staff here are incredible, doesn't matter whoever is working. Staff is very knowledgeable about both existing product and new/upcoming product. Always spot on with recommendations based on what you prefer and they are great at creating a very laid back, stress free environment.

Stopped by yesterday and the support and friendliness from both Devan and Theo was amazing! I got the help I needed to pick products and got exactly what I was looking for! Highly recommend this location!

My go to weed shop for around the U of A area. Staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming, and they always hook me up with the right strain for what I’m looking for. Im a uni student so sometimes funds are tight but they always seem to have awesome daily deals on quality joints. Would highly recommend this place over NOVA on Whyte if you’re looking for quality weed on a budget. Nova seems to only offer dirt weed for cheap like Trail Blazer. Plus, every time you go in to SpiritLeaf you get reward points that can be used on various things from their website; got myself a pretty dope dad hat the other day for going in 10 times which is pretty wicked if you ask me. Highly recommend, check them out!
