So rude and they sell moldy old flower. HURRY UP AND BUY! There's a shop across the street next to new shoppers drugmart LUX LEAF they are so kind and knowledgeable.
Alright so we have been coming to this spirit leaf for quite awhile. The other day we asked for a recommendation on a tip. The premium tip we got tasted burnt and hardly smoked. So we called in to find out if we were able to exchange for another tip. The answer was yes. We had a online email receipt. I came in with the tip, it's packaging and the email receipt. The girl I spoke with was very cold. She was confusing and said I needed a paper receipt I replied that we only had the email receipt and we had an account. She proceeded to be very rude with the refund. I said I just wanted to exchange it for another tip. The reply I got was "this is how we do it man" I would have bought another tip but was so put off from this experience. I am a Licesned practical nurse. I had come from working a double shift.as well as volunteering at my son's school for the Terry fox run. I honestly sat in my car and cried a bit. When I asked for the manager after feeling she wasn't treating me right she said "you are being rude to. " I asked for a manager she then stated she was the manager and there was no one above her. A lady beside me as well said wasnt treated well by the same person so i believe i wasnt out of line in the way i felt. I walked out shaking. In customer service the customer should never feel this way. I'm beyond disappointed. I will not be returning to this store. All the best to you guys and I hope your service improves so others do not end up feeling this way.
Awesome service, atmosphere in there is really chill everyone who works there are all down to earth, especially Duyen.she is amazing always helpful when I see her, she's always happy and smiling makes my day, My fav place to go.prices are good, alot of good selection. The ladies working on Thursday night were amazing. So many people bustled in and out between 4-6pm during a pop-up and they were on fire. Really happy to see them carrying Alberta Bud and supporting locally grown Cannabis too! Way to go!
Store manager named Madison I believe was rude and condensing. Kicked me out because I did not realize my id had recently expired and would not serve my friend accusing him of boot legging.he hadn’t even said a word. Tried to explain it was a misunderstanding but the owner was extremely argumentative and discriminatory. Very unprofessional even using slang like” my guy “ and taunting us as she kicked as out. She should not be in charge of customer service at all.
I was in your store today to pick up my order. KAYLEY waited on me. She was so fantastic, upbeat, friendly, and professional. She educated me on the multiple uses of the vape pen I purchased. Always great service when I come in.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had come in from Calgary and I left all my medications at home by accident. The staff helped me find what I needed and the selection was outstanding.
First time visiting 20 minutes ago, open my package of 7x 0.5g pre-rolls; only has 6. Fine service and location and staff, but can't justify anything but 1 star for that experience, guess I should have opened my product in the store?
EDIT: Following a brief E-mail Exchange with Paul, who identified himself as an owner with Spirit Leaf, he invited me to return to the store and resolve my issue with a replacement item. Paul offered me a choice in products, some that were greater in value and quality than what I had originally purchased at no cost, and with no hassle. I can appreciate that the store itself is not responsible for packaging the products, and also feel that it was not necessary for him to offer to cover this scenario.
I love this place. Everyone is super friendly, the know lots about the product they sell, and have great recommendations. Its always super clean and warm inside. I'm baised cause I live close by, but if I didnt, I'd go out of my way to shop here. 5 blunts outta 5!
This store is gorgeous and the staff are wonderful. Even when they are busy they still take the time to make me smile and tell me about the new stuff that came in. They have a huge selection of flower, doobies, concentrates and edibles. I ain't mad about the prices either! If I could help it I wouldn't shop for cannabis anywhere else!
Heritage Links Spiritleaf in Edmonton South is one of the best dispensaries I've bin to. Every time I go there, everyone is so friendly and informative. They have a great selection of flower, which is what I prefer. Not to mention the awesome free pins I get once in awhile when I go there. My purse is going to be covered in no time Love this place. If your ever in need of great selection and stellar service, this is the place to go!
If I could give this store a negative star I would it's a fantastic store if you're buying something the second you want to return something or something is inadequate or faulty all the problems come out of woodwork ie the staff the so-called management and a sarcastic ignorant attitude towards people but hey as long as you're spending money it's a good time just be careful what you buy they don't stand over there products in any way shape or form.
What is the point of restrictions if your own staff do not wear masks? The vibe in this store is a very militant "hey pls step outside, please 6 feet apart! " yelling orders at you when your own employees do not take covid restrictions seriously. Not only that! Rudest staff to boot. I give this store chance everytime, and everytime we go, we leave empty handed just because the staff is very very very very very rude and dismissive.
I am pleased to see a store that listens to feed back. I went today and the service was great and especially considering how busy the store was. Bud tender was super helpful and friendly. I also noticed that prices have gotten more comparable to other dispensaries.
Called the store to just inquire if they currently had a strain in store at that current time so I didnt have to waste time going down there, and instead, Ryan, sent me to a website that couldnt help me. Terrible service. Could of take literally two seconds to just tell me yes or no to my question.
Good experience. Prices were fair, if anything was lower than what I am usually used to paying at other places. Also got some good recommendations. Would recommend!
Meh! It's a dispensary, I find the prices are higher than other places and customer service is non-existent here. This is the closest dispensary to my house and I would much rather travel a bit further for better prices and customer service.
Better than most dispensaries- prices are competitive, I've seen better but also seen much worse. Staff is good but sometimes I feel like they're pushing a certain product idk maybe I'm wrong
This location is by far the best cannabis store I have been to in the Edmonton and Calgary regions, the selection is fantastic, the staff are super friendly and don't try to upsell you on silly gadgets and trinkets you don't need, and it is SUPER clean in there. Plus its in a very conveniently placed location, with multiple entrances and exits onto 23rd AVE or backroads.
My girlfriend and I have been in a few times now and every single experience is absolutely amazing! The staff are so so so friendly! Earlier this evening we went in to grab some flower and we’re helped by Michael! He was absolutely delightful and super helpful in recommending something that we now love! Super personable and friendly and we will definitely be back!
Upon walking in the door there is 2 girls huddled at the kiosk shoulder to shoulder. Sure wearing masks but still not following there own protocol or the mandatory one. They were so busy chatting that they don’t even notice people coming in. Then you get loudly told that they are at capacity and me and the other woman who came in were told to step outside. When we were finally allowed in the store again I was told I would get a menu. Never happened. I was not inline but far enough away from others that I was socially distanced. Then by the same employee who was not socially distanced from her co worker tells me to get in line and make sure to social distance. Upon getting up to the counter I am helped by one of the woman who was at the door. I picked up my pre order which was for some reason in the other side of the shop at the kiosk. I have been to almost all the spiritleafs in the city and this one by far made me feel unwelcome and uneasy. Will not be returning. This was on Christmas Eve.
Instead of limiting the people in the store they kept shuffling me around while I was trying to decide. The sales guy kept coming super close to grab stuff needed that was near me, where they told me to stand! Left empty handed. Nice store though.
Visited on the night of November 6th: The staff are so warm and inviting with tons of knowledge! As busy as it gets they take the time to talk to customers and make them feel welcomed! The stock is great, but the staff is better- I hope they know how appreciated they are!
This location is across town for me but had cove I'll never go again.one employee knew what she was doing, the other did not. I was not impressed with the service, when the girl sold me a cartridge she never mentioned the need of a battery. I had to go to another location for competence Hallelujah for St. Albert

Unbelievably rude staff, a bunch of young people who think they know things that they don’t. We are all trying to do our best during COVID-19 but some of us do have breathing problems through no fault of our own. To disrespect or be cruel to somebody with a health problem is twisted and wrong. A business that’s values don’t rely on treating people well is doomed to fail. Do not shop here unless you like being barked at by young arrogant people.
Go-to pot shop till today. Just left without buying after they allowed a woman, who said she forgot or couldn't find masks, inside the store. I am immune impaired, have asthma, feel anxious with my mask and still wear it to protect others. After the store chose to serve her we left and won't be back. Sooooo many other choices here in Edmonton.
It's a cool low pressure place to shop for your cannabis needs, great selection of both leaf, concentrates, paraphernalia and they have an awesome group of staff there to help with all your questions. Lines are never too long either, if I were you I'd give them all your business: D

Hello I am a regular customer at your store and so are alot of my coworkers and as we are ALWAYS pleased with your selections and amazing staff specially the tall skinny dude and chubby burnett with glasses but I have talked to multiple of your staff in the past months and most of them feel your not doing your part to keep them safe as they make you money.there has been extreme rise in theft for pot stores in alberta and you should have a security guard every night for a few hours.you guys make alot of profit and its a shame you cant put a little bit back into making your employees feel safe. Please fix this situation because I would HATE for ME and My CO WORKERS to have to GO SOME WHERE ELSE due to the fact we can not support a company that does not make there employees feel safe.
This was my first ever visit to a cannabis shop and I was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness I received from Sara. I suffer from chronic migraines and Sara gave suggestions based on what she's had on feedback from other clients. It was nice to be comfortable and welcomed in a shop I had never been to before.

I came in to spirit leaf with limited knowledge of anything. I aimlessly walked in with no idea what I was going to "leaf" with. Duyen greeted me when I entered. Her cheery smile put my anxiety at ease. I told her what I needed the bud for and she recommended me a strain which was amazing! I could really tell that she had my best interest at heart. I will be going back to spirit leaf next time even though it is a 5km detour from my regular route! I highly recommend spirit leaf and highly recommend asking for duyen as she will show you da way!
Had a bad experience here. The employee that assisted me wasn’t very friendly and I was made to feel like I was wasting their time. There are a couple other spiritleaf locations that have been nothing but friendly and welcoming. Won’t be going back to the Heritage Links location

I was looking for CBD products, the two employees who assisted me were very helpful, and they both spoke very good French! As a person from Québec, this was a pleasant surprise:)
