I don't know how they keep their prices so low and I am able to keep my utilities on. I pay a small small rate on a weekly basis and it's amazing. It's actually an amount I am able to come up with on a weekly basis! Rather then a ridiculous amount monthly this weekly rate adds up to a lower then any monthly rate I have ever had. As a single mom, If it wasn't for Sponsor Energy I honestly don't know how I would have afforded my energy and gas bill in todays economy. It was literally one form and I started saving. It feels good to be supporting the Alberta Childrens' Hospital at the same time I'm using my electric space heater.

Signed up for power, no communication, no response to Facebook messages I sent. No clue what is going on.

Terrible customer service. I have been calling for weeks with no response and I even leave a message. My bills are twice that of the previous year and want an explanation. Very, very frustrated.

Terrible experience. They are impossible to get in touch with when you have an issue. Their phone line goes to voicemail during all hours, business or not, and it takes 3+ days to ever hear back from anyone. Email is exactly the same.

Would not recommend to anyone despite their charitable contribution component. Donate to a charity of your choice separately and choose and experienced energy retailer that actually provides customer service and more energy options.

Worst experience ever. Impossible to get ahold of, never answer calls or emails and have a toll free number that is out of service. No explanation of odd billing, poor excuse of a company. I would never recommend anyone to use them.
