The service and quality of the products are very good. However when it gets really busy, the wait times are usually long in these stores, especially in the footwear and sporting goods sections.

I was very impressed with the staff who worked when we had the AHS code. I can see everybody helping each other out even though you can see in their faces that they are tired especially with how the store look like at that time all the clothes were piled up everywhere to the point that I was already helping some of the lady in the change room just to hang some clothes on the floor. The line up took at least 30 minutes but when I got there, The store manager Angela greeted me with a smile on her face like she was not tired at all. She mentioned about the triangle card that saved me even more which I didn’t really want to do because of how long the line up is and I didn’t want the other customers to be upset I was taking too long but I was very happy at the end for saving me a lot of money on top of the discount savings I got from AHS. Even with the long line up she explained to me clearly how I can pay for the transaction. It was a great experience for me and will make me want to come back to this store. Cheers!

Great customer service by Madie. Took time to find right product for my kid. Shopping experience was exceeded my expectation. Technician Kyle is very supportive. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service. Once again thanks to madie for an amazing service.

I purchased a pair of shoes last week, only to discover discolouration upon my return home. Upon raising my concern at the store, I was met with astonishingly poor customer service. The department manager, Angela, displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and knowledge, absurdly placing the blame on me. Her rude behaviour and incompetence were infuriating. To add insult to injury, I was advised to seek a replacement from Nike, effectively shirking their responsibility. I expect better from Sport Chek

Had amazing service from Maveio yesterday when purchasing a bike. He took his time to explain and demonstrate everything to me and even assisted me in putting the bike in my small car! 10/10

Zafir went above and beyond with his help in finding my mother and I shoes for our vacation. He is amazing at his job and had so much patience bringing out multiple pairs of shoes in different sizes. Amazing experience at this location because of him.

The cashiers did awful today! She wasn't friendly at all and didn't respond to my questions with patience.

Some decent sales, there was a long wait in the lineup though near the end but overall decent merchandise for sale.

Great spot friendly environment, Manager is very knowledge on the products and merchandize.

David was awesome, there was nobody at the snowboard section to help us and -even though it wasn't his section- he tried his hardest to help us and gave us a really positive experience. 5 stars for David, 4 star review for the slacking board section.

Maxx was really helpful. We were waiting for a package near the back corner for about 20 minutes until Maxx came out and asked if he could help us. He told us where exactly we could find it. He then helped us try to find goggles. He deserves 5 stars but i’m only giving 4 simply because so many other associates passed by without even asking us if we needed help.

The staff was so patient with me, answering all my questions and helping my kids with a smile. The employees really made the experience a great one.

Absolutely wonderful service from Jessica in the shoe section. Wasn’t even planning to buy but her knowledge and personality saved the day. Very happy with the experience.
