Had multiple terrible experiences with this location. Had to chase someone around the store for help, only to be pushed onto another staff that said they're going on break and cannot help. Recommend to make the trip to West edmonton location. The teenagers that work the store don't really know what customer service is (which isn't surprising for this new generation).

I absolutely love this location. Since moving to Spruce Grove, my family and I have shopped here a handful of times and each time we have been impressed. Staff are always available and helpful. They quickly grab sizes and assist with trying on shoes or skates. They took the time to help me find a new bicycle and helmet for my son, and have also adjusted it on the spot as needed. I know I’m going to get great service each time I go in, so I’ll keep coming back!

Very expensive items can't even provide for a bag for their items. Big joke u have to buy a bag for their items u buy haha what store is this can't provide a bag for their items haha
