Amazing boxing week deals going on! Excellent location with helpful staff. I like the store, it’s very spacious and clean. They have almost everything in stock. Clearance with extra % off just made of day! If they don’t have any sizes you can order it online with same discounted price. They have nice collection of all brands.
I wish I could find more collection in clearance rack. Definitely they need to give more full size mirrorclothing section is pretty organized but in the shoe section, many boxes are empty and the shoes are lying on shelf, sometimes difficult to find out the same size pair. So definitely need to work on that. Rest everything is pretty awesome!

Went in to buy skis today and the staff were extremely helpful. The guy in the ski section answered all my questions and when I stopped to look at helmets another staff offered to take the skis I was going to buy to the service desk. Upon reaching the service desk I chatted with Doug who was extremely knowledgeable about the setup of skis. Could not have asked for better staff and customer service expereince. I will be back!

Appeared to be a nice store unfortunately the selection of children’s winter outerwear was extremely lacking. Sport Chek has always been my go to for my kids winter gear, this year I opted to go elsewhere.

Went in to find work shoes for my husband who has wide feet. After looking around on our own we asked for recommendations and Jackson was really helpful about pointing us to a couple pairs that fit really well. Ended up going with a pair that my husband claims " feel like walking on a cloud".

Purchased a bike a couple weeks ago. Craftsmanship was awful. Damn near everything was loose andd had to be re-adjusted. Chain broke already. Not a big deal. Went to go get a replacement and the “manager” knew absolutely nothing about the product he sells. Tried selling me a ten speed chain for a 9 speed bike claiming he didnt have a nine speed. When i told him i wasnt paying more money for the wrong chain he miraculously appeared with the correct one. Seemed to have an attitude about the work being warranty and told me he could squeeze me in 3 days later gor a five minute chain install… wouldnt lend me the tool to do it myself, but once i said id be writing a review he tried to offer me the tool. The guy was standing around staring into the ceiling when i arrived.pretty sure he could have taken five minutes to help a customer but couldnt be. Othered. Buy your bikes somewhere else

It’s really too bad we are limiting woman’s accessibility in sports. Only carrying a size 7 and upwards. Soccer cleats are labelled as mens or adult. No woman’s sizes at all available. When I asked for a size 6.5, which is a very common woman’s size, I was referred to kids shoes which are not the same quality as adults.

Customer service is very good. Waited for a while to get in the change rooms and some of the clothing wasn't marked with prices.

Every three months my son gets shoes He likes the style the name and there is good service there. They help you look for what you're looking for. Thank you
