Big group of people all waiting for skates, 15mins and 3 staff walking by saying they’d get someone else

The staff from Sport Check Crowfoot location called this store to find out if they have the product I was looking for. They said yes, they have it! I specially drove all the way to Cross Iron location. Surprise! No, they don't have it! Lack of product knowledge, zero customers service from the person I was talking in the store. Tuned out he was actually a manager! Very unprofessional telling me that he only gets paid per hour? ! That sounded that he doesn't care? CONGRATULATIONS Sport Check for training your not only the staff but managers as well!

If there was a NO star option, I would choose that.
After a purchase that was not smooth and an order that the store was to process for us, we have been left with no product (hockey equipment is not cheap) and out of the money. Numerous calls to customer service, and the store is just dragging on and on.
I am not sure why the manager doesn't return calls to keep a customer, but any communication would be great. Alicia did return a call, and it was greatly appreciated very much, but nothing since.
Any help would be appreciated and welcomed.

I came in looking for hockey equipment, needed some new skates and harman who was working in department went above and beyond to get me the best skates as well as getting me a great deal.

The shoe department was crazy with people.but the staff did a good job helping everyone as quick as they could.

Great place to get your sporting equipments and wears. They have quite a large selection. The staff are very nice too; providing assistance to ensure you get what you are looking for.

Went there just to browse. Walked out with a pair of shoes The salesperson Kaify at the shoe department not only sold us the pair, but made it so in a way that there was no buyers remorse. Super knowledgeable about the products and super friendly and accommodating. It was one of the best shopping experiences ever.
Thank you Kaify! And thank you management for hiring and keeping people like that. Will defenitly keep going there.

Matthew who works at the Bike service center was very friendly and helpful. Out of all places in Calgary and surrounding areas he even guessed which bike shop did the damage to my front tire. Keep up the great work

This sport chek is our go to for all my kids hockey needs, if they don't have a size we need they let us know what other sport Chek does, always so friendly and helpful.

I came to the store in a hurry, looking for snow goggles for my daughter to go skiing the next day. Luckily I met staff Lovedeep who gave me excellent service, I got what I needed for a sale price:). So thank you for your help Lovedeep. Dunn.

Don't usually have such helpful experiences at big box sports stores but Hayden amd the other guy in the ski dept went above and beyond setting up my skis and helping me find the right equipment these guys are rock stars was really impressed!

This sport chek is a great size! It has something for almost every sport! It has lots of great kids clothing and shoes. It has a small hockey section with skates and a pro shop. It has a snow sports area with a good selection of boards, skis and boots. It has a baseball section, tennis etc.lots of shoes to pick from. Lots of clothing and outerwear to choose from also. I do a lot of shopping here and can usually find what I need.

The bikes department was amazing and very helpful, TJ and Nikhill did an amazing job to help us. WE LOVE THE NEW BIKES!

Update: I’ve been coming to this Sportchek for about 3 years now. The staff are very friendly. My go to guy has been a fellow named TJ who usually works in Hockey. Very helpful and sweet kid. Always does the best to help me and my son with our yearly hockey equipment needs. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. I had to give him a shout out. My son broke his stick and TJ found a replacement and helped us process a return for the defective hockey stick. This kids a gem!
