Luna and lily love going there. Also, Lily had an issue whereby she wasn't feeling so great after her last visit. We called to let them know what was happening and they got her in asap to check her out at no charge and let us know there would be no costs for us related to the issue and no charge for her next pet day care. We don't know if what happened to Lily was directly related to her stay last week at the Pet Resort, but it didn't matter to Springbank because they just owned it and wanted to help.

Seriously, we wouldn't bring our dogs anywhere else for day care or overnight.

What other place has a vet office right in their complex.

I was extremely nervous about boarding my highly aggressive intact GSD with behavioral issues. Upon extensive research, Springbank Pet Resort was recommended. Their reviews were stellar, and so I was determined to board my dog here. Submitting an intake form was fairly effortless, and they were content to answer any inquiries with enthusiasm, anytime I called. Dropping off my dog for 24 days was straightforward, and they even went out of their way to email multiple times regarding my dog’s stay, and provided more than enough picture updates.

Upon pick up and return, my dog was perfectly fine and adjusted back with no issues, indicating he had an excellent stay. Will absolutely board him here again the next time I travel.

Our dog has been going to boarding here since he was a puppy.

Out of all the boarding facilities we checked out we felt this was the best suited for Henry. We had a tour and it was clear that Springbank is very well organised and is clean.

When he stays there they treat him as though he is a family member. We get email updates and photos when he boards.

We also like that there is a vet on site should anything occur and he needs care.

Eight night stay by our fur baby. She must have ingested something while there and the staff were prompt to alert us and seek treatment as well as keep us up-to-date. Great piece of mind.

My puppers always love going to puppy daycare at Springbank!
And I love how I don't have to worry about my puppers when they are there. I know that everyone at Springbank will look after my furbabies as if they were their own!

Our 4yo pup spent 12 days here while we were out of town. We got photo updates through her stay, and spotted her on their Instagram stories. They helped us feel so confident that she was very well cared for and comfortable! She's had some social issues in the past, and had no reported issues during her stay, were so thrilled that she had such a wonderful stay!

We took our dog Armani for his first daycare visit today and the experience with the resort was beyond amazing. I was very nervous as this was Armani's first ever daycare experience. All of the staff were amazing with Armani, he came home so happy! They told us all the details of Armani's first day and even sent us home with a report card! If you are looking for a place with genuine staff and a safe place for your dog, I highly recommend!

I boarded my dog here for 8 nights and I am very pleased. My dog has high anxiety and I’m always nervous how he is going to do. Usually he is super anxious after I return from being away, but when I picked him up he was calm and happy! I can just tell he had a positive experience. I will definitely be using this service again and I’m so happy I can travel worry free!

We left our Chloe for the first time ever with new friends and I was nervous because Chloe requires special attention with her wheel chair and diapers full time but everything went so good and the staff treated Chloe like their own, and she got to stay in the receptionist area because social time wasn’t a option to be around other dogs. Chloe, she looked so happy when I picked her up and gave all the girls kisses goodbye. I will be booking again with Springbank and so thankful to have met such kind and wonderful family who take the same care I do for my fur warrior

We have just come home after 2 weeks away. We left Bailey with SPR for that time. We left him as a 5 month old puppy (a little energetic) but he came home this amazing grown up dog! It's obvious that the SPR staff is very professional, kind, and caring! I'm sure Bailey can't wait to go back! Thank you SPR!

My dogs absolutely love it here, they don’t look back at all once we drop them off!

The staff here are unreal. A few years ago I was on a trip and when I got off the airplane there was a message on my phone saying that Bailey was in surgery because her stomach had flipped. This was caught by well trained staff who know what to look for and addressed with such urgency because they have vets on staff.

I don’t know that had my dog been anywhere else that the outcome would have been the same. In my eyes they saved her and won a customer for a lifetime.

What a great place to take your Dog or cat. Whether it's for a fun place to stay if your a K9 or Feline, you are well looked after. They have very convenient hours and are always helpful.

I've boarded my cats with Springbank for many years. Especially good with giving medications. Rose (deceased 6 years) with diabetes boarded over 5 years. Pablo developed Pancreatitis in the past year, and had great care over his two week stay. Pablo usually meets another cat to hang around with if your cat is sociable.

What a beautiful dog care facility. Dropped off a dog for a friend, staff were so helpful and accommodating.
Drop off is hassle free and pick up in a treat.
Love that they’ve got a vet on site so you don’t have to worry about emergencies while on holiday!

Been bringing my dog here for day care and boarding for 8 years now. Always appreciate the professionalism from the front desk, it’s always settling to know they take the time to go over your reservation and notes before drop off! Every caregivers I’ve encountered at drop of or pick up has always been so friendly and great with my dog too!

A lifesaver, Springbank is the perfect dog daycare for our 11 month old chocolate lab. She has a blast there playing with the other dogs, we never have to worry about her while away or at work. The staff are flexible and understanding. I highly recommend Springbank as a daycare and boarding solution.

I love Springbank. Before they passed, we brought our two Puggles for many years for boarding and daycare visits. They always had the best time there!

Our 10-month old pup, Gunnar, has been going to daycare as soon as his shots were up-to-date as a babe. HE LOVES daycare day and squeals all the way on our drive out before we drop him off. We love seeing videos/pictures of Gunnar on Springbank’s social media. We know that he gets the best care possible. Video I posted here was from their SM. Hope that’s okay! We love seeing playtime!

Booking is also super easy online! Love that there is peace of mind that if something were to happen to him there is the vet on-site location as well.

We had our 7 month old puppy stay for 8 nights recently. We were so impressed with their communication and attention to care. These wonderful people really do care about the well being of their animals and having a vet on site is priceless. We will absolutely be using these services again. Thank you to the staff!

Recently brought my particular pup for daycare, and they were very accommodating! They were very considerate of her needs and were more than willing to work with her. Love the doggy daycare. Our pup is always super excited when we pull into the parking lot, and she comes home happily exhausted after every visit.

We bring our dog here periodically and he always seems to have a great time based on the instagram videos you post and coming home exhausted and content!

Took our two dogs for a week. They got baths, and out one dog (cavapoo) had the best haircut of its life. We loved how we could check in on our dogs by watching the Instagram stories. Excellent service. Would highly recommend

When I made the appointment I specifically told them that my dog had a history of abuse (rescue dog) and that we didn't know what her experience with the groomer was. I told them she was an anxious dog, and to call me if there were any problems and I would take her back without having her nails cut. All she needed was a nail trim, which should have been 15$ according to their website. When I got her back 10-15 minutes later she's panting like crazy and has blood on her nose. They charged me 30$ because my dog was difficult and that's when I found out that my dog was held down by three people while laying on her side. When I told the receptionist that I specifically told them that my dog was anxious and to call me if there were issues, she said to me that no one had written it down on her file. Very bad first-time grooming experience.

So happy to be a customer at this beautiful facility. The staff are excellent and take wonderful care of our lovely fur baby!

Wilson is my therapy dog and he spent 7 nights at the SPR. He attended the daycare sessions and was able to play with all the other dogs and be socialized during his stay. I was very happy with the staff - they were very reassuring when they realized how hard it was for me to let him go. I was a bit put off by not being able to see where he would be sleeping/ playing and that he could not have his own bed. But nevertheless, the staff updated me on anything that happened during his stay and they also sent pictures so I could see him having a good time. They made sure he ate all his food and was in healthy condition during his stay. I’m grateful that he was returned to me clean, healthy, and very tired!

My wife and I have never felt more comfortable taking our dogs somewhere for daycare or boarding. We have also never seen our dogs, who each have some unique challenges, as excited when we drop them.

All the staff at Springbank Pet resort have been really friendly and professional. We can see the relationships each of them have built with our pups and how much our pups love each staff members.

Excellent service. The staff was very helpful and provided with a report card in the end that was really good to read. Our puppy was very happy coming back and even made some friends.

My pup loves going here to day care. Arrived the shy girl and has definitely come out of her shell. Also used boarding for a short stay and had no issues. Friendly staff.

I can’t stress how much grateful we are to find Springbank Pet Resort. We boarded our dog, Watson, for about two weeks and they were all very reassuring that she’s doing very well. They are very friendly whenever we call them and even granted to send us pictures while we’re out of the country. We can tell our dog had a blast! She seemed happy and healthy! Our four girls had a lovely time. The resort was so helpful putting my concerns at ease, as one of our dogs has some behavioral difficulties. The staff are patient and knowledgeable, and they clearly care deeply for the pets left in their care.

I'm sooooo happy my mom and dad bring me here every week to play!
I have so much fun I just fall right to sleep on my way home!

Our dog Watson Skye always has such a great time at Springbank. Amy and Samantha sent us pictures of her while she was in play session, which we really appreciated, and they are also very thorough and reassuring when talking to us. Super helpful for an anxious parent like myself, for longer trips away.:)

We just got Barbara back after her first stay at the pet resort. She came back happy and exhausted. We saw her a few times on their social media having a blast. They were very communicative beforeh, during, and after her stay. We will be back the next time we are going out of town!

I’ve recently started using SPR daycare for my dogs as I transition back to the workplace after working from home for 18 months. The dogs LOVE it! The staff are able to manage the dogs appropriately and I appreciate the updates I get about their day when I pick them up.

Our dog Lexi loves daycare at this facility. Maggie is such a compassionate and patient groomer - we wouldn't trust anyone else!

SPRINGBANK PET RESORT is fantastic, the staff are amazing, I have brought my pup Ace there since he was young for grooming, daycare, and training. He absolutely loves it and I can’t say enough good things about SPR.

Just to name a few of the team members Ayana, Kiara, Amy, and Tanya from daycare. Jean from the spa, and the trainer Jenna. I am sure I am forgetting some others but all of the staff are excellent!

Ace has stayed for boarding and they do an outstanding job I am never worried about him being there. Way to go guys we are so happy with everything you do!

I would recommend anyone with dogs or cats to go there, rest assured they will treat your pet like their own. When we pull into the parking lot Ace won’t even eat a high value treat because he is so excited to get his day started with his friends there. Thank you all so so much! YOU ROCK!

Wow our puppy Ronin loved it there. We had a jam with our other sitter and the crew at Pet Resort totally helped us out and we were still able to enjoy our holiday. I recommend them to everyone and anyone with a dog or cat. They love your pets as if they were their own. Way to go team! And the pricing was amazing!

Just brought my pup Buddy home, from surgery done at the Springbank Pet Hospital. He seems happy and relaxed. I was pleased with the staff and the care Bud received, especially since this is the very first time we've boarded him. They are great at giving specialized care to each and every pet.

It’s rather interesting why now I’m being prompted to write a review for this place. It was over a year ago and for a job interview. None the less deserves some input. I contacted whomever posted a job listing for a receptionist position at this location and had gotten an interview time and date. Showed up early, and was not only ignored but actually scoffed at with the rudest attitude imaginable from the lady working the counter at the time. Brushed it off and then what followed next has been my absolute worst experience of my entire professional career.
I was interviewed by someone I can only assume to be a manger possibly even someone from head office that was covering for the original poster of the job listing and treated me like I was an absolute POS for even showing up for an interview. I don’t want to just come off as disgruntled but after I left the interview I left feeling incredibly disgusted, degraded, and insulted with the way the interview was conducted. Rather hypocritical to be pushing on an potential employee the values of professionalism and respect when I was not only eyed at but my work experience wasn’t brought up, my personal life was asked more about (what I ate the night prior and or if I was single or not), but the entire interview I was stationed in a chair where I felt stuck. No individual being interviewed for any sort of job listing should ever be intimidated nor treated in such a way or be made to feel their appearance is all they are worth. Could careless that I didn’t get the job (I’m working for a company much better) I felt scared I felt so degraded leaving the resort from that interview. Absolutely horrendous to ever be made to feel such a way. It shut me down for a good couple months following that incident. I don’t want any sort of “resolution” besides making this known. Hard enough writing this out as I’m still upset over what concurred. Wouldn’t recommend personally to anyone close and dear to me if that’s how management chooses to conduct themselves. Appalling doesn’t cover it whatsoever.

We have brought our dog Bane to Springbank Pet Resort several times & they continue to exceed our expectations. Bane has several health problems and has been boarded when he's been at his worst. They have always taken amazing care of him even when theres been a lot of issues to deal with. They lessen the stress of leaving your dog while you go away and I completely trust them. Especially Amy and Chris, they have always gone above & beyond with Banes care. I trust the team at Springbank and highly recommend their resort.

We just brought our dog Louis home this morning from boarding and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the service of Springbank. Leaving him to go on holidays was a though decision to make but we are glad we were able to leave him in such caring and capable hands. He’s been sleeping for 7 hours straight so the extra money we payed for the full days of play was well worth it! 10/10 would recommend and would definitely use their services again in the future!

My dog Peyton is a bit spicy, and not always comfortable with new dogs or people, so I was worried when I moved to Calgary and needed to bring her to a new boarding place. I didn't need to worry though, the staff at Springbank are super good with her and really go above and beyond. Last time I brought her she even "smiled" at the staff, and she only does that with her favourite people. I've boarded Peyton at Springbank about 5 times in the past 2 years, and it's a big relief for me to know that she is in good hands when I have to travel without her.

I used the Vet and DayCare at SpringBank Pet Resort and Simba and I LOVE it! So I figured I would try out the grooming department! I ask from a Teddy Bear cut but I was not happy with the cut at all, it looks like they didn’t even brush him. So I called them back to tell them and the only thing they could do for me is try to fix him up, the time and damage is already over with. If you have a Poodle dog I wouldn’t recommend Springbank pet resort grooming.

Amazing staff though!

We used the boarding services and it was great so I tried the grooming, however this experience was less than satisfying. I made it clear that I want to reduce the extensive fall shedding. The grooming lady asked me if I also want to debulk them but honestly I would never expect that I will only get a wash and little to no brushing. These are large fluffy acreage dogs, not pomeranians, all I need is for them to shed less in the fall. Ultimately, I paid $200 so that now I can vacuum 2x a day and eat fur with every meal. It is horrible and I am beyond angry as I pay professionals to help me with the problem not to make it significantly worse. I know that the dogs don't like grooming but again that is why I paid a professional and our previous groomer in Edmonton did marvelous job with them 4 times a year. I returned one of the dogs and requested 'debulking' but after 20 minutes was told that the dog doesn't like grooming and they don't want to stress him. This was never an issue before and again that is why I pay a professional and don't do it at home. It has been a week and everything is covered in white fur in my house and this fact prompted me to write this review.

Love Springbank Pet Resort. The staff are wonderful and will send updates and photos of your fur baby while you are away. My cat loves playing with the other cats at the kennel. He always comes home happy and healthy.

Having Molly stay at Springbank was a HUGE weight off our minds. We were away for two weeks, and the regular updates we received were additionally helpful because in the past, dog sitters had to deal with a depressed mutt for two weeks. At the resort, she clearly had an absolute ball. She is too exhausted to play.she is just tuckered out, but was thrilled to see us on our return home. I won't hesitate to use you again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Amy was fantastic when answering all my questions. My dogs came home very happy and tired from all the play. We will definitely be back.

I’m so happy with the care provided to my dog here. They kept in touch with me while I was on vacation, sending pictures and updates of my dog’s stay. I have used the resort numerous times and have always been happy. I feel much more confident taking my dog to a well run established business versus some of the cheaper places out there! We have used Springbank a number of times since moving to Calgary awhile back and have been very happy with our overall experience.

Prior to moving we had always taken our dog with us on our trips or left her with family so she had never stayed in overnight in a kennel. We were nervous about leaving her so they allowed us to tour the entire facility (which is massive) and see how they operate everything.

They offer a wide variety of options to customize the stay whichever way you want. There are tons of staff, they're well organized and prices are pretty reasonable. I really appreciate knowing that Springbank Animal Clinic is right next door in case of emergency.

Our dog absolutely LOVES it there and is super excited the moment she realizes where we are. Shout out to one of their groomers, Jean, who is awesome and so good with her!

I will say that we did have a pretty big hiccup involving the front end at one of our earlier visits. Although it wasn't a great situation it was nothing that impacted the safety or wellness of my dog. The manager did get involved and, while she wasn't overly pleasant, she didn't try and downplay it or shift focus - she addressed it head on and took measures to resolve things immediately which I appreciate and respect. That was just over a year ago now with no other issues since.

Aside from the one issue we have always received excellent service from Springbank. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

I've been bringing my sweet but anxious rescue dog here periodically since we adopted her in 2013. She is always so well cared for. I've never hesitated to bring her back. We go on vacation - Lizzie goes to Doggy Camp!
