Safe, secured, reliable, and clean. It’s a family business so they have their heart and soul in the place. Highly recommend. They have friendly, always available and supportive staff. The spots are good size and the layout of the place is made well makes it easy to get in and out from. Very well maintained.

We have parked our trailers here for years, and have always been so pleased with the friendly staff and amazing service. Any questions I've ever had were answered promptly, and I've always felt valued as a customer.

I'm rather shocked at people complaining in their reviews about the 'excessive rules'- in 10 years, we have NEVER had anything go missing, be damaged, or in any way felt that our property wasn't secure, and that is entirely due to the staff diligently and tirelessly enforcing regulations.

If you want to come and go as you please, with no rules in place, feel free to dump your trailer in some farmer's field and take your chances on whether it will still be there when you need it. I'm happy to follow a few simple restrictions in order to keep everyone safe!

Great service and friendly. I like the abundance of rules here which means I don't have to worry about the security of my trailer. Staff have been really helpful to me with questions about winterizing and go out of their way to be helpful. Been storing my trailer here now for a few years and I appreciate that they keep an eye on everything and alert me if anything is out of place like a torn storage cover or a chance of hail damage to look out for.

Just wanted to update my payment info but, they would not pick up the phone or call back after leaving a message. Try to reach them for a week but no luck. Avoid!

They are a bit excessive in the rules, and I’ve heard they really will chew you out if you miss a warning on one of the 8 millions signs posted.

I guess you can’t have one without the other.

We had our trailer here for 8 years. We didn’t once deal with a mouse problem… or any problem come to think of that. They are pleasant to deal with, especially the guy who answers phone calls.

This month we wrapped up an 8 year relationship with Springbank Storage. Through our time parking our trailer we felt safe and taken care of. At times, we needed a battery boost or a tool, and they were always willing to help. Great customer service and will miss working with them! Great place to consider parking your RV.

Lot and facility are well maintained. Staff are rude. Customer service is awful. I had a bad experience with them last year but I didn't both to move my trailer. I regret it.

A little out of the way from where I am located but the yard layout, security, friendliness of staff and how well they take care of their grounds makes the 40 minute drive worth it. Prices have gone up for storage this year but I guess so is everything else these days. Overall, I'm very pleased with my time using sprinbank storage. They have come highly recommended and I understand why!

These guys are a class act! Their customer service is old school. They have all the time in the world to get to know you and your needs and are more than happy to do everything possible to meet those needs. They may even have written the book on customer service. I am so happy I found them. Their surveillance and security is top notch and I know my stuff is stored safely.

Lot is nice and well maintained. Staff and ownership is sooo arrogant and unprofessional, it is be beyond comprehension how they talk and treat customers! The owner told me I would get worst treatment in a country I come from!

Decent prices and I've always received great service from the guys in the office. They put the security of the lot above all else. Had my RV here for years and never had any problems. Would definitely recommend Springbank Self Storage.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Roads are always clear in the winter. Storage units are kept clean and secure.

We were a customer for almost 9 years. We had to leave, costs were steadily rising and service was going down. I felt customers were getting in the way of their business vision. The location was very convenient for us so we had stayed but now I'll drive much further and pay more for better service.

Be aware that the owners are not flexible in any way regarding any refund for yearly payments. However, they did suggest that I could find another person to take over my site, and were very helpful with the transfer to the new tenant. The facility is very secure, clean, and safe.
