I had an appointment yesterday at SpringHill Dental Clinic with Dr. Shora Forootan. I truly appreciate the entire staff, including the assistants, and Dr. Shora. They were all exceptionally pleasant, understanding, and provided great care. Not only did I receive positive energy from their attitudes, but I also received excellent treatment.

I have tried 2 different dentists since moving to Calgary in September. One dentist office seemed to be more interested in how much my dental plan would cover, the other dentist office the freezing they tried wouldn't work. I left that appointment with no work done. I am an anxious patient at the best of times, so these two past experiences greatly increased my level of anxiety. And than I went to see Dr Shora Forootan and her assistant Kayla (I hope I got her name correct). Not only were they sensitive to my fear of dentists, they took the time to explain everything to me and gave me a sense of comfort. Dr Shora was very thorough in her explanation of the procedure which included her telling me they would try to save my tooth but if she couldn't save it, the tooth would have to be pulled - which is what happened. I was given sedation, as per my request, (I was so relaxed and calm that I almost fell asleep) and handled with kindness and care throughout the entire procedure. I did not feel a thing. Dr Shora and her assistant Kayla are the best! I mentioned getting future work done and Kayla said we will come up with a plan that works for me, my timeline and my budget. Wow! I have finally found a dentist that I trust and will continue to go see with a feeling of confidence and calm. Thank you!

I've had extensive dental work at Springhill Dental since the beginning of December, 2022. I needed a crown on one tooth, a root canal and filling on another (which turned out to be a broken tooth so a crown had to replace the filling). Many, many visits over the past few months. I continued to have pain and discomfort with my root canal and crown so I returned last week - Thursday, March 9th - where it was discovered cement had been left between my teeth causing the pain and discomfort. Not good. Dr. Hucal cleaned up the cement and said I should be good.which I'm hoping is the case (so far, so good). I was charged for this appointment which I didn't think appropriate considering the cement should have been cleared out of my teeth during a previous visit. Otherwise, lovely staff and reception.

I have extreme anxiety about being at a dentist due to bad dentist appointments from the past. The dentist here and the front desk staff the assistant we’re all amazing people they were kind patient and very positive. The dentist I saw was Dr. Shora forootan. And the assistant Ann Marie was so amazing. The front desk staff Rana was So understanding with me.they explained everything in detail as they were doing it and before they did it.amazing place and amazing staff. I will be coming back for all my dental work here. They are also working with me on my bills so that I can have my teeth in order. Today I had another dental appointment with them they did five filling and I was so calm so relax due to the staff Dr. Shora forootan, kaylee and Zeren and all staff. You guys have made every visit pleasurable, calming and very fast I appreciate all your work and future work. You have such patience with me and my anxiety. If I could give you a 10 stars I would but it looks like I can only get five star review lol lol thank you again from the bottom of my heart I really appreciate it. I have referred you to so many people as you guys are amazing. If u need kind, understanding and a great dentist experience lol.as I have not in the past with others, then this is so worth going too! Thank u so much for all your hard work and patience with me!

Very professional and helpful. I get in quickly and the problem is solved just as quickly. I feel like we are all on the same page and it makes the appointment productive and the girls at the front desk.friendly, happy, authentic, professional and the hygienists and dentists are always laughing, dancing yet very professional. Feels welcoming.

Appointment at Spring Hill for dental cleaning but scheduled favorite hygienist phoned in sick. Was treated by a replacement who was equally personable and competent. It worked out well.

Root canal was done very professionally without any pain, dr Laura took the time to listen to my concerns and pose the right diagnosis and treatment path.

SpringHill Dental went beyond and above to accommodate my needs. They are a highly experienced and professional team with utmost respect and flexibility for their patients. My experience with this dental practice is profoundly positive.

Great dental office. The front office staff are friendly and spend time with you accommodating appointments. The hygentists, dentists and dental assistants that my family has seen there are very friendly, prompt and professional.

I’ve always found Springhill Dental to be a great place to have my family’s dental care attended to. From the front counter staff to the hygienist and dentists, it’s a great team of professionals. It may be small, but they always have a puzzle going in the waiting room

Jeanne is an excellent hygienist. Her caring and warm nature makes even the most painful procedures manageable. She is very concerned with patient comfort, takes a genuine interest in the patient, and shares lots of helpful hints and tricks for care instructions. Great experience!

This practice is the best. Fast, efficient, friendly, and courteous. I've been going here for over 2 years now and would highly recommend it. They are also great with children as I've recently taken my 3yr old for her first visit and they made her feel comfortable and happy!
