Sprint Used Auto

I bought a car from Sprint just yesterday after my truck had a catastrophic failure. I first went to a different dealership, one that is part of a group in GP. First place told me I needed a co-signer and my credit was poor, but kept trying to sell me a more expensive car that was a couple of years newer. So Just for sake of checking I looked and inventory at Sprint. They had something in my budget. I debated calling since I was told my credit was so bad, but I did. I am so glad I made the call to honest people. The finance manager called me back in 30 minutes to say I was approved for the car, no co-signer just me. So I went down and test drove the car. Then decided to move forward with the deal. I literally drove home with my new to me car. 3.5 total hours on the deal. Where as the other place almost 48 hrs to finally tell me that wow all of the sudden I was accepted for the original car. My credit rating was not bad at all. It was not perfect but it was above average. Long story longer, The ladies at Sprint Auto are Absolutely amazing people. Non commission sales people, so no pressure. These ladies will put you into a vehicle that is a nice fit for you.

I traded in my beautiful car for a truck as I needed something durable and better for winter.
I bought a Ram 1500 through a trade
In, had non stop issues with it since a couple days after the purchase.

I repeatedly brought it back because I felt it was unsafe and was repeatedly told it was fine and I needed to stop worrying about it. They kept saying they fixed it but failed to give me any paperwork of any kind.
I brought the same truck to a reputable local mechanic and was told it’s over 5000$ in repairs to be done.

Broken CV axel and was siezed in my differential/brake pads were not making contact with the rotors, all 4 rotors were toasted, the door switch was heavily corroded and my window stopped working, 4x4 needs servicing, lower ball joints need replacing.

They clearly do not have your best interests at heart so please think twice before buying a vehicle here!

I recently bought a car from sprint auto they were very helpful and great to deal with. They did a great job at finding what I wanted plus in the budget I was looking in they worked tireless to get me what I was looking for. Then I had a problem with tires. So the fine people they are went on the search for tires and within minutes they came back with a set of tires for me. One of the best experiences I’ve had buying a vehicle. Highly recommended them if your in search of a vehicle. I’d go back anytime for my next.

Recently my wife and I purchased a used car from Sprint Auto. We found the purchase process to be both quick and smooth. There was no pressure, the pricing was transparent, and the finance office was very helpful. That part of the experience was great but not unexpected.

However, where the staff at Sprint Auto really set themselves apart is following the sale when an unexpected mechanical issue arose on the vehicle we had purchased. We contacted the finance manager (because we had her email) the night the issue arose, surprisingly she replied nearly immediately and acknowledged our concern and arranged for us to bring the car into the shop the next day. It took two weeks from diagnosis to repair (due to shipping of parts) but the staff at Sprint provided us regular updates and went out of their way to assist us with the challenge not having availability of the vehicle caused us.

I have heard many stereotypes of used car dealers and I'm sure others have had different experiences, however our experience with Sprint Auto was exceptional and we greatly appreciate the service they provided us.

We had an excellent experience with Sprint Auto! Becky gave us great service with a straightforward process, and they really worked with us to get the best deal. We will definitely go back to them for future purchases and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

I had my doubts about being approved for anything. Last 2 years were rough. I popped into sprint auto, and talked to Becky, to my surprise she and the staff, did everything they could, and worked really hard for me. Now I have a 2016 ford truck, and a great appreciation for the the staff at sprint auto. You all are so awesome. So happy to have came to you. Thank you.

Worked out a deal on a truck with Dave over text. He was completely upfront with any issues and there were no surprises when I actually saw it in person. He had the truck ready to go for a test drive when we arrived.

Though we didn’t end up getting that truck he was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful, trustworthy, friendly, and patient. I would undoubtedly consider going to him again should I require another vehicle.

Absolutely wonderful. My wife and I arrived very late in the day, just before closing, but by the quality of service we received you would never have known.

They had a great selection to choose from, and we ended up finding the perfect vehicle for our needs- at a price the other dealerships would say was not possible. They even offered to replace the windshield at no extra cost even though it only had a few small chips in it.

On top of that, they were fully transparent about the work that had been done to it, and there were no attempts to sell me any unnecessary "upgrades" or other tomfoolery that I have grown to expect from Grande Prairie dealerships.

If you are looking for a used vehicle, this is the place to buy it.

Excellent customer service. Found a great car within our budget. I had a ton anxiety about finding a used vehicle, but they were honest, friendly and helpful. And they didn’t try to upsell us to something we couldn’t afford like every other dealership we went to did. If you’re looking for a used vehicle don’t hesitate to check them out!
