First time wife and I came, was a bit weird that you had to look stuff online then ask for them to get the stuff then try it on but it worked.

This time they told us she would have to buy the clothes, take them home to try them on, then return them if she didn't like them. Then also said they weren't sure if the website was accurate because of a sale they had.

Waste of over an hour round trip. Terrible

Have enjoyed buying from them, I have started purchasing online since they ship and we've recently moved. We have consigned with them as well. The process is easy and its a great way to be environmentally friendly and get a good deal.

I dropped a full bin of clothing on January 11th and found out today that only 3 items from the bin were accepted and the rest was tossed. There was a note written in my file that claimed the rest of the items I had dropped off were "too worn", which is absolutely not true.
The bin was full of Volcom and Levis jeans and pants with no holes, stains or wearing on the knees (some of the newest pairs had only been worn less than 10 times). There were also several brand name, shirts, hoodies and flannel shirts that were in very good used condition.
I have been consigning here for a decade, and I am well aware of what quality and condition of clothing should be consigned at this store. I am extremely disappointed that several hundreds of dollars of clothing was so casually discarded.

After I reached out to the owner via email, I was told that the jeans, pants, shirts, and hoodies I dropped off were exclusively "winter items" and that they were not accepting those, which is why my items were discarded. I am unclear exactly when basic wardrobe items such as those listed above became considered "winter" items in Calgary. This is also NOT what I was told by the staff when I was in the store and when I called later, and appears like a fabricated excuse made up by the management.

I will not recommend them nor use them again.

BEWARE! I would give no stars if possible. This store keeps your credit if you haven’t been in for a year. They call it “Zeroing Out”” for accounting purposes. Claim it is in the contract. They do not notify you either.

I've been coming for years because the quality is typically great. Recently drop offs for used items has become more hassel then its worth. Rules keep changing, lots of limitations on times, how much etcs kickbacks aren't worth the work, and cost of stuff is not much less then buying new. Again quality is good, but not a friendly environment for drop offs.

I was just in that store and got some used jeans and it was priced for 4.50$ so I got them when I got to the front the lady told me that it was priced wrong she can't sell them to me for 4.50 actually it's 14.50 I was like what! She said the consignment won't make any money I told her well that's not fair you guys made the mistake she said I can't sell them to you at this price if you can't afford them you have the option not to get them and she made me feel cheap standing there like I couldn't afford the extra 10 but that wasn't the point she was very rude and embarrassed me I will not be coming back here thank you for making me pay for your mistakes

This store is amazing and the staff are very friendly. Please don’t let other peoples bad experience make you question to shop here. They have quite a great selection of items here for children and adult. I will definitely be back to shop here again!

I enjoy shopping here. The staff is allways helpfully. You can get named brand clothes for a fraction of the price. All in good condition!

I use to live just a few blocks away and my mom and I shopped there all the time. Over the past few years, the quality of clothes and customer service have gone down and the prices just KEEP going up.

The ladies at the front were very unfriendly and did not seem willing to help. The store also seemed to be very organized. Usually, when I go thrift shopping, I prepare to look at everything because it is hard to keep sizes and styles together but everything was just all over the place. I can usually deal with a messy place but due to the negative attitude of employees, I just wanted to leave my place. I am all for supporting small local businesses, but they need to start acting like they need the customers because you will start to lose them one by one.

Long term customer used to love the store has been a big help for my family in cheap but nice clothing but sadly staffing has issues. The ladies at the front are very inactive no one even said hello to me as I came in let alone asked if I needed help, nor were they friendly when doing my transaction. Truly sad when a business looses it passion and life.

This store was organized awesome! Lots of time when I'm looking for clothes for my little one the sizes are all mixed up but they are marked clearly here. I also liked that I could do a bit of shopping for me too in the adult section!

The lady in the front was so rude in correcting me and my 2 year old daughter of not touching things because they might get dirty. They should know how to communicate more politely

Terribly disturbing! I dropped off various high-end items (2 tubs worth!) over six months ago (three months prior to covid onset). Items included Jimmy Choo handbag, True Religion jeans, Sam Edelman boots, Aritzia coat, Lulu.and when I called this week to see if there was any commissions for account #9822, I was told there was $4 on my file. Robbery! Take your items to charity and save yourself the hassle!

I called Sproutz this afternoon to see if any of my other items have sold, only to find out that "Management has weirdly closed your account. I don't really understand why. You will have to send them an email. "
Red flags all over the place.

Just came in today to drop off some stuff. I preface I have been coming to this store since it opened and have left a lot of stuff here. I have seen and witnessed the costumer service go down hill. This used to be my favourite consignment place, but I've have been coming less and less due to changes of drop off times between what employees say vs policy, but after today I will never be back.
I asked for my account info and if I had $. They told me it had expired. I asked about how that works again because it has been a while, I don't live on this side of the city anymore. As explained, it expires from the last time you drop something off. If you are always dropping off it never expires. I said it was misleading but fair, thats your thing. I left to bring in my things but then thought I should make a change since I have no $ here right now and this is far for me to come. It's all good to this point.
This is where we sour.
So I come back in and say I'm going to move consignment places based on their policy. I ask if they have any policy or procedure information on hand so I can take it with me and I'm told it was all on the contact I signed. I don't actually remember signing one, been a long time but I'm not saying they don't have them. I asked for mine. They don't have them or keep them, apparently they are kept on line some how. I asked if I could see one. I was told it's all on line, we don't have one. I said how do people sign up, and her response was here and they sign a contract here. So can I have one of those? We don't have one.
So needles to say this went back and forth me asking for the physical copy they give new customers to fill out, with her not having any interest in actually giving it to me. I'm actually not sure she even understood what I was asking or really has a grasp on their policies
Then a older, slender man in his late 50s out of nowhere says just print it off on line. Have no clue where he came from and just rudely interrupted what's going on. Apparently he was talking to me. I ask him, you don't have your policies and procedures in a print out? No, we don't give that, you can access it on line. So i ask what his name is. Steve. Are you the manager? I am, some days yes or depending on the day. Something to that affect.
This is your manager or owner. This guy who talks and acts like this? How do you even have a business still? All I wanted was your policy and procedure and the reaction back was so poor.
I really didn't have much issue with the young girl trying, it's clear it's a lack of training and poor management from the top.
That's when I said wow this place is just fantastic, I will be sure to leave a review and left. I am actually sitting here In the lot writing this because his lack of customer service was so awful. This place obviously doesn't care about the individual but only the big picture $$$. So I will be taking my things to a better place.

I love shopping for my kids' clothes here - great selection of footwear, clothing in all sizes, and other necessities like life jackets, sports gear, and baby gear. Also a good variety of women's clothing in good condition, including designer labels at a much reduced price.

Want some great clothes, along with other quality items for a very cheap price? Well then just come here! You can get some clothes from quality brands like Tommy Hilfiger for as low as 7$ here! No joke, you can come out of this place with 20 pairs of new clothes for a smudge over 100$, it's crazy! I would really recommend checking it out.

Surprisingly great, their selection of clothes is phenomenal. Although it caters more to women and children the men's wear is comprised of mostly quality, top notch brand names. Diesel, Ted Baker, Mavi, Nike, to name a few. All in basically brand condition too.
The staff are polite & helpful as well.

A great variety of men's, women's and kids clothing and shoes that are reasonably priced. A lot of cool new toys for kids too. Great service!

It could be cleaner and the staff can be a little surly, but I still love shopping and consigning here. Reasonable policies for consignors and great prices for shoppers. Amazing place if your kids grow faster than they wear through clothes.

Very expensive. 2-5 dollars more then other consignment stores for babies. Mentioned it to the staff, very pleasantly, and a blonde worker got very rude and defensive. Won't be back. Two stars cause the one worker was polite.

There's a lot of selection, but sometimes that can be an issue as the racks can be overfull and difficult to look through. Most of the toys are piled on top of display stands or high shelves so they are also difficult to browse.
