Spruce Grove Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine

I was in an accident and been having nerve pain and a hand full of other problems including mobility, lifting, Constantine has been amazing very knowledgeable and insightful, and he genuinely cares and it shows. Iv seen Constantine three times now and all three I was very impressed with my experience and will continue, iv also tried some tcm that Constantine had made specifically for me after seeing me a couple times, it has also been great not the nicest tasting, he did warn me but it's not that bad in my eyes compared to oil of oregano haha and it leaves me feeling good and does seem to be helping with a number of things mood, pain, fatigue, my tolerance to the cold hitting my body just a couple things iv noticed over a week of taking it but that could be the accupunture combo as well. One major thing to me is the holistic approach its not just looking at a spine or hips or arms but the whole system and when it's the nerve problems things get complicated it's not as easy as broken bones I honestly feel safe and cared for and I feel I can trust in the knowledge here.
I'm not back to doing back flips or sadly even back to work because of my injuries but I was only going down hill before I seen Constantine now I can say there is some improvements which is huge from the downward spiral I was going down and it has also improved my other treatments and ability to do the treatments. This is a legit well earnt 5 star review.
I'd highly recommend Constantine, and this establishment.

Been seeing Constantine for two years+ now once a month so updated review is in order, he is awesome and has been a lot of help, I'm not better but he has been making these unbearable life long injuries significantly more manageable. He knows his stuff and is insightful and well spoken.

Dr. Marr's exceptional knowledge of the body, Chinese medicine, and acupuncture, along with her incredibly caring demeanor, have improved my quality of life greatly. She always takes her time and addresses whichever needs are most important at each visit. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Constantine is always takes the time to make me feel listened to and well cared for. I always feel great after seeing him and getting a treatment. He is skilled and explains what he is doing and why. I especially enjoy his cupping treatment.

I have seen Melanie who has helped me a lot with stomach issues. Her knowledge of Chinese herbs and medicine has been very helpful in addition to acupuncture treatments.
I have also seen Constantine who has also been so helpful for chronic pain issues. The other day, I went in to my appointment with a headache and neck pain, and after acupuncture and cupping left without it!

Seeing Constantine has made my life And my overall well-being greatly improve. I suffered from swollen ankles for the past 5 years that would result in painful walking/not being able to walk at all, after standing for periods longer then 1.5 hours. (doctor tested for everything with no answers) After a few treatments with Constantine this has completely stopped. I was able to stand in line at a concert for 4 hours, walk and complete 18-Holes of Golf and so much more with no pain at all. He has also taken care of some TMJ pains. I would say again and again, GO SEE CONSTANTINE AT SPRUCE GROVE ACUPUNCTURE! Whether it’s for something that is painful or just some relaxation everyone deserves to feel, how I have felt after my treatments with him.

Well I’d never tried acupuncture before this, but persistent pain got me in there to give it a go. I’ve now been twice and have a third appointment because it was AMAZING. AMAZING! First of all, I had reduced pain and improved range of motion after the FIRST appointment. Immediately after, as well- I noticed before I’d even gotten to my car. What was more unexpected though was this complete relaxation that followed both of my appointments. I mean I was totally walking on air. Turns out acupuncture is the way!
