Excellent the people driving have all been nice and made sure I don't lose or forget anything, cheaper to best proce so far I've found!

Favourite cab company in town. We have had Kamil on multiple occasions and he is always down to earth, an amazing driver, the mvp. We look forward to seeing him everytime.

Red su v with grove taxi decals tonight on hwy 16a ny safeway in stony plain at midnight worst driver no commonsense in driving skills must've gotten there license from cereal box, They seem to be rudest drivers out at night

I was so worried about being late for our flight however grove taxi showed up when they were scheduled to be picking us up (even though it was 2: 30am) the driver was friendly and the service was amazing! Way to go grove taxi! I highly recommend

The dispatch called me and said go outside. 20 minutes later no car. I called back she said he's there go outside. So we played this game for a bit longer. During all our calls she just hung up the phone each time. So an hour later I finally got my taxi and do you think thus cheap %_<#$ would give me a discount.f no. Meanwhile the driver she sent me had no work in headlights he was brand new had no idea where he was going so I actually called her while I was in the car and she said oh I'd like you don't need headlights and then she hung up the phone on me I am definitely calling oh H&S and the driver's board cuz I don't think they're licensed they are freaking out of control

They picked me on short notice after another taxi company had a driver quit and unable to pick me up.

Took a cab from spruce to the west end and it was literally double the price of the Uber I took back this next day. This company is greedy. Just call an Edmonton cab if your able or Uber.

The driver didn't even know where West Edmonton mall was. The driver tried to scam me off 20 dollar extra when the website said 40 dollars.when I called him out on it he acted like I caught him in the act. I won't be using this taxi service again.

Service used to be really good, although lately? Service has been lacking. My recent experiences include d
1. Calling Cab for my Girfriend, and the driver then asking her my
Phone number, and being weird with her. When calling to complain, was told owner would call us back, never received a call back from owner. Honestly seems like he just doesn’t care.
2. Nothing but late, 30-60 minutes later than being told every time!
3. The driver drives like he had nothing to live Ford speeding, no seatbelt, and just overall lack of caring.
4. Driver double charged me, saying the price I paid through their app was an incorrect amount.

Will most likely not use this company in the future.

Edit: Received Multiple calls from company today while at work. Called back when I was available to, and was told that they didn’t know about a call.

Edit 2: Since my previous edit, and looking at my bank account, I have found a THIRD Charge from them.

Edit 3: have attempted to get ahold of the owner, as well sad been told multiple times that this situation would be handled by end of that day. Nothing has been resolved. Owner says to “call and talk” however is never available.

Wait time definitely needs to get preplanned in order to save ones self from wait time of 45min

They were on time and courteous, but the cab was old, dirty, stunk of smoke, and the atm didn’t work so we had to wait while he drove one of our friends in the cab to an atm.

Paula was our driver and we were tourist and she was so awesome! Nothing but laughs and she drove safely and got us where we needed to be effectively. Thanks for the great ride, Paula.
