Just got a very cold and unwelcoming feeling, not immediately greeted and standing at the service desk feeling super akward.nothing was explained to me at all and then was told at 5pm that my vehicle might not be able to get released.something that could and should have been explained hours earlier.

Overall 4/5 stars - again that shuttle service and the shuttle drivers were amazing and nice and so helpful.

I have been through the service department here and was very happy with them, quick appointments and excellent work was done!

Super friendly staff - I had to take in my Dodge Caravan for a rustproofing/undercoating check - purchased via Dodge in Ontario, but in Spruce Grove it was Nissan. I will definitely look at their vehicles for my next purchase!

Dealership uses high pressure and intimidation techniques to get what they want. Sam the original sales person I felt with was nice so that’s why they get two stars instead of one. Recently bought a car from this dealership and the lady in finance was condescending and tried to intimidate me into spending more money. When I bought the car they told me one of the key fobs had been lost so I would have to go back and pick it up. Went back to get the key fob programmed and when it was done the service lady told me that chris from sales had the keys. Went to speak to Chris and he refused to give me the keys until I had sat with him and filled out the customer satisfaction survey with him. I told him I would fill it out at home and he said no and again did not return my keys. I told him once again I was more comfortable doing it at home. A few minutes passed and my friend told him I was obviously uncomfortable before he handed over the keys. It was intimidating to be physically prevented from leaving. It was actually kind of frightening. I would not recommend this dealership

The only reason this isn’t one star is because of the salesman we dealt with he was very kind and personable. The sales manager on the other hand was extremely pushy and aggressive I came in knowing what I could afford and was willing to accept the veichle I liked was out of budget, he kept coming back with more numbers after saying we wanted to leave and held onto our car keys after checking trade in value so we couldn’t leave until he came back with the price he was able to get. Felt very intimidated and overwhelmed by this experience

I bought a New Rogue from Nissan Spruce Grove and I recently had some issues with it. When I went back to have the vehicle serviced, some of their staff were really rude so I really got offended.
But their sales manager found the time to call me and listened to my concerns, and also assured me that he'd always do his best to help out his customers, which I sincerely appreciate.

Drove 45 minutes from Edmonton just to look at a car. Brandon took the time out to patiently sit with us and know our needs. Which made it totally worth it. Even though the car was sold a few hours before we texted him a couple of days after, I think Brandon is one of the best salesmen I have ever met during our car hunting journey. He is patient, resourceful, and a very positive person. He does not get impatient when the customer is being picky. He instead enjoys the challenge. I really appreciated how he barely checked up on us when we told him that we will reach out once we have made up our minds. He respected our decision and left us alone to make up our minds without feeling the constant pressure. Other car dealerships have had people contact us every day via email, text messages, and phone calls. But Brandon didn't make us feel flustered or irritated us with constantly reaching out without any regard to other person's schedules. Brandon was very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and a very kind-hearted person. He is definitely an asset to this dealership. When we decide to get back in the market to look for a car, I definitely know who to reach out to. He definitely made the experience personal and left an impact. Overpriced used cars, they will not deal with you. They would rather just wait for someone they can rip off easier. I found this to be the case at all Go Auto dealerships. We looked at a Nissan rogue in mediocre condition, we were interested but the price was high for the condition/km. They wouldn't even budge on the price or throw in a remote start. They also force you to pay for some etching thing for no reason. We also looked at another rogue but when I noticed the light hail damage suddenly they didn't want to sell that car to me because they would rather wait for someone who doesn't notice. We ended up finding a significantly nicer vehicle for less somewhere else with remote start. After shopping at several Go Auto dealers I honestly think that people should start boycotting this company.

Taking our call at 10: 30 pm to driving at 7am to pick up undercoat; this Nissan dealership will do what it takes to earn your business. We are extremely pleased with the service!

Dean was an excellent salesman to deal with. Helpful and thoughtful. I bought from outside of town so I was disappointed to get home and have both key fobs with low batteries that needed to be replaced. Minor but it's the little things.

Hi, I’m a satisfied customer of Spruce Grove Nissan. When my wife Suzanne and I decided we needed a newer reliable car for an upcoming trip to Texas I immediately got on line to check things out. We really liked the look of the Nissan Rogue so I concentrated on that model. After checking out numerous sites in the Edmonton area I kept noticing that Spruce Grove Nissan continually had the least expensive asking price of any other site on comparable vehicles. So we paid a visit and we we’re not disappointed. From the initial greeting until I signed for my newer Rogue I was very happy. And no pressure whatsoever. Thanks to Brandon and Spruce Grove Nissan for a satisfying experience.

This was the first place I went to look for a vehicle. I phoned in first and found the staff on the phone very pleasant. They made an appointment for me for the time frame I wanted. They let me know Brandon would be my salesperson. He asked me a few questions so he could know what I was looking for. When I arrived Brandon was quite pleasant & helpful. He had a vehicle ready for me to trial & answered all my questions before & after the test drive. I also met the sales manager who was helpful as well.

Found a used vehicle we wanted to test drive on short notice and only 30 minutes before the dealership was scheduled to close. Dean kindly confirmed the vehicle was available and pulled it out front so it was ready as soon as we arrived. We did not end up going with that vehicle but wanted to say the service was great, and Dean even followed up to ask if there was anything else he could do to help us find a vehicle.

Brandon Wells patiently answered all my questions and went above and beyond to try to comply with my requests. All the staff was very respectful of the COVID-19 etiquette and very kind. I would've given a perfect score but the GoAuto corporate sales policy really takes one star (possibly 1.5) off.

If you would like integrity and actual customer service I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. They are the reason for the nick name stealership.

After having a horrible time in red deer dealerships I went out here because even just talking to them made me excited to do business with them. I was headstrong on a veloster and they were more then helpful and patient and went above and beyond for me. They never gave up on me and after a few tries they got me approved.
But above all they are amazing here every single one of them. I would recommend anyone who asks to go here even if it's out of your way

I've tried (twice in the past three weeks) to book a service appointment online but I haven't even received a confirmation or an acknowledgement. If you are not going to monitor the on-line booking system why offer it? A One star rating is too high.
