I would like to take this opportunity to thank all Spruce Ridge Estates Team specially Sonia & Parita. I would be happy to recommend Spruce Ridge Estates to any of my friends and colleagues looking for a property in the area. Have a wonderful summer.
Very clean, helpful, professional and well managed by Boardwalk and the team. Beautiful units with great views, we are very happy during our stay. If you are searching for an apartment then you should definitely come and visit once. Well managed by property manager Mr. Amrit and team.
We had a comfortable stay at Boardwalk. Amrit Gill, the Resident Manager went above and beyond to help us when required. I definitely recommend Boardwalk, especially for new immigrants.
Not a very good viewing, the apartment was dirty (garbage etc.) And we were told there was a gym but we weren't shown it. Also while we were in the office we heard a man complaining about his dryer and toilet not working for some time.
We have been renting a unit in this building for several months, unfortunately, it has poor quality management, they are not a professional team at all and every time we call them no one answers, several times since 4 months ago we have requested maintenance, but no one has ever come. After that, we went to their office many times and followed up the issue. They said they would do it, but nothing yet. The neighbors are very noisy, we report to the office many times but they do not care, and according to COVID-19, jobs and classes are remote and we are mostly at home, we are very annoyed. We are not satisfied at all and we suggest that no one rent a unit here.
Good place to live in. Premium suites are awesome looking, renovated, everything is new. Staff is responsive. Have lived here for 5.5 months for now. Great location. Very close to downtown, at the same time it is kind of isolated. Very quiet area. Park, trails and river are very close.
I live in boardwalk places for 7 years. I love it. They are always on top of things. Maintenance, cleaning, and office staff are very polite and hard working. I do not have any complains.
Good/bad. Good: Management team is nice ppl, Location is nice near Edworthy park and close to C-train station Bad: however it is wood frame building which means you could literally hear kids screaming, foot steps, so i do not recommend who are having hard time sleeping in. Rent increase pretty much $100 every year, during the pandemic they increased $100 as well. I just do not get it why Alberta does not have policy/law that they could only increase rent 5-10% every year like Ontario. Overall, you get what you pay for, if you are planning to stay 2-3 yrs, that's not bad, but for looooong term soso
Unbelievably rude staff. Also called several times and they hang up on me. Can’t imagine what is their criteria when choosing the staff. Disappointing behavior.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very responsive to inquiries. When I was looking for a rental place, my request for rental home was ignored from many places, but this place answered me right away, found a pretty decent place for me. The staff Sajjad is super responsive and helpful. I appreciate all the assist from this place so far. Thank you Sajjad!
The most unfair and unprofessional living experience you could possibly have in your lifetime, wouldn’t recommend the place to even my worst enemy. Do not fall for their incentives because they are given to you with the intention of nicely pressuring you to live there, the one star is for the location which isn’t bad
Just renewed for a 3rd year. Like the neighborhood. Site video says rent includes parking. Tenants continuously permitted to park in visitor parking, one in particular does every night after warnings and still gets away with it. Yet, I still have to pay for my parking spot. Fair?
