St. Albert Honda

I bought a used 2022 Toyota Sienna from this dealership december of last year. I live in Calgary so everything was done over the phone and via email. I arranged the time and date when to pick up the car and when i arrived there i felt like they weren’t even ready for me, the cheque for my trade in wasn’t even made yet and the sales manager need to go to another Honda dealership for the signature.
And when i got back to Calgary i noticed that the kick sensor for the doors was turned off (weird right?) so i turned it on and next morning the car won’t start battery was dead, so i took it to my local toyota dealership and they said that the kick sensor was draining the battery and have to wait 6 months for the parts to fix it. I’m pretty sure St. Albert Honda already know the problem and they didn’t disclosed it to me. Yes i have a the mechanical report but it was never stated there that there was a problem with the kick sensor. DON’T BUY USED CAR HERE, read the reviews and you’ll know what i’m talking about. Worst dealership i ever dealt with.

Bad experience, went in for a vehicle, only for them to force add ons, on a used vehicle to up the cost a couple grand! We wasted our time, went there twice, decided we wanted it, ready to pay cash, sat down and they would not sell the vehicle for the listed price! Crooks! Sales managers are terrible.

We asked for the best price they can sell at for a QX80 with some body damage on rear, they made us waited 30 mins to come back and tell us we are going to charge $1700 over and above the asking price, $700 edging fee and $1000 paint touch up, that is their bottom line. More than one hour of my life wasted at that dealership I never get back. Bad management and bad attitude.

Just picked up a 2017 lancer from these guys. Great group of people. Bob, great guy to chat with, very helpful in getting me what I wanted. Viktoriya, great help as well. And Dakota, great personality, fun to chat with, even had some laughs. Was definitly a good experience going here, and would 100% go back for another vehicle. Never once felt pressured to do this, or get that, they were all upfront which I appreciated alot. Thank you all.

I went in looking for a new car under $30,000. I was presented a civic with 2000 km on it for the $30K price. I was going to put $15K down and finance the rest. Long story short they tried to sell me on paying almost $50K for a $30K car. I would avoid at all costs.

I needed an out of province inspection done on my car. The work and effort that Aaron went through to ensure it was completed within the 10 day limit went far beyond what I have seen anywhere else. Fantastic service.

They have been quite helpful in the past but I have extended warranty on my 2018 Ridgeline and I have an issue with the tailgate wiring to the back up camera and wanted them to open the tailgate and just review the wiring. The item is a TSB by Honda and is a well documented bad design issue. The service department would not look at it unless I agreed to a $50 commitment just in case they have to remove a part and find that it is not covered by the warranty. I find this to be a very cheap approach to a customer who may or may not be coming back.

Product and Pricing were good but the high pressure sales tactics were very unwanted. After making the deal and agreeing on a price, I was subjected to a high pressure sales pitch on additional warranty and dealer installed extras on the day we were to pick up the vehicle. I understand the sales part of this pitch but maybe this should be discussed when making the deal, not afterwards when we are picking up the car.a 30 minute appointment to pick up a vehicle and sign paperwork turned into an hour long sales pitch to get double the money that was originally agreed upon.

Recently I bought Honda Hrv from there, it was great experience, the service provided by sales Manger BISHAL was outstanding. Keep it up

Great service from the team at St. Albert Honda! Shane Sutherland (VP), Valentin (sales manager), Robert (General Manager) and Olga (finance) were all super helpful. When Olga wasn't around, Viktoriya (finance) was very friendly and super helpful! I'll recommend St. Albert Honda to all my friends, too bad you guys can't send me an NPS survey for this one haha.

Went to a couple dealerships and was not happy about all the extra charges on their quotes, which u don't find out until your ready to sign. Just went to look at St Albert Honda, and ended up buying. Gurshan and VaShan (sorry if I got your names wrong guys) were up front and very accommodating. The finance lady was amazing as well. The whole process was 100%. I feel you get a better deal if u understand that the dealership has to make money too. I recommend this dealer to everyone whether your looking for a Honda or another make.

Purchased a new vehicle from Cody, I couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided by him, Cody was extremely professional throughout the entire buying process. His product knowledge is second to non, I was provided with all the information I needed to feel comfortable in my new car.

We bought a used car that was 1 year old from St Albert Honda. I wasn't there to pick it up because I was working out of town so I got my mom to pick it up. The blind spot sensor light was lit up and the computer said there was something wrong with them. The dealer said they needed to be aligned and that was the problem. But because the car wasn't a Honda, they couldn't do it. It had to go to Kia so we made an appointment with kia and it was supposedly fixed under warranty. We got the car back and within 2 days the light and warning returned. Honda is now saying the car was in an accident and Kia agreed with them. The car report said no accident when we bought it and Honda now says it's not their problem, that the car is sold as is. So now I have a car that I have to get the sensors replaced for 3 grand and a car that was in an accident when we were told it wasn't. Stay away from these guys. They will weasel out of any thing that they may have to pay for.

I have no lingering problems after leaving this Honda dealership. I have had issues with every other Honda dealership. I would highly recommend buying the 8 year 200k km warranty. They've treated my car very well. People are nice. Meachinc bay is clean and organized. I feel they are honest. How many dealerships are honest? Not any other Honda dealership I've been too. I've had Honda since 2013. And I should have come here from the start. Driving a 2015 Accord V6 Touring since new, 166k km A Hell of a car!

I am so very amazed to be able to tell you that throughout the entire sale and the Aftercare of this vehicle this dealership did not even do one thing right. My wife and I have racked our brains and can't think of anything they did right. They refused to even run my wife's credit. They basically tricked me into signing the paperwork. They lied to me and said that 8% was the very best financing rate they have, even if I pay it off in one year. I found out the day after I signed that they lied and it was 2.9. Then they gave me go Auto cards $1,500 worth to make up for what I would pay extra interest. 3 months later I went to use the Go Auto cards and there was nothing on one of them. So I lost $500 that I was supposed to get. They said they didn't make any notes about any of them even though I do have one that works. So it just goes to show that they don't write anything down or document anything, at least when it benefits them not to do so. It was such a big ordeal there's no way that they forgot. I am absolutely amazed. They are worse than any fast food restaurant I've ever been to what I mean to say is they can't do anything right. Then they sent an apology letter but to me not to my wife still refusing to even acknowledge her. Then they forgot to ask me for my keys and I came back all the way from Southside Edmonton when I had service done to give them to them, there goes a whole day LOL. Then they put the wrong lug nuts on. Then they gave me the wrong key to the lug nut. Then they put the silver winter lug nuts on the black summer Tires instead of black lugs. In fact I have complained so much with them that they don't even care anymore it has lost its effect with them. At first they would say oh we're so sorry. But nowadays they don't say anything. Because I'm always complaining they just look at me as a complainer now. But I only complained to them when they do something wrong and only until it's fixed. Which nothing ever is. Worst dealership I have ever known to exist in my life. Think twice before shopping here. They also lied to me about other pricing and just really tried to get every dime they could. I would not recommend this dealership unless you are going to spend hours doing your homework to double-check everything that they tell you. Otherwise you will likely get taken advantage of

St. Albert Honda has the best service department. The service writers there are professional and treat customers with care. Andrea my service adviser was awesome, he listened to the needs of my car. They are number 1 in my books.

I was greeted by a friendly person who explained in a clear manner what was going to be done to my vehicle. The wok was finished by the time that had been indicated to me and I was pleased to have my vehicle returned to me with a complementary wash. All around a very good experience.

Quite busy when we arrived, the salesman was not expecting us but did his best to get the car ready. The salesmen went over the funtionality of the car thouroughly and made sure that my wife was comfortable with how the car operated. We noticed a cracked front grill and the salesman indicated that it would be repaired at our first service call so I wanted to follow up on that to put a note in our file to make sure it was communicated to the service dept.

Just bought a brand new SUV at St Albert HONDA the salesman was DANIEL did a great job in showing all the different models and I also test drive all of them before buying a vehicle it was a good experience for all & me being a straight forward & a A type personality I don’t put up with many salesman but this was all positive THANK YOU ST AlBERT HONDA

Sales experience was excellent, and pleasant buying experience. The financing experience was rather terrible, and sadly - the person we ended up working with seemed to either hate their job, or had no idea how to actually present or sell a financing package. Completely unacceptable client exercise on the closing papers.

I have my signed agreement they were supposed to paint the door pretty much refused to after agreeing to paint then still haven't given me my go auto cards and it's been almost 3 months don't buy from hear not impressed with their poor service

Service department was over booked, service writer did her best to accommodate us, no point in booking an appointment if there is too many appointments at 8 am and 1 tech on the job.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Looking at purchasing a used vehicle here in the near future. Nice dealership on the north end of St Albert close to Costco and other stores.
