I booked a deep tissue massage with Craig and the results are great! He was knowledgeable and very friendly, and was able to fix a reoccurring headache and neck pain I've been getting for a while all in one session! The overall atmosphere and quality of all staff here is unbeatable. I highly recommend.

Bait and switch. Typically, if you book a massage and there is an issue, the clinic will contact you. Not here. I booked with one therapist, received a confirmation of my booking and whrn I went in, the treatment was performed by someone else. No notification, no explanation. I was very confused and feel it was very unprofessional. The massage itself, while not the worst I've had wasn't good. The therapist has potential to improve so I don't want to focus on that.

Had a wonderful experience. My masseuse, Joanne, was excellent. Very little chatter (which I prefer) and lots of focus on my hurtin units. Very relaxing

Had a massage from Craig to deal with a sport specific issue. He really focused on the problem I was having and gave me a great massage that helped with the problem. Great massage therapist and also a great person genuinely interested in helping you feel better.

I just had an amazing first experience at Saint Albert massage therapy. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere and I got an amazing massage from a lovely lady named Gisele. I feel great, and I will definitely be returning for my next massage!

Have a serious shoulder neck issue. Have had some success eith other RMT. Acupuncture no succes and chiroprator better sucess but. This gas gone on for over 6 months

This place is amazing. Ms. Veronica Mendoza was wonderful, I first came in because of my pain in my right shoulder down to my arm and her Graston technique with massage made it difference. I didn't realize how tight my body is until I had a session with her. Thank You Ms. Veronica for helping me to feel better. I highly recommend this place for a good service

Great first visit! The staff are awesome here! Been dealing with a quad issue soccer for many years. I had heard good things about Craig via family, so decided to go see him. His approach to the issue was very different from other RMT's I've seen. He focused on the quad from different angles using a fair amount of pressure and different teqniques. It wasn't the most comfortable feeling at the time, but two days later when I went to play soccer I felt like I was running on a cloud. I was pain free. I'd definitely recommend a visit to this clinic.

Arika was great! She listens to my needs and provides adapted gentle treatments that have me leaving with an overall sense of well-being.

I came here about two weeks ago for a massage treatment. The ladies were incredible. They addressed all my concerns and made the visit very smooth. I will definitely be back again.

Craig is an incredible massage therapist, I was suffering with migraines and tension headaches for quite some time and he has managed to aleviate the problem. Along with all the other staff members, this clinic is incredible.

Their techniques (I’ve received massage from 3 masseuses there and all have been exceptional) have helped me recover completely and quickly from a stubborn back injury that 3 years of chiropractic and physio couldn’t fix. Veronica I believe was a physiotherapist in the Philippines. The management and staff are all amazing people.

Veronica is a good masseuse but I forgot about my appointment ONE time and called them beforehand to apologize and said I have had a hard day and it slipped my mind and both ladies were extremely rude and one even hung up on me? Very disappointing because she is good at what she does but customer service means more. I won’t be back.

I see Craig Malone for massage therapy and he is fantastic! He takes his time really figuring out what you need focused on and is always trying new ways to help relieve my pain. Great for deep tissue or relaxation massages! So happy with the progress my body has made thanks to him!

My appointment was with Craig Malone. I went in for the massage because of tension in my neck, however, during the course of my massage, he also asked about tingling. For the past 5 years or so, I have been unable to lay on my back because my fingers will tingle and my hands will fall asleep. My lower back would also become very sore. Craig worked on my pectoral muscles and ever since, I have been able to lay on my back and haven't experienced any of those symptoms. My neck also feels much better. It's amazing. I've been to several massage therapists in the past and never thought to mention about the tingling. He definitely asks the right questions.

OMG! Monaj is absolutely amazing and I am not kidding when he says that he can release/relax your muscles in one setting. I cannot wait for my next appointment. The staff are freaking amazing and awesome, customer service coming from everywhere that it will blow your mind. You go once, you will always go back.

Craig Malone - Two sessions so far with him for massage therapy and he is awesome! He is a good listener and focuses on my pain areas. I work at a desk job for 30+ years and he is the first MT that pointed out to me the reason why I have tingling in my arms and hands is because my chest muscles are tight. He gave me a good stretch to do daily and I did it for a week and WOW! Tingling almost fully gone! He is also helping me with tight hips and back issues because of sitting so much. I started going to St. Albert Massage Therapy because they were convenient, and I was not disappointed in the service. It's easy to get to, lots of parking, and the convenience of online booking is a definite plus. My chosen massage therapist Manoj is an expert at muscle release and is able to get me moving again.

I went for a 90 min massage with Veronica for a deep tissue/ graston and it was the best massage I've had in a long time!

Highly recommend Aryka. She was able to fix muscle issues that I've suffered with for a few years in three sessions. I was shocked to see such rapid improvement especially after seeing different therapists for three years. Aryka is very passionate about helping people which is evident in her work. She is an excellent therapist who is very polite and a great listener. She took the time to liston to my concerns, as well as to educate me and offer great advice

Veronica was brilliant. I went in with a spasming back and she helped it to relax. I will need to come back again, but lemme tell ya.that woman knows where the knots are and how to reach them. Terrific job.

While visiting St. Albert, I stumbled across this place online on a Saturday morning. I needed to see a massage therapist in relation to a borderline Migraine. I was able to book in the same day. I was thrilled with the care and detailed attention Tanya Duby provided. She worked her magic on my upper back, neck, pecs and head, and gave extra attention to quite a few knots she found. She was able to release so much tension, as well as provided some at home tips that were really quite helpful. Thanks to Tanya I am able to enjoy my last week of visiting my new grand baby with out fighting a migraine!

I had Stephanie S and not only was she amazing at her job. (My pain is pretty much all gone). But she was super friendly. Hilarious and all around super pleasant to be around

I love St. Albert Massage Therapy’s website. It’s so easy to book an appointment online especially last minute when I realize I have a spare hour and my back hurts. I’ve seen Stephanie twice now and she’s done wonders for my tight back. She applies the perfect amount of pressure and is really receptive to identifying my more painful areas and always asks me to let her know if she’s pressing too hard. The administration staff are also lovely and so easy to talk to.

Nice therapist. Professional and knowledgeable. We got to talking however and I find out that the therapists are working in conditions of no heat in freezing weather! The horror stories I was told! I would rather give my money to a clinic that cares about their employees and not the dollar. I am just so sickened by what I was told. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their therapist! Such a shame because there are good therapist's there!

My therapist listened to me and expertly diagnosed the source of my pain. Their method of massage for pain relief was, in my opinion, above and beyond what one expects when seeking massage therapy. I’ll be coming back week after week.

Massage therapy is very good, no complaints. Appointments can be made online with the therapist of your choice. Service is punctual. Billing is accurate.

Munoj you are the BEST. Firstly, they open until 9pm. Tried calling other places but they were either closing or booked. I needed treatment right away as I was in severe lower back pain and got a 8: 15 pm appointment here (awesome).
Munoj saw my concerns as I entered and assured me I will feel better leaving.
I did, great job. My Chiropractor is literally jealous of you Munoj, I talked his ear off of how good and effective the massage was for my pain and on top of that he made sure I got the promo for new client price. Again, AWESOME job.

I saw Stephanie for a massage and she was excellent, she listened to me, educated me, gave me some stretches to help with my ailments, and honestly has magic hands. Not only did she help me with my shoulder and hip pain, she used some of her manual osteopathic therapy training and did something help me breathe better. She was enjoyable to chit chat with while I was in her care as well. The clinic is clean, staff is friendly, and there is ample parking. I love the booking online option as well. Highly recommend St Albert Massage Therapy.

I went in to see the lovely people at St. Albert Massage Therapy on Saturday night. This was my second massage in the past 5 years. My first massage I had elsewhere years ago left me feeling the same so I never bothered trying massage again. I recently developed some back pain so decided to give massage a try again! I’m so happy I went here because Tanya was absolutely lovely. You can tell she’s a kind and compassionate person who genuinely cares about your health and well-being. My massage was great and I look forward to coming back soon.

I have tried 4 or 5 of the RMT’s and they have all been great massages. Each practitioner brings something unique to the treatment room, Veronica has been doing some cupping on me as well as deep tissue and it is really helping with pain management. The staff and ownership are a pleasure to deal with and have worked with my schedule to accommodate getting in several occasions. Hours of operation work with my work schedule. 5 out of 5 for this place from me.

Fantastic knowledge and expertise from Veronica. She identified very quickly that I would benefit from some deep tissue massage and other techniques such as Graston instead of the usual relaxation massage.in one 90 minute massage (with more to come) she was able to relieve so much back tension and leg tension with the Graston technique. Very happy overall with the therapist and the clinic. Looking forward to more visits and therapy.

Just moved to St Albert & in need of massage services. My therapeutic & hot stone massage were awesome.

I have only been a couple of times as I am currently 35 weeks pregnant but after getting into a car accident the muscle pain has been hard to deal with Veronica has been so helpful and patient with my pain level and just so accommodating. The other staff that I have met have been kind and helpful and very understanding.

Had a very good massage. I asked for deep tissue hot stone massage as the pain in my neck and hips will not go away with just a relaxing massage. The massage was different from what I'm used to, but very good and effective. Will be back when we can go again!

My experience in this place was excellent they treated me exactly the way I asked them too. I am looking forward to my next appointment soon.

Tanya Duby is exceptional, she takes her time to properly address every muscle and is able to find my troubled spots without me needing to say a thing! Her use of pressure is lighter than other massage therapists I've visited, but more effective at the same time!
