St-Fox Bespoke

I ordered a suit from their Vancouver branch (which is no longer operational). They took so many measurements and I was promised it would be perfect with minimal alterations required. I spend more than $2000 which is not a bargain either. You can get a brand suit often on sale for that price. Anyway when the suit came I felt the sleeves were too tight. But the stylist kept telling me it looks perfect and they just have to make an minor alterations. Later he called me and said that they had sewn the incorrect sleeves onto the suit and the new sleeves have to be shipped in. The sleeves got here the day before my wedding and they sewed them on but the end result was not good. Uneven and looked patched together last minute. Not what you expect for a $2500 custom suit experience and no offer of a partial refund either. The stylist made every effort to fix the mistake but the end result was terrible. I had no choice but to wear it on my wedding night but haven’t been able to wear it since. I would avoid this business. Lots of better options out there.

Similarly poor experience as other recent reviews. Herb is very hard to get a hold of. My suit came in just before it was needed for a wedding. The suit did not fit and had alterations made but still is not a good fit. I ended up wearing the suit for the wedding with Herb saying we could finish up alterations afterwards. Cannot get a hold of him now.

Seems like a very sophisticated SCAM!

Herb was great with my partner's initial appointments. My partner ordered a perfect suit, with every personalized detail, two months before our wedding. Unfortunately we made the mistake of pre-paying, and now we have 10 days until the wedding, no suit, and absolutely no responses whatsoever since the date of payment.
We booked another appointment regardless, and drove over 2 hours to get here, only to find nobody around and the door locked. Still no contact whatsoever.

At this point, we'll settle for one of 2 options.
1. Get us our suit before August 13th, with a 40% refund.
2. You'll hear from our lawyers, and we'll request a full refund plus compensation for our time, mileage, and stress.

Herb was given the money to build a suit for my to-be son in law. Paid in full.no suit. No call back. No contact. Ghosted. Feeling ripped off entirely. These kids cannot afford to throw away their money. Have a heart. Please produce the suit before the wedding or give the money back. End of story.

Herb was great. Suit fit like a glove - the first time, no alterations needed, high quality. Best custom suit experience I've had! Wish I found him 10 yrs ago.

I started working with Herb, the owner and founder of the business, in February. Had my measurements taken in June and then he ghosted me. No amount of phone calls, emails, or even texts would get him to reply. My wedding is in a week and I don't have the suit I paid $1500+ for. Very poor service! 0/10 would NOT recommend. Worst service I've had from any business.

Working with Herb was a treat. He was very helpful in describing the price ranges, fabric selection and help me from making some questionable style choices. He walked us through the process from start to finish and made it super straight forward for us. I'm looking forward to when I get to show off the suit.

I''ll never buy off the rack or made to measure again!

Herb and his team did a phenomenal job. It half the time it takes to get a made-to-measure suit, Herb made me a perfect custom suit. The three piece made from Huddersfield wool is far-and-a-way the best clothing I have ever worn. If you are an athlete or fighter, the take into account your off and on seasons, and measure for injuries so that the suit still looks perfect.

The experience was extremely welcoming and personal, with more options and customization than I imagined. Herb truly guides you through the process to ensure you will get exactly what you need for your intended purpose. In many cases, this is less costly than made-to-measure and I will certainly never go back to anything but this process.

Give these guys a try, you won't regret it.

I was in the market for a new suite. Went in for a quick chat with Herb. Walked buying a new suite. It was one of the best purchase I have made in a while. Herb was very professional and shared his thoughts and opinions on the process and the difference in a full tailored suit vs a made to measure. The suite arrived 3 weeks later. I can honestly say it was a head turner. I left wearing it and the rest of the day I would notice people eyeing me down and had a few ppl do a full turn and stare. Which made me feel even better about the purchase. I didn't even buy anything fancy or flashy. Just a simple all black suit.
100% recommend St.fox! I'll be back for more suits in the future!

I visited St Fox for a suit and got exactly what I was looking for! They did measurements and had an abundance of fabrics to choose from. I found a lightweight material that was made in suit that fit like a glove. The whole experience was great. The staff were awesome to deal with, they goes the extra distance to make sure customers are completely satisfied with the product. I highly recommend this company.

Dusty and St-Fox Bespoke has been the best experience I've ever had getting a suit. He sized up me and my grooms men in no time at all, went over in amazing detail fabrics, patterns and embroidery. Will be going back for every future suit!

Hands down the best experience I have had with getting a tailored suit. Dustin was extremely knowledgable and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and what was best for me. The space is terrific and Dustin and the St-Fox Bespoke company made the stress of getting a suit non existent. Only spot I will going to. 10/10
