St. Michael's Extended Care Centre

The staff here are very nice. They're taking care of my great aunt with cancer. Nothing but respect for these fine folks

I cant believe this place is still open! This place has Evil Staff! This place makes me sick to my stomach, they had me blocked for a long time, l i had my grandma in there on dementia floor an rolling her through hallways i was snoopy an would look in every room, I witnessed a workers slap a far gone dementia patient in the head with a rag, an the manager said I didn't see what I saw.she then call the patients nephew an said i wasn't a reputable source. Unions make me sick.we pay good money for people to take great care for the people we love so much an this place is full of criminals, she was suspended an I had gotten hold of nephew as he said same thing happened on lower floor as well, even the young girl that was in my grandmas wing knew of this behaviour, if you got good ratings on this hell hole your eyes aren't open an you just don't care!

My mum lives there, it's close to home and staff seems nice. She's a new resident.
