It happened, the CVT transmission on my son's 2016 Rogue conked out after about 115,000 kms. $8,000 dollars to replace it! Even Nissan is unsympathetic. WARNING - don't buy Nissan - they have major mechanical failures usually after the new car warranty runs out. Best to buy a toyota, honda or Ford.

I was a little hesitant in visiting Stampede Nissan after a truly horrible experience with Royal Oak Nissan. However, I gave them a try since they are one of the few places that do a full cooling system flush as most places only do a drain and fill. I needed a flush cause my heater core was partially plugged or not functioning well. I figured not all dealers can be as bad as Royal Oak.
Well, I am glad I tried them out cause they went out of their way to perform. They kept flushing my system until there was no more bluish color coming out, which was about 4 complete flushes with heater on. They also flushed my heater core a few times separately to make sure it too was clean. They flushed all the blue out cause I supplied them with an Amsoil coolant and their product is Yellow. My many years of experience has proven time and time again Amsoil products are far superior to any other product out there.
Now they didn’t finish when they thought they would be finished but they did finish it an hour or so later (not the end of the world). Overall I am very pleased with Adam and his team. They went out of their way to meet and excede my expectations.

Expert, honest service and advice! So very helpful and accommodating the team at Nissan has been to me over these past 14 years that I have regularly brought my 2008 Nissan Xterra Off Road SUV to them for regular oil changes and for all of my service needs! I would go no where else, that is for sure. Even when I find myself near Okotoks, I will make the drive to this dealership and service shop, specifically, for I know I am in great hands, when I am there! In fact, when I plan to purchase a new vehicle, from them only would I consider it. Even if they happen not to have the vehicle I so wish to purchase, I would put the effort into changing my heart on one that they do offer in place of the one I think I best get. I like maintaining the vehicle I am a steward of, and with this team I can best achieve exactly that!

Outstanding customer service! From the ease of booking online for a service appointment, to the quick and friendly check-in, I felt confident leaving my car in their hands. They were able to diagnose a problem that another dealership had obviously missed, and within a few hours, had tested, replicated the issue, resolved it, and re-tested the solution. I had my car back the same day, and all levels of customer and automotive service were top notch! I would highly recommend this Nissan dealership for their service department, and we won't be taking our Rogue anywhere else!

We recently bought a used vehicle from Nissan. The salesperson was very helpful, BUT after we arrived home we realized one of the keys we were given was not for our vehicle at all.
Called the dealership and explained they gave us one key for our vehicle, and one that was not for our car. Told us that was our problem to deal with, they would not provide a second key and that we needed buy a second key and have it programmed ourselves, which is going to cost approx $500. Not helpful or sympathetic. Stated we should have checked both keys when we test drove the car.
Now manager is rude, unprofessional and using personal insults.
We will never be back, nor will we recommend anyone use this dealership for any sales service or otherwise. Rude

Purchased a used vehicle here this summer. When I asked for a detailed inspection I was told that there was not one, and it turned up after having to push repeatedly for it; I chalked this up to a new sales person, yet the manager was not forthcoming with this either. With this in hand (vehicle was surprisingly clean for its age) Went ahead and purchased the vehicle, only to find that one of their technicians cleared the gas/evap system on the inspection but it was clear within one fill up that this system was not road worthy. It turned out to be corroded and dangerous (started pouring gas from behind the gas cap). The technician at another Nissan Dealership was told by the Sales Manager at Stadium Nissan that the work would be paid for. When dealing with the sales manager since, both myself and the certified Nissan dealer who had been given the go-ahead to do the work have been given the run around. I was even contacted by the sales manager via a hotmail account, told that "they would ship the part to me if I was mechanically inclined and install it myself, " and was quoted a price they would cover on the part that no Nissan certified technician could order at ($80 on a $236 part). All this hassle for something they are legally responsible for, and have since attempted to absolve responsibility of. Be warned.

Put a deposit on a nissan Altima had a damaged windshield sales adviser promised to fix it before purchase, So we put deposit ready to go then the sales person calls me back that they won't fix the damage on the windshield and I have to pay for it to get it fixed, I contacted the sales manager Thomas, to resolve this matter if they could fix the windshield as they promised. Sales manager was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I Do no recommend anyone buying from them. Please read reviews before purchasing.

Jason. S and Rose. V were an absolute power team - Incredible people with extensive knowledge base when it comes the services they sell and the vehicles they provide. There is no one on the team that I trusted more to get EXACTLY what I wanted with my FIRST vehicle purchase, 4 days in with my new ride and I could not be happier.

Once you make your purchase you have the opportunity to meet with a man named Tim - he then gives you a crash course on your new purchase, noting all of the pretty bells and whistles, and he is truly an awesome dude. You can really see the passion and the commitment this team has to making sure that you leave with a high level of satisfaction.

The reason for the missed star was NOT on behalf of the sales or service team that I dealt with! They were great.

Living in this new COVID world I noticed a few things here and there during my hours at Stadium Nissan that upset me, as I am in the Healthcare Field. On my second trip to the dealership I noticed what I can only assume is a sales woman as I never dealt with her directly, a Blonde woman - Constantly removing her mask to eat/talk and then touching doors, chairs and the photocopy machine at the rear of the showroom by the offices without disinfecting touched surfaces/hands, none of which were wiped down or sanitized before other staff members used them.

I'm not someone to gripe, but because my elderly grandfather ALSO purchased a vehicle with me in that same week and obviously - as he is a vulnerable member of the population, it had me quite worried.

Bought my first car back in 86'. They've obviously renovated over the years and I tend to follow salespeople around the city. Their use to be a guy Lawrence Bates and I believe his dad or vice versa. They weren't the friendliest, I've never dealt with the new management so can't say what they're like. I did however meet the new sales manager, and he seemed like a good guy.
Since 86' they've opened a couple Nissan Dealerships closer to me and O go to those for service.

Upgrading to a new car can be more complex, but Mr. Jason and Ms. Selena handled the process for me like a charm.

I can just leave the old car to them, make the down payment, sign the contract for the new car and drive the new car home.

They also helped me with vehicle license transfer, I got the new vehicle registration certificate by mail.

The delivery and service technicians are also knowledgeable and friendly.

The new Nissan Rogue has better security system, air conditioning and more intelligent navigation. I am very satisfied with my new car.

As a lifelong Dodge driver I was not the easiest to convince that Nissan would be better. From the moment we walked through the doors at Stadium Nissan we were welcomed by friendly sales people with genuine smiles. I booked a service appointment online for my 120000 km "dealer recommended service" and the website said it would be $79.99 for the recommended package, which included oil and filter change and a full inspection. When i dropped my car off, it turns out the website offered me the wrong package and the only option was a package costing over $300. I was not given a chance to ask any questions and was rushed through the process, not knowing in the end what I was really paying for. They then tried to get me to pay an EXTRA $250 for a transmission fluid change, which i refused, having already paid over $200 more than i was originally quoted. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here for service.

I contacted the dealership after the fact via email to raise my concerns and express my displeasure, and received no reply.
They did, however, find the time to email me months later and ask when I would be bringing the vehicle in for service again. I reiterated my issues from the last time and again received no reply.

We recently purchased a Murano, Platinum model, and we are incredibly happy with our decision! We love the vehicle and the service was top notch! I had my 2011 Infiniti G37x in to have the power steering pump replaced. Subsequent inspection recommended new spark plugs, coolant flush, full drive line fluid exchange, CVT fluid exchange, brake fluid exchange and tire rotation. A few days after picking my car up, I noticed a loud squealing or hissing noise coming out the front of the car under the hood towards the radiator. I recorded the sound on my phone, sent it in an email to the service advisor Tailor, and brought my car back in six days after the original service date. They took apart the drive belt, cleaned it and replaced it with a new one free of charge on parts and labour. The staff was friendly and timely through it all.

I was told 'sucks to be you' and 'it is what it is' from sales managers.

I like to shop where I feel like I am not rushed and valued. Being new to the country the first conversation immediately used to turn into disinterest from the dealership as they felt I wasn’t serious in my conversation.

The decision was vindicated as I ended up leasing my first car in Canada via Stadium.

This dealership is the worst Nissan dealership I have ever dealt with. My family and I have only driven Nissan's and since receiving the worst, most disrespectful service from this dealership, we are getting rid of all of them. The sales team are dishonest and don't stand by their word. Jason, the sales manager is only out for himself and does not have any customer service experience. I see other complaints about him and the distrust people have had with the sales team. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE.

Rose did her best, years ago when shopping for a car and yet again in 2020. She understood our needs, helped us experience options and gave us the space to take time through our decision making process. We are excited with the Rouge we purchased and happy to have done business through Stadium Nissan. Jaison, the Dealership Manager was mindful of our needs too and very willing to help wherever he could. Rose is super helpful. I recommend you discuss your car needs with her.

Best dealer for Nissan in Calgary. Jason Skrypnychuk (General Sales Manager) a great guy to deal with. I can't think of going anywhere else or anyone else. I bought 3 cars from them in the last 6 years and every time got best services and deals and off course customer service from Jason. Thanks again Jason.

Two days ago I was driving my 2020 Pathfinder when the vehicle's emergency braking system falsely detected an impending collision and the vehicle came to a violent, unexpected stop despite no vehicle or obstruction anywhere in front of me. I was thrown forward and grabbed by my seat belt, the vehicle behind me came within inches of colliding into me.
I called Chris, the service manager at Stadium Nissan and he was extremely rude and unhelpful. He downplayed the severity of the incident and refused to offer a loner vehicle while Nissan tried to figure out why my vehicle would slam its brakes on unexpectedly. When I asked Chris why he felt like he had to be rude and unhelpful his reply was that "he did not manufacture the vehicle. "
Two days after almost being seriously injured or killed due to a malfunction in my new Pathfinder, I have received zero reassurance or help whatsoever from Nissan.
I can say with confidence that you will be much better off taking you're business somewhere else.

Service Center reps are so knowledgeable and friendly! Went in to do a pre purchase inspection, and was helped out by Adam throughout the full process, from appointment booking to reviewing the report. Just fantastic!

I have been going to this place for more than 10 years and it’s always my to go place to lease a car and do services. I’m very shocked by today’s horrible service I received. The sale specialist Leon is super super nice and friendly, he was very knowledgeable and willing to help. However the financial specialist (not sure her title, her name seemed to be Nicole) was horrible. She seemed like she was mad about something all the time and made me feel she didn’t want to offer any help, just want to get her work done and leave. Very unwilling to provide more information, every question I asked she gave me the look of impatience and “dont ask me I don’t want to answer”. I asked for some offers and loyalty programs I was always offered like interest rate, she just gave me the number and answered “thats it”, no other words. She was very impatient and in the end I didn’t even feel I want to ask any more questions. I planned to renew my lease, however after the service I decided I’ll just return the car and look at other dealers. I still have good memories about the nice people and my 10+years lease experience at this place but today’s service totally ruined and broke my loyal heart with Nissan Stadium.
