One of the worst logistics company. If only I can rate 0 - I will. Customer service is very unfriendly, unprofessional and rude. Looks like they don't have proper training or they just don't practice it. Very bad service!

I really don't think they even TRY to sccomadate people. I am s school bus driver and need my delivery by 2pm and they can't do it! Between a 10am-2pm, 4HR WINDOW and they still can't. I only get them to deliver once every 3 mths too! I feel that knowing my situation and how bad I need my order they would at least have the sympathy to accommodate me, but they obviously don't care enough! So disappointed in the service they give or there LACK OF service
