Stampede Park

Why does it cost $16 to park here for a short visit to an event (in this case a 1hour stop at the renovation show). That's like downtown peak time cost!

How about a renovation show rate if I have a ticket or an early bird special if I'm not going to a hockey game?

Came here for the rodeo and had the best time. There was a fair that had so much to do and such fun fair food. If you've never come for a rodeo before, this is a great way to get introduced to a rodeo.

A good place to relax when there is something going on there, a circus festival or something else. And this is an ordinary area.

I expected more. Paid entrance, paid rides, long queues for rides.
Free coffee and lemonade upon entry. Those are all the good things about this place.

I went to the Stampede Festival, it was very lively, there are children's rides and folk activities

Maybe it was just really hot and I was really tired, but I honestly felt like stampede is slightly overrated and pretty much the same as other carnivals (such as KDays). They did have a bunch of animals and farming/alberta specific expos which made it more unique!

It's huge! The largest Country festival is held there, it is known as the greatest outdoor show on earth, this festival dates from 1886

It was alright. Lots of vomit puddles on the ground, very fun atmosphere of course. Definitely a fair share of drunkards and some very loud people. Go with a group, and avoid eating too much. Your wallet will cry.

I’ve gone every year since childhood and i’m sadly maybe considering not going for the first time next year. It is in need of some upgrades as it feels like it just gets busier and more expensive, but with less variety of food/ride options and on some days, no room to even walk around the park which really hinders on the experience. Games used to be $5/play which is now $10/play, yes inflation is a factor but its simply just starting to become just out of reach for an average person to go and enjoy lots of things the grounds might have to offer in my opinion

Loved the Pitbull concert. I didn't like the time it took to get into the park while on an express bus. Should have had better traffic control

Wonderful show on earth, very nice location and good overall experience. Only thing, same rides every year makes it little boring other wise its rocking

Crowded, way to experience not fair to family's and low income. Specail need parking 30.00 way way to much.

As they say, Greatest show on earth. Something to see and do for everyone. The rodeos are fast paced and events change fast so don't slip out to get some pulled pork or you may miss something exciting. But do get some pulled pork though. Fabulous. Best tip is to use the transit. Just park and ride. So convenient and alloemws for some adult beverages to be tried. Ie stampede whiskey. A new favorite

Insanely overcrowded. Expensive food options. Pricey events. Did I mention the crowds? ! Construction all around the venue.

Long wate slow worker not the same as befor but it fun for family time with kids food is great in some area.

Had 2 days at the stampede.
Obviously it gets very crowded.
Definitely would go back

Excellent lay out for activities & rides Luv the sky ride over the Park. FAB! RODEOS! My 'bucket list' completed.

We ate in the BMO building and had great wine. The art and photos were good too. We listened to some country music.

So much fun, but people can ruin it for others. Also very messy. Performances are amazing. Rides are great.

Great to see variety at Stampede. 1st time for AEW.nice to see wrestling during Calgary stampede 2023!

Rodeo show and evening show are a must watch.motocross show was amazing.there is something for each family member.very well managed show.
