Stampede Pharmacy

Stopped in to get my flu shot and covid booster. I was sad to hear that they were recently robbed. The pharmacist was very kind and welcoming. She worked some magic with the injections, I didn’t even feel the pokes. Would definitely come here to fill all my prescriptions if I lived closer. Also, I noticed that a lot of the merchandise in the store is actually priced better than big box stores so I ended up doing some shopping too.

Terry is the most competent pharmacist that I have ever had. I require a lot of medication and I used to go to the franchise pharmacies. They were rude, and apathetic. Terry goes above and beyond by actually calling clinics to press for prescriptions and genuinely cares. Would highly recommend stampede pharmacy and the best part is that you do not even need to leave your home as she does delivery. Great for older people and disabled folks as she does all the work and gives you your prescriptions at your doorstep. Thank you Terry for all you do

This pharmacist has been looking after and taking care of me for years, i struggled to find a doctor for a very long time and not only did she still strive to always help me with my ailments, she went out of her way to find me a doctor. She was also there for me and my family throughout the entire pandemic. I work in this area and theres never a time I dont see her smiling and friendly in this plaza. She really is a pillar for this community fot everything she does for everyone here and how much she cares. I can always count on her to be friendly, and proffessional. She always makes sure she does things the right way so i know i never have to doubt her judgement. An amazing set of staff and an amazing place. Thank you for all you do!

This is the worst pharmacy. My mother-in-law was visiting from South Korea and had cystitis symptoms, So we went for a walk-in. However, they said she had to wait 24-48 hours to get the lab result. Coincidentally, this pharmacy was located closest to the walk-in, and I remembered that Shoppers used to prescribe minor illnesses. So, I went to this place and asked the pharmacist, and she responded in a very overbearing manner and with a laugh, saying, “Then go to SHOPPERS. ” I do not know the system of all these pharmacies, and if I did not know, she could have explained it well. Very upset with this experience and her professionalism as a pharmacist.

I visited because of an eye stye, and the pharmacist consulted me very kindly. I was very satisfied with the prescription.

The staff genuinely cared about the client and even tried her best to solve my concerns and problems. She always stays by my side, even during her busy hours and environment, to explain my requirements and questions with a high standard of service and professionalism. In conclusion, I have nothing but positive things to say about the service and support I received at Stampede Pharmacy. If I can give them more stars, I would not hesitate to provide them with more than a 5-star rating.

I used to visit this pharmacy, but they made a rude / offensive comment that this will stop me for going there, saying no doesn't mean to offend someone. We can give a negative response without being rude.

The staff genuinely cares about the clientele, while going above and beyond to ensure patients receive their medications. Delivery is also offered. I highly recommend this local pharmacy compared to the big franchises, such as Safeway and shoppers pharmacies; which, from my experience, do not kindly attend to the patient’s needs.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Terrie and her team at Stampede Pharmacy. Every time I’ve gone there, she is incredibly kind and helpful and always goes above and beyond with customer service. She’s also a wizard with immunization - I actually had to ask her if she had put the needle in, as I didn’t even feel it! It’s clear that Terrie cares about the community and I love being able to support a locally owned pharmacy in the Brentwood area. 10/10 recommend!

Had a phone inquiry and was left in awe with the attitude from a very entitled personnel answering the phone. The person I spoke with talked as if I was dumb and was very dismissive when all I asked was if they carried a certain medication.

I cannot truly express in words the level of service and professionalism this pharmacy offers its clients. I will never again use big box pharmacies ever again. Terrie is always kind and empathetic with everyone she meets and simply owns this every single day. Going above and beyond is a normal and regular occurrence in this shop. Switch over to Stampede Pharmacy quick, you will not regret it.

Terrie has been the most help to all of my family members for years! She always provides above and beyond services because she truly cares for people. Just an amazing pharmacist!

Stampede pharmacy is our favorite locally-owned pharmacy. Service is exceptional, Terrie the pharmacist cares about the people who come into her establishment. In our experience, even when she didn't have something in stock she made sure to get it promptly and even delivered it to our house personally. If we couldn't make it to the store, Terri still delivered our medication and offered alternate methods of payment (etransfer, over the phone, payment next time we came in). We are also
satisfied with the prices set at the store as well. Thanks Stampede Pharmacy!
