I brought my Highlander first time for a oil change to Stampede Toyota. Thanks to Jim Hansen, the whole experience went nice and smooth. My car was done in 30 min. Very friendly and professional staff. Hopefully my next scheduled maintenance services will be done same way.

We originally went to country hills toyota and was really discouraged with the service when it came to the test drive that we went to Stampede Toyota the next day to learn more about the vehicle and possibly test drive a vehicle. When we first walked in we were immediately introduced by the greeter who grabbed a salesman to help us who was ready to help within 20 seconds. His name was Jaffer. He was super honest, kind, patient, respectful and really listened to our needs in a vehicle and our timeline. With vehicles being backordered for quite a while and our need being pretty immediate, Jaffer and the team at Stampede Toyota were able to pull some strings to find a solution for us and were able to find a brand new 2023 Toyota Sienna with everything we need that can be delivered within a few days. Moreover, the manager Hieu was able to able to work out a really great price that fit our budget plus add a few extras that gave me confidence in closing the deal. Hieu was really personable and relatable and was, like Jaffer, also amazing to deal with. Emma in finance was also super professional and kind and made the process so easy to get us registered and ready to go. Lastly, the used car manager, Lucas, also made it very easy to trade in my old vehicle by providing a very generous offer to give me peace of mind instead of having to sell it privately. Overall, i am very pleased with the exceptional service received from this dealership and all departments. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and recommend others this way.

Great initial experience on possible used car purchase. Ask for Rob. Very nice guy. Ended up buying a 2017 Rav4. Excellent purchase, negotiated a very fair price. Has it now for almost 5 years. Absolute pleasure to drive, zero issues EXCEPT had to change the 12v battery 2x at $500 per battery! Ouch. Otherwise, just regular maintenance.

Previously coming from CH Toyota I would say this is a smaller dealership location compared to. Lounge/waiting area feels not as spacious as there are less seats. No TVs to watch. Coffee machine not functioning properly when I was there, sugar container was empty.

Staff were friendly and the service was done in a reasonable/expected time.

Didn’t experience buying a vehicle or interacting with the sales reps though.

Good customer service by Adam (final delivery), he was very informative and made the delivery of the vehicle fun. Mehvish also helped in getting the car delivered on the same day.

Price was good when you purchase brand new car from them. However when they buy back from you, they will low ball you. Was offered $6000 for a vehicle that was over $18,000 in the market. Will not recommend this place.

I had an occasion to take my vehicle in to the Stampede Toyota for a 4 wheel alignment a few years back. When i called to make an appointment, the lady quoted me 149.99 plus taxes. When i dropped off the car the service advisor told me 149.99 plus taxes. When i picked up the car there was an extra $10.00 added to the bill for shop supplies. I was surprised and asked what shop supplies? I was told paper towels and such. Well when i go to restaurant and ask for extra paper towels they do not charge extra. There are a number of things wrong with this business practice. First of all it is deceitful as they should tell you up front about these charges. Never was this mentioned when i booked my appointment or when i spork in person with the service advisor. Secondly this is to add to the profits so that the service manager gets a bigger bonus at the year end along with the service advisors. The word that comes to mind is Shysters, deceitful and no repeat for people. This is not the way to treat people. Start being honest with people and be upfront.

I was happy i purchased my car with them, it was toyota corolla 2022 SE upgrade. Dalton was all the way to help me with the car from beginning to end making sure I was taken care of. I would also like to thank every person who help me to the finance person who assisted me, to the sales manager Mr Le and to MR (who worked for 25 years) who explained very well the car, my warranty, safety features and many more. I was happy with thier services.i highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Poor services for me. They misordered parts under warrant and they said call me back to me for booking for the services but they never called me back. After few days I called back and made the service appointment.

Melissa Ko helped by making the paper work process easy for my new vehicle. Micheal in Finance was very thorough and told me about a package that I really liked. He answered all of my questions. Adam Kumi gave me a very good understanding of the features on my new vehicle. He answered all of my questions and I asked him one question about my points from my previous Lexus dealership and he checked it immediately and gave me the answer. He also added the app and bluetooth to my phone. Overall I had a very good experience and would send my friends there.

Everyone I’ve dealt with here has been great except for TIM. Tim projects his negative energy towards the customers and is very unapproachable and he made me feel uncomfortable. He has bad vibes. Other than that my experience at this dealership has been professional and top tier; better than many other dealerships!

Very disappointing experience. We came to look at SUVs and possibly buy one. The sales person kept pushing us to put money down on a vehicle we had no interest in owning that was not even available to look at on the lot, and wouldn't give up. He didn't offer us any other ideas or choices and we could barely pry ourselves away. We wanted to explore more Toyora options so we ended up driving to another Toyota dealership and ended up being shown exactly what we were looking for. It ticked all the boxes of must haves we had on our list. We made a deal on a vehicle we won't get for a while but we know it's what we wanted. The lesson here is. Pressure sales and scare tactics of missing out and paying more do not encourage anyone to buy something they really don't want.

Had a great experience here buying my new Tacoma. I remember Umair greeting me at the door a few months ago and I was really impressed with his enthusiasm and willingness to help guide my buying experience. The guy is a beauty and I can't thank him enough. I literally drive him crazy for 2 minths and always professional. I had to wait a few months for delivery but I knew that going in. New Tacomas are a hot ticket item and deservedly so. I feel kinda bad about giving Hieu (sales manager) a hard time on a few occasions. I know he was frustrated with me and rightfully so. I booked appointment for Oil Change. Dropped the vehicle in the morning at 7: 30. Requested to be done before 12: 30 on the phone and in person when left the car at the dealership. Finally called at 1: 00 to inquire and at that time i was told it has not been taken in and will be going for oil change within 10 min. I requested them to cancel. I picked up the vehicle went to Country Hills Toyota and got the oil change plus service 2 lubrication in 40 Mins and went home.

Took my car in for service and was helped by a fella named Joseph Ho. Joe went above and beyond taking care of me by booking me a shuttle to and from work right on time. Answered all my questions and concerns with professionalism. Take your car for service here and go see Joe.

This place defines Con Artist to the finest. The management falls back on training their financial advisors. As long as the scam of taking a deposit and refusing to return is in place.

Falsifying customer to sign on a deposit form to ACCESS CREDIT CHECK; whereas, hands over a non-refundable agreement form.

Constant follow up with the management fell on deaf ear.

Everything was great. My service was done in the time they said it would be, service was professional and the waiting area was very nice. Just one thing - I was a little surprised that they didn’t wash my car. I have had this done at other dealerships and had expected that it would be done. Not a big thing, I’ve just always thought it was a simple nice touch.

Hieu and Fuji are the best. If I have to give more than 5 stars, I'd give a 100 stars for their services. Hieu never fails to come and greet us every time we go there to get our vehicle serviced. We have bought 3 vehicles so far from them and they never fail to meet our expectations. Fuji, this is the first we met him for our third vehicle, our previous sales rep has retired and he was amazing too. Over all, we are guaranteed to stick to Stampede Toyota for future services and maybe more vehicles to come.

I brought my car in for a recalled airbag replacement a year ago, and they have been sending me mail and calling me regularly ever since, trying to get me to come in for oil changes/maintenance (I have not ever come to this place for oil changes or maintenance). I have called and asked at least four times to be removed from their call/mailing list, yet the problem persists. At this point, it is harassment. Maybe I need to file for a restraining order?

Stampede always does a great job in their service department! They clearly explain what needs to be done. The employees are quite helpful and professional. The waiting area is comfortable. They even offer free manicures!

Very dishonest service! I took my car for regular maintenance only for them to let me know that the engine light was on, which was completely false as its a brand new vehicle and I had just driven it and the engine light wasn't on! When I questioned them on it and refused to pay $190 for them to see what the problem was, the front desk employee excused himself to speak to the service department then came back and stated that they removed a hose and had "forgotten" to hook it back up! Definitely will NOT be bringing it back!

I have dealt with other dealerships and have been so let down. As soon as they get your sale you become just a number. And don't even think about complaining, this only makes it way worse (no matter how big or small or ligit your complaint is) you get flagged as a difficult customer.

Never have I had an issue with anyone at Toyota. I promise you I have no relation nor am I friends with an employee at any Toyota branch.
I do have a friend that works for a car rental company though and she deals with them all the time. I didn't even know it at the the time I purchased my Toyota that herself and many of her co-workers will only deal with Stampede Toyota if they can help it because they are the nicest and easiest dealership in Calgary to deal with.
Since she told me this and since I have dealt with them on several occasions I am glad to say she is right and highly recommend them.
Every time i have gone in for service I have never had one negative thing to say.
They have a comfortable (larger than any I have been in before) waiting area where you can get your nails done or watch T. V.while you enjoy your gourmet cup of coffee.
Your never waiting longer than they tell you your service will be.
They have a shuttle.
They have a clean Kid friendly area.
And most importantly they are all very kind and helpful, I have never had a reason to complain nor have I heard anyone else complaining.
It is such a relief to finally find a place that actually cares about your business even a year+ after you completed your purchase.

As long as they remain happy helpful and honest I will always be a loyal Toyota owner and will encourage my friends and family to do the same.

False advertising with the 'big sale'. Prices were the same before the sale as during the sale except for a very small handful of vehicles. Redeeming grace (allowing a rating of 2 not a 1) was a relatively new sales associate who was friendly and answered our questions. Also, staff at the dealership parked vehicles right in front of the only curb cut that allowed access to the building by wheelchair. They should know better and when confronted, it was brushed off like nothing. Really not impressed! Will go to other Toyota dealerships.

My wife and me would like to express our appreciation and satisfaction for the excellent services provided to us by the whole service crew at Stampede Toyota. In 2014 we previously purchased two cars with Stampede Toyota and had a good experience with one but the second experience was very poor. This year we decided to go back to Stampede Toyota and give them a chance to make up for the bad experience we had four years ago. They defiantly redeem themselves, all the staff from the front reception, sales, finance, and delivery staff all wanted to make sure we were happy and got what we wanted. Our Salesperson Heath Brown was concerned that we got exactly what we wanted and for the right price, he was easy to talk with and deal with. When we received our Rav4 everything was explained in detail on delivery and the financing was completed correctly and in a timely manner. I love driving my Rav4.

When looking for a vehicle they were nice and helpful, obviously they want the business, but once I purchased a vehicle from them it went down hill. Not quite two weeks after purchasing my vehicle the engine light came on. I asked them to take a looking thinking it should be under some sort of warranty since they claimed to do a full inspection before selling. After numerous phone calls and attempts to get them to even diagnose the issue they continued to deflect and eventually ignore me causing me to have to take my vehicle elsewhere to be looked at costing hundreds of dollars on top of what I had just paid to purchase.

My experience with Stampede Toyota changed my view on car dealerships forever. I was immediately treated like family by Candice and Geoff. Candice Anderson was a magician and somehow pulled a rabbit out of the hat in helping find the perfect vehicle at great price. When the game came down to finishing touches, Geoff Houghton came through in the clutch with all the extras every vehicle deserves. At this point, I was introduced to my new brother Gerome Gavieres. Like a true younger brother, Gerome showed me all the bells and whistles included in my new truck. Just when my experience seem too good to be true, Geoff came through with another home run. Geoff connected me with the best insurance rates imaginable, all while saving me more time by renewing my vehicle registration. A huge thank you to the great team of true professionals at Stampede Toyota. Oh ya! The truck Candice hooked up is absolutely perfect too.
