Had to bring my vehicle here unexpectedly because I was having issues during a road trip - the service department was excellent, very kind and helpful. I really appreciated that they were able to fix the problem quickly so I could be on my way again the next morning, they went above and beyond.

I would give this Dealership 6 stars if I could!

Last week I was driving from Toronto to Vancouver and my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stalling intermittently, especially when I engaged the Cruise Control. Actually, I had been experiencing this problem on and off for over a year. The vehicle would stall at highway speeds and the power steering and power brakes would cut out. Very dangerous and VERY frightening.

Three mechanics and two Dealerships in Toronto could not solve the problem. They told me to replace the throttle body, get a rebuilt transmission and replace the Cruise Control unit. After spending over $4000, the problem was not fixed!

ANDREW, the amazing Service Manager at Standard Medicine Hat arranged to replace the Crankshaft Position Sensor and voila, for less than $250, my one year nightmare was over! Used my Adaptive Cruise Control through the mountains in B. C.and it worked flawlessly!

We had an amazing experience with all the staff at Standard Dodge. Our salesman, Kevin, was top notch. Took the time to answer all our questions and be sure we knew all the ins and outs of what we were buying. Chelsea, the finance manager went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal and made sure all our questions or concerns were answered.

Have been a recurrent customer of STANDARD (Jackson in the past) Jeep and will continue to be. Shawn H and the staff are tremendous. Never pushy with sales, always accommodating with answers to questions and inquires. Great service in the shop also. Will continue to be a Jeep customer at Standard in the unforeseen future.

Just purchased a Wrangler Unlimited from Standard Jeep without setting foot into the dealership. I found it online and did all my communication via email and telephone. The entire process was smooth and I never once felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. They delivered the vehicle right to my door in Calgary and when I found a slight imperfection on the vehicle they made sure it was taken care of and that I was happy. I am leaving this review 5 years after having purchased my 2016 Ram 3500 from Standard Jeep Ram (Jackson). I already do all the research before I test drive and purchase my vehicles. My biggest unknown concern is whether I will be taken care of after-sales.

Over the last 5 years, this dealership has had some different service staff, but has always met my expectations when I roll up with a concern, whether it's a funny noise or a code thrown on my dash.

I need to thank their latest service team of Andrew, Josh, Teresa, plus the Techs who took care of my first substantial powertrain concern when I was a 1,000 km over it's warranty. I thought I was in for a frustrating and expensive ordeal, but Andrew's team was very understanding, and went to bat for me to fix the issue. They also helped me address my transportation issues while my truck was down for repairs.

I will remember this for future purchases, and will definitely recommend Standard Jeep Ram to my social circles. A positive sales experience is important, but after sales service is paradigm in my books.

Almost 2hrs for oil & filter change and still waiting, very frustrating, getting hosed shop rate, should be done in an hour, very frustrating, $689, bunch of crooks.

With the help of Kyle working with me for over a few weeks and the sales team pulling all the strings they could they helped reduce my monthly by $500 owing on my vehicles and helped me jump into a new 2021 ram 3500. Staff very friendly and helpful, only complaint was when having oil change done, the oil dropped on cross member not wiped off, leaving oil dripping on my new driveway.

This dealership is super helpful and go way beyond what I expected for customer service. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Needed to have a fob reprogrammed for my Caravan. Fob found to be defective, work not done, but I was still charged full amount for the reprogramming because the technician took time to look at the fob.

So now I need to purchase another fob and will be charged the full amount again to have it reprogrammed. It won't be at this dealership.

This is why dealerships get such a bad reputation. No honest mechanics would charge for a service not provided.

This has been my third purchase from Justin and was once again fantastic. His attention to detail and due diligence are the reasons we come back. Great job again.

Jackson Dodge made my vehicle purchase a breeze, especially from me living in SK. Right from the beginning they made everything very easy and answered all of my questions extremely well and in a timely matter up until arriving at the dealership. Once there, they made the whole process fast, quick and easy! It was great and I drove home with a vehicle I absolutely love in less than 2 hours! Big thanks to Miller, Devon and Travis for doing such a great job. I love my new SUV!

Took my journey in to get some power steering recall done. So they got new hoses and they didnt crimp the one end of the hose under the veihicle and about 1 year later the hose came off and i had no power steering! This could have caused a major accident! I feel that they were in a hurry to getter done and they didnt take the extra five minutes to do a walk around check after they did the work. I do not recomend the service department to anyone. I know we all make mistakes but this could have been very serious!

I feel we.got a fair price for my trade in, John gave us his own personal vehicle to drive around while our new van was being detailed plus a full tank of gas when we drove our new van off the lot. I also feel it was a fair asking price for the new vehicle we bought. Most of all, very happy that we were able to make a deal and keep our business local! Thanks John, and Troy at Jackson Dodge.

Was in and out for an oil change. Everyone was friendly and quick
And painless getting things done.

In too get my uconnect looked at, and some idle issues. FIxed my idle issue and and diagnosed my uconnect.

In to get my uconnect replaced. Service is great every time and has always been able to answer any questions or concerns. I will keep using Jackson Dodge for service on my vehicles.

We were very impressed by the time taken after our purchase to go over a large number of the options on our vehicle. We were not rushed and encouraged to ask as many questions as we wanted. Great team at Jackson

My oil change this time was $22 more than last time, was already paying a premium for a oil change to have it done by dodge, now I will look for other options to not void my warranty, along with other scheduled maintenance.

After getting the runaround at another dealer it was a breath of fresh air at Jackson Dodge. Justin and the whole team ensured I was looked after with no games. Thank you for the great deal and experience.

I just picked up my new Grand Cherokee Limited X package and love it. Justin took almost an hour to go over how to use it. It was a great experience overall. Thank you Justin and the rest of the team at Jackson Dodge.

Great place to buy vehicles from and get service done. Definitly will check in with them first before my next vehicle purchase.

My girlfriend has been trying to get a new car for a while. While trying to rebuild her credit. The dealership treated her respectfully and didn’t make her feel like scum because of her bad luck in a divorce.

Justin Scherer was great, walked her step by step in the processs. Got the car detailed, fully fueled, Bluetooth all set up and was nothing but professional the entire time dealing with him.

Another Mention Troy Perner finance manager at Jackson dodge was great. Gave her some great credit counseling and got her approved through a reputable finance company without a criminal interest rate after she was initially denied they called back 2 weeks later with a LOWER Price and a financing company approved at a modest 12% which is great for what she had gone through in her divorce.

Another note I’d like to mention while dealing with Jackson Dodge and Specifically Justin Scherer he wasn’t a vulture or all over us like other sale reps at dealerships. Gave us our space and wasn’t aggressive at all over getting us approved or trying pressure us into a vehicle we weren’t sure we wanted.
