Excellent service! We had our check engine light pop up on our way to Kelowna. We gave them a call, they got us in right away and even let our dogs stay in the car and out of the cold. They ran diagnostics and confirmed the car was safe to drive. They even put a temporary cold front in for us. The bill was less than $100 and we were back on the road in about 30 min. Huge thanks to Bryan and the Standish team!

Took my van in to get the radiator fixed, wasn’t a great price and they forgot to hook my fan back up to power so engine overheated while driving through town. Weren’t very friendly either.

Pulled in to Banff on vacation, and Xterra started making a horrible metal on metal racket, hopes of a carefree vacation disintegrated, thinking it was something major. First place wouldn't look at it, too busy, but they recommended Standish, and Bryan said they were busy but they'd take a look. Turned out to be a heat shield that rusted loose and was banging on the driveshaft. They removed it for a minimal fee and we were on our way for a hike. Can't say how much we appreciated them.

My low tire pressure light went on and despite being quite busy they checked all my pressures and topped them up. The friendly mechanic wouldn’t accept payment. Thanks!

If there was an option of -1 star i world have done that. Ridiculous service provider. Especially the guy who took the call. Please teach the staff to at least talk in a good manner.

They got me in same day with a flat, it ended up being a loose valve stem, they fixed it up and sent me on my way without asking for payment, I would have happily paid for their time but they insisted, thanks again

Brian was nice enough to help me with my flat right away even though they had a fully booked schedule. Where most auto shops were telling me to go elsewhere. Thank you and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Standish. I came to this shop because my tire has a nail in it while on vacation here in Banff. Brian took me in despite of busy schedule without hesitation. After an hour, I was back on the road safe. Brian and his team is very professional not to mention that they charged very reasonable price. Thank you Brian.

Highly recommend. Coming from out of town had gotten a flat tire and Standish was the only shop that was willing to fit us in on a very busy day. Very professional and had it fixed quick with an affordable rate!

We cannot say enough good things about Brian and his team. Their professionalism and attentiveness were outstanding. We got a flat tire while in Banff, but Brian got us in while still having a busy schedule. We unfortunately waited 6 hours for a tow as the company we used kept pushing the time out, but every time we called to update Brian about the new time he answered the phone and was more than accommodating. He had our car looked at and had our tire repaired before the tow truck left the lot. In even a last minute emergency, the price to fix was incredibly fair. Highly recommend Brian and his team!

I got a flat on my way to Louise. I called Standish and they had my tire patched and ready to go within 2 hours of me dropping it off. Great local company

Amazing service at Standish! When our car broke down on the icefeild parkway, We had it towed to Standish. (Another repair shop in town indicated it would take at least another week before they could looks at it). Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful during a stressful time during our family vacation. His team was able to look at the car first thing the following day, order parts to come out of Calgary by 11am and we had the keys back with a fully functioning vehicle by 1pm (about 24hrs from break down to getting keys back). The cost of the repair was very reasonable and I would strongly reccommend anyone with any mechanical needs to consider using Standish Auto. I hope to never need to use them again on a road trip through the rockies, but I will 1000% be calling Standish if in that position again. Thank you!

Probably shouldn’t put “we service ALL makes and models of car & light truck” on your website if you’re just going to turn down servicing a vehicle based on the make without hearing what’s wrong with it first

Had spark plugs changed and was charged a reasonable price compared to the dealership. I will definitely return for future work needed.
