We have used Standstone Waste & Water Services to clean out our septic tanks for the past few years and always been happy with their service. Recently we encountered problems with a blocked line and had to enlist Standstone’s emergency services. When we called, there was an immediate answer and emergency service arranged. Within a couple of hours, a service man was on site and resolved the problem, as well as make adjustments to hopefully prevent a future recurrence. Kudos for the responsiveness!

They pick up our yard waste and the bins are often just thrown where ever. Very often in the middle of the driveway

The office staff politely returned my phone call and promptly set up 2 service appointments for us. The driver of the waste removal truck was pleasant and did a very thorough job. The water delivery man was cooperative working around things in the yard to get to the water tank.
Prices were very reasonable.

They have excellent customer service. I talked on the phone with there staff and if they didn't have the answer you where looking for they would do there best to find out for you. The guys that man the trucks know how to do there jobs fast and effectively. Overall great experience!

Standstone came to the rescue over the holidays when it was -40 and we thought our holding tank was full. They came right away and discovered it was a frozen pipe and were able to thaw it out and get things back up and running. This was not the first time they have come to our rescue. Great local place to do business with!

Trevor and everyone else that we have met and dealt with have been nothing but pleasant, professional and easy to deal with. We are very happy with both the septic vac and water delivery services that we have received. Good Job Everyone!

We have been using Sandstone for emptying our septic tank for a very long time. I have been always absolutely happy with the service they provide; from person that answers the phone, Lisa (I think I have the right name) to service guys that come out. Pleasant, friendly, professional and prompt. If the call is not answered they call back right away. Recently I found out that they are also hauling drinking water. I called this past Sunday, left a voicemail, Lisa called me back within 10 minutes, and water was delivered within 1.5 hrs. Driver was super friendly, and very professional. Thank you for your services, we appreciate it very much:)

Please never hire them, they have the worst service i Have ever seen and dont want anyone to experience it, everyone was unprofessional and didnt care about what i say

Never ever hire stanstone! And here is why.
I hired them to fill my large above ground pool. During the fourth load of water delivered, the hose that pumps 100 gallons per minute fell on the ground and completely flooded my back yard and washed out the sand from underneath my pool
The driver was not paying attention as he was always on his phone or sitting in the truck. Now my pool has a large hole in the bottom due to all that sand washing out. This also exposed the brick that supports the post. The driver never said anything in regards to the damage he had caused and continued to add 2 more loads to the pool.upon noticing the damage, I call the company right away and the driver/ supervisor came to assist the situation and agreed that it was his fault and stated that they would make it right. Being the fair person that I am, I agreed to them not charging for the water as it needs to be pumped out anyways and just to pay the $600 liner and I would do all the work myself with the help of my family. I had the owner Ken Standeven call me and tell me that they would pay for the water and all other expenses were not their problem. He was very rude, unprofessional and did not care at all. I cannot believe that a company can come to your house and damage your property and not come good for it. Do yourself a favor and call another company to assist you!
