Stanley Park Place

I've lived here for 2 years - By far the best management team ever. Extremely clean building. Very communicative office staff. Maintenance is on point if I've ever needed something fixed. Sometimes companies can treat tenants like numbers, but I feel like they have done a great job being personal and professional. The location is fantastic, restaurant downstairs is so cool. Gym is big. They even have a little dog park awe. #woof

If you are looking for a long-term apartment you definitely hit the jackpot with this one.

Would like to share a pleasant experience with this community. Stanley Park Apartment was the first experience for us in Calgary and we are very grateful to the management for their support and understanding of our situation when we first arrived here. Very helpful and courteous staff, quick to respond to requests for repairs or replacement of needed items. Our apartment was clean and prepared for move-in. The building is clean and has many rooms for recreation and sports.

I am a new resident. I don't have any complaints. My apartment is great. Any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly (the maintenance man Ken is great). Really, any issues are dealt with quickly as you can just walk into the rental office located in the Lobby. The ladies in the office Wilma and Michelle are very friendly and always have time to help.

I've been living here for 3 years and very happy. Very safe and family originated place. Management team are always on top of everything whenever there is any issue.they don't forget about it until the issue is solved. They work very hard to ensure that everyone of the tenants are happy here, that's one of the reasons why I don't want to leave this building. Ken is always a call away when we have any issues in the apartment.he makes sure it gets fixed the same day.

The place is good but would be excellent if they had electric charging stations for electric vehicles

I have lived here for almost four years. From the ladies in the office to the maintenance man to the cleaning staff, everyone who works here is very friendly and super competent.

Stanley Park has actually exceeded my expectations! My overall experience has been nothing but positive and I’m happy that we chose Stanley Park as our new residence upon relocating to Calgary. Kudos to the staff that have made us feel welcome from the start. They are the most friendly, professional and helpful group of people you’ll meet. Wilma, Michelle and Ken are great representatives for Stanley Park.

This is my second year and it is an amazing locality. Staffs are very nice and they treat the tenants in a very respectful manner. I love Ken and his energy. Michelle, Wilma and Nicole are truly a sweet personality. They are very approachable. They listen to tenants concern if any and very polite in sharing feedbacks even if tenants are rude at times. I will continue as long as I stay here. Chinook mall is walkable and no other tall buildings besides, keeps this Stanley park the only tall building from 39th -58th Ave.

Great place to live in.management are very nice and very hard working.
They are quick at solving any issue and they always welcome anyone to come and discuss anything with them and they are usually very fast into solving any issue. Maintance is very quick and respond to any issue right away and get it fixed in no time.
Highly recommend Stanley Park.and what makes it even better is the hard working team that we have here.

The staff at the building are great! They have always responded to my inquiries and requests quickly, professionally, and fairly. They were kind enough to relocate my parking space to make it easier to transport my infant from the car to the building as the elevator does not reach the underground parking structure.

I love that the building has a play area out back. My 2 year old son adores it.

Ken, the maintenance person, is always kind, friendly and goes above and beyond whenever we have a problem.

The only problems I have had are with the head office. Unlike the building staff, they do not answer any of my questions or return my messages.

It had nothing to do with the staff on site, but head office did issue a very sizeable rent increase. It was a hard pill to swallow as a single mom in part-time studies and working full time. After the rent increase, 50% of my monthly earnings go to rent. Again, none of my messages on the topic were ever returned. It is disappointing and unprofessional that head office wouldn't even hear me out as a courtesy.

We haven't lived here for a long time, but we really like it. The staff are very friendly and polite, always help with all questions and problems. If we come with a problem they always solve it very quickly and do everything to help. We can't say anything bad about this place, everything is good here. We feel great here.

The management team is extremely friendly and very helpful whenever we have any concerns. They are professional and resolve our concerns in a timely manner. The rest of the maintenance and custodial staff are very friendly as well. Thank you!

I would like to thank all stanly park building office for the great job they are doing.they are always cheerful, helpful and professional. When ever I address a concern /issue they react quickly. I am totally satisfied about the provided service in the building.building facilities, cleanness state.keep up the great work!

I love my place! I’ve lived in Canada over 20 years and rented different places and I must say this is the most professional management I’ve ever dealt with! I absolutely love how everything was set up from the very beginning.
Excellent website with multiple ways to accommodate a resident. This building is so wet well looked after. The maintenance team looks after it top notch! Amazing gym as well and always super super clean and airy ️ thank you for being pet friendly and understandable to your residents needs! I definitely recommend this place! Anyone could call home for a while
