Morgan was absolutely amazing when he sold me a phone. Got me the best possible deal, saving me over 20 dollars a month on my Bell plan, and with a brand new S23 ultra as well.
Customer service at checkout is extremely poor. I buy most of my business products online because of this from uline. Clearly the manager doesn't care about this store and it really shows.
I do not well with computers or any technology when I am in a rush. I found myself staples this afternoon completing documents on my phone and on the staples computer, and printing, photocopying and scanning time sensitive documents that needed to be sent ASAP CARMIN saw me all flustered and upset and stopped what she was doing to take me through what I needed to do. She went above and beyond by taking the time to show me what I needed to learn with patience, professionalism and kindness. She made me feel empowered rather than flustered and anxious. I will recommend Staples Leduc to anyone who needs at bit of patience and kindness or who feel way out of their element…ask for Carmin!
Waiting for an employee so I can get a receipt on my shipping. So far 10min. And only 1 computer can print shipping receipts? Johnny the manager would sooner be on his phone while watching a trainee than take care of customers.
Almost at 20 min. Finally. 1 out of 7 employees comes up and they fumble for another 5 minutes to print a receipt for pre-paid shipping with postage already on the item.
Service was okay, but had asked to sell the floor model in Leduc, they said NO. Called Spruce Grove Staples, and they were more than willing to sell me there's. So had to drive 40min to other side of city, where the staff were amazing to deal with.
Darren was so incredibly helpful today when I was trying to return a parcel with a wild toddler in tow. He guided my computer illiterate self through the entire process. Super helpful and pleasant staff
Emory was a pleasure to work with and made the experience smooth and easy. I was in the evening before and the people who helped me didn't actually help and it was literally a night and day difference.
The bald guy is a real grumpy guy. Not my favorite place to visit. His customer service skills lack big time and I think he is the manager which is even worse because he would spread his low energy to his employees as well as the customers. Stay clear of him when visiting this location.

I had an issue with my printable cards the lady at the printing shop found a solution and they even kept the store open later for me to finish the job that I needed done before an event.
Overall the worst customer service I've gotten. I have been in plenty of times. The staff will stare but do not ask if you need help. One time I had a staff saying, I'm not sure and walked away when I needed help with a printer. I did get great customer service from I believe a manager and that's the only reason it's not a one star review. I believe a cultural diversity training would be beneficial for your staff as I am an east Indian male and for me it seems like they don't want to serve met or it could be a simple lack of customer service skills. This is mainly directed to the staff by the printers.
Stopped in to see if store had the pen refills I was looking for. I hit the jackpot when Emory asked if she could be of assistance. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to purchase what I had come in for, picked up a few other things and she gave me a few more great gift ideas. Thanks Emory! Fantastic customer service!
I called before driving in, asked for help. Was told they could help me in store. I drive 45 minutes to get there, and be told all the information I recieved was wrong, and everything I needed (printing photos) had to be done on their website, from a computer!
Trash store. Junk hours and junk service. Refused to serve me because I came 5 minutes to close at 655pm. Sorry I run a business. You guys seem to be hurting as it is with those hours but yet you turn away money. Not very business smart.
Came in to print a 2 page document off our phone, and the first lady at the printer counter didn't seem like she knew what was going on, but Mars at the purchases counter was able to direct us to the quick print section so we could get what needed right away! Very knowledgeable and ready to help!
Staff was too lazy to pick the entire online order so made me pay twice for school supplies that were in stock in the first place because the refund won’t process for multiple days.
I came into your store to buy a case for my new tablet. I asked one of the sales associate for help and he said "they are in the next isle over and i will be right with you" i stood there for 11 minutes and watched him help 2 other people and never come back to me. I came in happy and excited and left angry and disappointed.
My local Staples has great staff who are friendly and helpful. The business centre is a valuable service that I use quite often because they have suggestions I hadn't thought of.
I visited Staples Leduc with the intentions of printing a document on translucent paper. They had litteraly one piece of translucent paper in stock and their printing machine was not functional. Had to drive to South Common to complete my task.
I was in there earlier today and the sellers behind the counter playing video game on the computer he other play video game on the computer and chitchat with the other employees than helping a customer he was very rude I will never go back there again if I have to drive all the way to Edmonton I will do so I had the worst experienceNote don’t ask Bob for help
Zero customer service, no manners whatsoever and some of the staff are useless. I asked one of the staff his name was Bob for help with the printer, he didn't even bother to come to see what's wrong. He said do this do that from behind the counter. My recommendation to the management to keep their eye on their staff to see what they are busy with behind the counter that they cant even walk to towards the customer to do their job!
I've been in a few times and the staff was really friendly + down to earth! Spoke to me in layman's terms which I appreciate because I don't know a lot of computer stuff lol
If there was 0 stars that what i would Staples in leduc, i am a older person and don't know much about cp and all that goes with, everytime i went in there to send copies and things like that i seem to get the cold shoulder as with the other elderly ppl looking for help, they said we are not suppose to help you, i feel like when you offer a service you should aleast have someone there to help with a smile instead of a scowl on there face very disappointed in your company if this what you employees are trained to do, i spoke to another elderly person there and she said she hates going there because of this treatment
For a business center the internet is horrible! You pay by the minute and waiting on the connection takes several minutes. Horrible.in a major city you would think the internet would be incredibly fast. I live out in the country & my internet at home is so much better! Perhaps they need to upgrade!? This seriously pushed me to buy my own printer so I wouldn’t have to deal with this anymore ️
Oh man! So like I was there and had to buy some gum, right? And then I was all like: "Oh man! The store's closed! " But that was like, totally okay, because they waited for me to buy my Strawberry-Kiwi Trident Splash gum before closing the tills! Oh man! What a fascinating, eye-opening, life-altering experience! Truly exquisite service! I don't even know what to look forward to in life anymore! Nothing could possibly top my trip to Staples!
Always good. They had a brand new cashier on. They asked before we started if it was ok if he did our order. As it was his first time on the register. We were in no hurry and agreed. Everyone needs to learn. He did very good.
Horrible experience. Came in to print a file. Left a half hour later with no print. 2 out of 3 printers no working. Have to send print by email? Hello Bluetooth. Staff courteous but still left empty handed
Every time I go here I have a positive experience, the staff are friendly and helpful, and I get in and out with my purchase (s) in record time. Highly reccomended!
Ok so there was 3848584 people working at the store and I was waiting in line for 30 minutes and eventually the supervisor calls for backup when she sees that there’s over 10 people in line. Waste of time honestly and it’s a small store so they have no selection anyway. I just wasted like an hour when it should’ve taken 5 minutes.
Week ago i went to take printout, i don't know how to use the scanner so i asked help. That guy in the counter told busy and asked me wait 15 minutes (apparently he is not busy talking with his co worker). After 15 minutes another staff came to me and she told to buy a 10$ staples card to use on the scanner machine. Once i bought she disappeared as well. Worst customer service i ever faced in life.
