After the lady was trying to help me return an Amazon package through UPS for around 6-7 minutes, the guy came over and said we don't do UPS here.

I was talking to one of the team members, and he was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I have always loved Staples!

Just stood there for 20 minutes at a counter, waiting for service, watching a clerk flip his hair 4 times and shot elastic bands across the front of the store and the female clerk just staring down at her phone. Get it together staples, I don't ever write reviews no matter how bad the service is, cause everyone has there off days but that was so ridiculous.

Another waste of time. They are happy to take my money and then sell the wrong product to me. I have no faith that what they tell me about a product will actually be the truth.

By far the worst Staples location out there. I go in to print some statements and basically get told to go do it myself. If I was willing and able to do it myself I wouldn't be offering to pay them for the services they advertise but now won't do. I ask the manager for some help and he refuses. This place is an absolute joke. I gave one star because half wasn't an option. Also was interested in seeing a laptop they were advertising for $249 but nothing there is close to it

Waiting for help was upsetting. Watched as others who just walked in got service while we were still waiting.
By the time we got some help, they didn't have the product we were looking for. Waste of time.

I sent a fax which cost me $30 to send one fax… I got a call from the place I faxed it to and it came out unreadable. I called the manager and instead of refunding me or giving me a in-store credit, they shrugged it off as not their problem.

I came in on two separate occasions to have some maps printed and laminated. Kayde was very pleasant and helpful both times and got them completed quickly and did a great job for me.

Staff were very unhelpful. Everything is mostly available online. Very far from the company it used to be.

I would like to thank the staff at staples red deer for all the work they have done in getting my computer replaced bought a levno laptop and the charger plug broke Lenovo said it was personal breakage and would not cover it and Karen and James went above and beyond to get me the results I needed and staples bot my old computer back and replaced it with a new one great staff and would recommend this store to everyone thank you

Terrible, Do no buy any hdmi cables. They charged me $50 for 1 cable because they only carry high end ones and I was in a desperate rush. Staff were not friendly and I will never come back.

I was really surprised that they cleaning products coffee tea and makers for making coffee. Prices are reasonable to.

Poor customer service. Went in looking for a craft table. Walked around the store for 10 min wittnessing staff visiting with each other but was not offered help. Did not see anything I was looking for so I left without being acknowledged.

I have visited this location several times and everytime has been a quick and terrific experience, I will have to assume they were quick since there wasn't too many people tho. The only feedback I give is wait time, print centre there is usually one or two ladies and cashier clerks are a lot which you can see them most of the time wandering around because there is more people at the print centre that buying stuff, which is not their fault but definitely should have more people on the other side. I have waited as much as 10 minutes to get assistance but whenever I do, service is terrific Karen from the print centre helped me scan some documents while assisting other customer at the same time which was super incredible and ahe was very funny too! Thanks Karen

The selection was disappointing, went in for pen refills.couldn't find them. It wasn't like this in the past, maybe supply chain issues or prefer you order online.

Always a unpleasant experience, won't be supporting this company again. Staff don't have proper training, over priced. Unfortunately this running your business this way pushes clients to supporting Amazon. I'll find somewhere else local to support

Poor customer service from the photo manager and employees, no apology or reasoning to overcome a misunderstanding on your part. Employee leaves shift and leaves my order unfinished after reassuring me it would be just a minute (time sensitive), the manager then tells me he’s too busy to complete my order.

Great great prices. Had to return an unnecessary item. Helpful.

The rest of the mall was abit dismal. Just need a tumbleweed tumbling down-

Worse customer service ever. Purchased a 900.00 laptop from South location in Red Deer, had issues with setting up. Took it back to the location to exchange. The staff were awesome, had them Che k the north store for availability. They said they had 1 in stock. Went to north store, refunded me the laptop and when I went to buy the exchange, the manager would not sell me one because he couldn't till Black Friday. Will never buy anything from that store again

Staff not very helpful and didn't know how to get the fax machine working. Stood in there for 34 minutes through her failed multiple attempts to send a simple fax, I ended up getting frustrated and leaving.

The staff were helpful and the prices were way better than some of the other places I could have ordered from! I like that I can park and pop in and not have to walk through the whole mall

I was in there looking for something I kind of expected them not to have. Walked around for a 10 minutes. Walked past 5 associates. Not one person asked if I needed help. Considering they moved everything around again. Would have been nice to get the assistance. Didn't even see a manager on the floor.

No one was 'available' to help with buying a printer! All busy looking at flyers and stocking to help!

Typical Staples. Not great that they lock the bathroom doors and then when one asks for a key they snarkly respond that the cans are for employees only.

The staff member I dealt with was very rude. Would give -5 if I could. Don't remember his name unfortunately

The at the till for shipping was not nice she wasn't happy to help me. She also wanted to push me to the side and start another customer. I was not rude but not sure about the process and pricing, she treated me like a burn. Also, she almost forgot to mention my business account and airmiles.

Store was closing today in 10 minutes but Sean came to assist me even though he knew I was just canvassing for the right equipment. The interaction was professional yet personal in that he efficiently answered all my questions and gave me tips on uploading an app to safely and effectively use my new service.

Came here with my my cousin who’s first language isn’t English. He pronounces words differently, the employee proceeded to joke about the way he spoke.

I was especially impressed with Emillie who works in the photo area. She not only helped me use the in house computer but also went above and beyond in helping me select the proper paper to enlarge my photo. Keep up the good work!

I just bought a printer from James at the Red Deer parkland location and he was Awesome! Even got me to buy and extended warranty, which I never do. James is great! Thank you

Horrible store. Phoned and asked if can print photos there if on USB stick and said yes so drove all the way there for nothing. Can pay $0.30 a minute to print photos to paper but not photo paper or they can do on their computer where you are like 5 m’s away so can’t pick and edit properly. Absolutely stupid setup

The girl at the entrance was very rude. I know that things are different now. Not a excuse for being tude

The practices that Staples has implemented during this COVID-19 Pandemic are incredaple. They provide a safe, helpful shoping experience to all.

Pretty good fluid service general customer services I didn't feel judged treated pretty good considering I am a minority some space say they care but this one was pretty good

Printed some documents and when I asked for a single envelope I was told they only sold packs of 100 for around 30$. Staff was generally unhelpful and stunned.

I dropped off 6 sheets to have laminated and the guy said give me 30 minutes cause it's busy. I went back after 30 minutes and they weren't done.just sitting there. Poor customer service. Also, no apology which makes it worse.

Staples doesn’t take UPS like it’s stated online. When I told the man that it was still listed as a drop point (had a package to drop off) He was incredibly rude to me. Liked the store until now, just lost a customer.

Thank you to the Attending lady in the printing/computer service area on May 7,2019 about 3: 30 as you were a great help in determining what I needed for paper and also assisted me in setting up the machine.

I got an iphone 8 here, and the advertisement said it was 0% interest and right now we are paying interest for it. What a false advertisement!
