I required some technical support with my pc, and after going to several places prior to coming to staples, I finally received the support that I needed. Jacob was very knowledgeable and very caring, and he went beyond all expectations to ensure that the problem with my computer was rectified. Thankyou Jacob for your assistance!

Oh my gosh Mark and his team turned a errand into a fun day out!

I’m new to the country with little idea about where to print off documents and how to post internationally, Id resigned myself to the fact that I’d have to buy a printer and then have to head over to a post office.

The team crunched the numbers and we worked out I’d save more by printing in staples at 17c a page and then they helped me post the documents internationally from in the store.

The service was exactly what I needed, so lovely that I’m 100% to go back anytime. I need anything. Thanks again Mark and the entire team at Staples

It's really convenient to get to, they have pick up options and the staff are friendly.

Waited 15 min to get any sales person to help with stock level check instore on a $490 office chair thats on display, but no help, so left.

Thanks to Neil for trying to explain why (6 hours later of trying to save and submit why your Design and print app doesn’t work for labels and print me at store. Too bad you can’t hire more people to help in your stocked and neat but understaffed store Off to write out 40 by hand. (senior who had done it before) Just tried calling: no answer. Done with this store

Gave me a replacement for my broken lamp that i bought a few months ago. Very nice of them. Didn’t even have the receipt

Trash employees. Literally making an order for print, asked the girl to help me because when I tried to submit it online it wouldn't work and she tells me she has more important jobs to do. Unreal. Livid.

Ordered some photos to be developed and was told they were ready. After getting home, I realized it was someone else’s valuable pics. Returned it, and found out my pics were never even processed. Waste of time.

Went there a few weeks ago looking for something specific. What I found was an employee that treated me like garbage. I asked if they had the new iPad and got scoffed at and disrespected. Secondly, an associate named Alexander had made some rude and explicit comments about my little sister whomst I was with. Completely unprofessional from Alexander. If I had any sense I would take this higher up but save yourself the trouble and avoid this employee at all costs!

Do all my office supply shopping here. As well as printing. No issues so far. Friendly staff and we'll maintained

Horrible customer service, continuously ignored us and tried to get us to find things on our own when we asked for help multiple times. Poor attitude, rude, and not well trained or informed employees

Gosh. Couldn’t find basic envelopes. Everything that is seasonal is extremely overpriced; if not out of stock. The service is not very good either. I don’t see myself going back there

I'm never caught the name of the manager that was working tonight, but I'm seriously so grateful for there assistance in sorting out an order I placed earlier on. Seriously whoever it was deserves a raise. Thank you so much for making my life easier while trying to get these bookmarks printed. I wish I could give you more then 5 stars for customer service.

Not the best staples I have visited! There is only one pc which works so you will have to wait in a line to have it accessed and also I don't see anyone wiping down the pc after use. So it's low on sanitation during this pandemic time!

Could be the worst service I have experienced in Calgary Alberta. Have never experienced a team be more passive on helping a human in person. They Defer you to go online and take zero responsibility just ready to through a fellow employee under the bus. I dread ever going back!

Staff was super unfriendly and unhelpful. I always come to this staples so this was a disappointing experience to have.

Self serve print jobs limited to $25 for some reason. Really annoyed I had to complete three transactions to print one document. Staff slow to respond to issue.

I don't own a printer so this is my go to spot when I need to make a quick hard copy. Always very friendly staff. Recently I shipped a package here and the staff were very helpful in finding me the right sized box!

Just visiting to make photocopies. I like the USB port on the self-serve machines and tap payment. Plus I could buy report covers for my copy work. The staff member went out of her way to make shopping enjoyable by being fast yet very outgoing and interesting to chat with.

Had to get some stuff printed. Both girls were juggling 2-3 customers each, they did a great job multi tasking. Print was done very quickly and turned out great

East Indian woman at the til extremely rude with absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. It was obvious she had no proper training/coaching in regards to this important aspect of the job. Yeah, anyone can ring in a til but she was lacking the traits to represent the company at the front of the store as you walk in. Part of her culture? Perhaps.

Easy access into the big parking lot. I was here for self-serve printing, but after realizing the paper quality wasn’t good enough for my intended purpose, I went to the counter and asked the staff for help. She made helpful suggestions as to which paper might meet my needs, and even showed them to me. Made the process easy and painless, which was great for a quick in-and-out experience.

Staples has been going down hill for a while; nice staff but never enough of them. The printing services are great when you get a machine that works. Two people were actively on staff today at the front but one other came to the desk after a long line had formed.

Second print order in a row botched, staff insisted I was wrong about the error as they can't tell the difference between paper stock. Had to battle to get the reprints, was not offered the refund I was promised on the phone. The last product I had delivered to my house arrived damaged, again had to fight to get a refund. Products I have relied on for years have been discontinued and replaced with inferior products. This is a garbage branch of a floundering big box store and getting worse daily. I predict it's closure in the next few years.

This has got to be one of the worst Staples ever for customer service. Time and again I left their store in a sour mood but I unfortunately live in downtown (for many, many years) and sometimes I don't have another option than to go to this store - otherwise I avoid it as much as I can. I considered giving a one star rating.

Superb shipping centre, extensive selection of packaging, electronics, and more.

Family like setting here, with tons of Covid-19 safety precautions and a friendly team. I was buying packaging supplies, shipping express with fedex, and needed help locating thank you cards. Three different team members helped me with these tasks and they were each so independently wonderful.

I’m looking so forward to shopping & shipping here again!

Absolutely disappointed. Went in to get a passport photograph and the lady was very nonchalant, did not bother to listen to what I wanted and just absent minded. I suggest you go to EZ prints it’s in the mall on Westbrook station by Walmart.

Very bad treatment I came at 8: 15 pm and the employee did not let me go in and he says they are closed and it is 9: 00 pm closing hour. This is not good for big name (staples).

Friendly staff, easy to find what I was looking for, customer representative helped carry big item to my car. Would recommend for service and easy access location.

The worst printing and scanning service. Such a huge space with 1 working scanner. It took 1 hour, 1 HOUR to scan 1 sheet of paper.

I bought an ssd drive from here, and unfortunately didn't get around to using it until a couple weeks after their 30 day return policy. It failed on the first attempt. I brought it back with the receipt, and they would do nothing to help me, even though the drive was perfectly new, had all the packaging, and I had the receipt.

Nothing wrong with the store, staff are nice, good deals. However, the same day photo printing service is a joke. Sure it's cents on the dollar, but it's just garbage at the end of the day. Its like it was printed with a dot matrix.

Really great, big parking lot for when you wanna go to Millz skatepark across the street. Not sure what kind of nerd stuff is inside the actual store though but its red color

I have used the print services here twice for basic printing and found it fast and efficient. They have a nice selection of stationary available as well. The only reason I didn't give five is due to the price of some of their electronic accessories is higher than going elsewhere.
