I went to buy some stuff and ask them if they l can match the price instead of take look in the flyer from your own computer directly was telling me to go buy from there. One indian lady and old Indian with glasses said to me. They shouldn't say that to customer because you are sending your customer to other store.look like they are not interested to increases the staple sale because those lazy ppl has to work extra to find out.if I m the employer I will fire them right away.
My first time visit my only visit was pretty negative staff didn't know what they were doing did not put customers in front of co-workers and I was definitely disappointed as was my friend with the overall experience at this location. The few staff members that we did deal with really didn't give a damn about customers maybe this is just the culture at this store at this location but I would never return here
Was in a rush to have something shipped out with FedEx, customer service rep was super helpful and friendly, and then when buying an item, the cashier was so friendly.
I was not as happy as usual with Staples this time, bought a printer which I had researched on line and it was on sale. When I got there the printer was not on display, found someone to help me, and was given the choice of a printer that was 60.00 more than the one I had in mind, much longer story but pulled it up and it was finally "found". Absolutely felt like bait and switch. Got asked to fill in a survey over a week ago and asked for the Manager to contact via email. Still no word.

When you’re on the self-serve computers here you’re literally on your own nobody will help you even when they’re not working their computers are down the machine still charges you ended up paying for a service I couldn’t even use because their computer system is down. Not one person would help me tried to call the store manager and leave messages for Virginia manager. Never even got a call back. The staff are completely useless at this location. I wouldn’t recommend anybody using this location.
1 star is pushing it. Spoke with 4 different people and every person was ruder than the last. Worst customer service. To have customer service staff means to help the customers not to respond with “just do it yourself”. Clearly the staff were more interested in playing swords with the dusters they had than to clean (which the place was so dirty) or to assist anyone. It is also hard to ask for help when looking for a simple laptop charger and you are shown the HDMI cables. Much easier to purchase products they sell online from someone else.
Went in to print off engineering documents on card stock. Was asked what type of card stock, so I picked 65lb. Waited for 30 minutes, which was fine as the clerk claimed he was dealing with “technical difficulties” received the finish product, hopped on the plane to show my boss, to find out the product was printed on two different types of card stock material and some illustrations were cut off. If you’re going to hand feed the card stock in the printer atleast tell me it’s two different materials rather than handing it over like I wouldn’t notice. My fault for not double checking each and every page after a 30 min wait I guess.
I called Staples in Airdrie to get assistance in printing off some labels. The girl was amazing! When I got down to the store she helped me further. I was truly impressed! Keep up the good work everyone!

Came here to get coil binding done on my kids workbook, however was told I would need to cut the bind before they coil it, even though they have a cutter and I was ok to pay for the cutting! They have done it for me in the past but now the staff did not want to do it. Very dissatisfied
Took 3 hours to copy 1 4x6 photo 10 times. Then when I arrived to pick them up they weren't even cut, just big sheets all together. I asked if they could be cut and the person at the till said it would take another 3 hours to cut 10 4x6 photos. What a joke.good thing I didn't need anything important.oh wait.this was important. Thanks for nothing Staples print centre. I would hate to see how long it takes you to do more than 10 photos.wont use again.
There was this one amazing employee in the tech department of this Staples. Wyatt Fyten helped me out with my printer needs, and was very knowledgeable about his job. I would be hard pressed to find a better employee in the whole of Alberta better than Wyatt Fyten. My experience at this Staples was one of a kind, and I will be eternally grateful for this bright young man.
Absolutely rude and useless bunch of staff. The cashiers literally stated “oh great” when they decided who among the useless bunch was going to help me! All I did was ask about printing off some papers and they treated me like garbage because of it!
Staples sell my favourite commercial trash bags, the UXN2022RDEG by Berry Global. They are great quality, being very stretch, and tear resistant, and they look amazing on my garbage can. Ordering them online was a breeze, and I will be back for more when I run out.
I visited this staples location for clicking passport photos of our newborn. It was done so quickly and done so well. The lady was really kind and helpful. It was a great experience. Staff overall is friendly and helpful. They also have a great selection of customizable accessories here which are great for business promotions.
Waited for quite awhile for service, then waited quite awhile for the merchandise to return with a sales associate, not a busy store but really slow service.

Walked in looking for some help, was told everyone was busy as I see three employees stocking shelves. Walked out after standing waiting to be helped for 10 minutes. Second time I've had this experience. Will be going elsewhere from here on out.
Always very helpful but prices are not always the same from the shelf and a the register watch when your buying. Sometimes the prices are not changed at the shelf
Staples doesn't carry hardly any Samsung gear.always dissapointed when I go in there seeking Android gear.always seem to find what I need at the source. Also the staff were chatting right near the door and never offered any help as it was myself and another gentleman that were seeking assistance/guidance. Will not travel in from out of town to shop here again.
I gave a five star a year ago because the experience but know it is a one star it was better but this time it was awful maybe being nicer to your customers instead of heading to others workers to chat would be nicer sassy issues Absolutely worse experience ever.

Katie! You were amazing! And i mean just simply amazing! Katie saw I was stressed out and freaking out because the store was closing in like 10mins and i walked in with a bunch of documents to be printed and scanned. She understood where i was coming from and helped throughout the process and was like SUPER WOMAN fast while she did the papers! Staples you are so so lucky to have Katie! I never write reviews for anybody ever but Katie deserves this and so much more! Much much respect and appreciation for Katie as a Staples employee and as the coolest person ever!
Plenty of staff on hand to answer your questions, very friendly as well. Some prices were pretty good but others were too high, so make sure you know what is a good price for the item you're getting. A nice variety of products too.
Has passport photos taken within 2 minutes of walking into the store without an appointment. They were printed and ready to go 5 minutes after taking them. The staff at this store are amazing, fast, have the answers you need and always ready to assist you with anything.
I needed computer work done to my home PC. I spoke to Jayson who is Staples computer tech. He did upgrades for me and added an anti virus application. The work was done quickly and was well done for a fair price. Ask for Jayson at Staples. He is friendly and honest. Bravo Jayson!
The store is fine but the self print is so brutally slow. It took us 2 hours to print documents. The only way to print faster is to pay significantly more money. I don’t think that’s cool.
I have gone to various Staples for years throughout Alberta. My business offers customers scanning printing etc, when needed. Copy and print service at Staples has been a service I use frequently and most Staples are very helpful. Airdrie's customer service is wanting. At the customer service desk I explained I would be needing help to self service a scan job. I had to ask twice. When the. 30 per minute began clocking I realized I would be paying to learn their system as it was taking far to long. When I walked out, my credit card was already charged 5.41 for 2 pages with 6 pages to go.you do the math.
I have been getting printing here for many years for my business and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Even when I'm picky about my printing results, they always try to improve or help the situation.
What a disappointment! As a customer feeling like an inconvenience for being in the store and needing service makes me never want to go back. I had an amazing experience at the flyer shop in Calgary so i will go where i am appreciated to get my printing done The selection is sub par too Wanted to support local but in this case I will spend my money in a welcoming environment
Wanted to buy a printer. Looked at the price on the shelf and the price tagged on the stack of this same printer at the end of the aisle. Want to be clear, this was at 6pm on a regular weekday. Got to the till, and the price was $160 more than what was posted on the 2 places in the aisle. When asked, employee said price was to take effect tomorrow, but would give it to us for the sale price today. Then the "nice" lady came out and stated no, we have to come back tomorrow or pay full price now. Full stop, walked away. Interesting customer service model. Fake pricing. Never. Ever. Coming. Back.
Took my laptop in for check up and very good attitude here and help. Haven't gone their to many times before but I will now. Just got my fixed computer back. Very happy with the service and the results.
