Although the printing staff was friendly they haven’t a clue what goes on behind that order desk. My first order of 20 laminated 11x14 prints took 40 min to find for pick up under someone else’s name. Might I mention they were done as 8 x 10s. My next order was put in 3 wks in advance for 24 16x 20 canvas prints for an awards show for a nationally renowned Canadian USA company
. I was there for an hour while the employee downloaded all of my pictures and we ran thru sizings. I was told they would call if it could not be done in the time frame I needed. After not hearing anything from the staff I assumed production was underway. Two days before my event I went to the store to check on production. After 45 min of them trying to find the order I was told that it never was placed! They did offer to put photos on coffee cups in 2 days for my black tie event! Toronto head office did call with an apology and an offer of 50% off my next order. Fat chance of that happening. The whole photo staff at this location need to be retrained or let go. If you need customer service and knowledge for any of your photo needs may I suggest the staff at any London Drugs location.

Went to staples to get an ink cartridge yesterday. I am always amazed that they have such a good selection of cartridges. Besides cartridges they have many different options you could purchase for your office at home or work. The staff are always friendly and willing to help you find what you need.

I came in to pick up an online order and it’s my first time doing this at a Staples so I’m not too sure of the process. I was greeted by Deborah who was very rude, unprofessional and lacked customer service. She made me feel stupid and that I was annoyance to her when I asked her what she needed from me to pick up the online orders. She looked at me and asked “from where? ” which I was confused so I replied with “from Staples” and she rolled her eyes and said well we get a lot from FedEx, UPS… like I was suppose to know that. I was assuming since I said an online order that she would know I was meaning from Staples. I wasn’t aware other packages came there for pick up. Anyways, I won’t be back to that location from the treatment I received when it was not deserved!

Went in today to print a few forms but was finding it was more complicated then I expected.then this very caring young man came and helped me.

His name was Fred very kind and thoughtful.now that's real customer service.

I like Staples but there's cheaper. To bad it's located at the end of a rat maze of cars, dumb drivers and other businesses. Very busy to get to. They deliver, and better choice for me, less stress. I hate Amazon changing this location to drop off your returns in the s.e. UHG

Incompetent staff for customer service the staff need training on how to deal with customers because they don't know how all they do is show attitude this Staples is the worst one I have ever been to and I am at Staples at least three times a week stay far far away from this one

Poor customer service, rude staff, and after someone, refering to themselves as a manager, made a mistake the only answer I got was "that's not how it works". Tried speaking with the manager and he was on break three days in a row at different times.

We don't have a best buy over here so staples fills in a lot of the office needs gap. I just wish they had stock on a lot of things other stores seem to have.

Very dissatisfied, just spoke with the manager and they won’t return a printer since I no longer have the box? Who holds onto a printer size box for 30 days?

I can not wait for this company to go out of business. Staples fly’s signage a banner boasting customer service, specializing print media, and everyday value!

Obviously Staples does not know the terminology of these words! Every time I go to Staples I’m gravely disappointed! Staples definitely does not cater to my business printing needs. I’m done trying! Off to a real print company I go!

Bought a filing cabinet and found it was damaged. Took it back and they replaced without any issues.

Needed a few copies and to scan to PDF. Two computer stations and lots of copiers. No waiting. Fast and Easy!

Went to send a package as GPS told me they had a drop off inside. There was no signs saying they handled packages at all so was kinda confusing.

I always receive friendly and helpful service from the printing department. Staff are so kind and patient! Thanks for your help.

I came first thing in the morning because I know that they get really busy around noon. The lady in the shipping services helped me with the printing that I need. Quick and easy in and out. Staff are nice and helpful though, you just need to ask:)

I visited the South Trail Crossing Staples for the second time in two days and both times, I wandered aimlessly in the aisles and not one Staples employee asked if I needed help finding anything.
I managed to find some of what I needed, but I will stop at a Source store for the rest. Hopefully they will be more interested in offering up customer service and more appreciative of me spending my money in their store.
I miss Grand and Toy!

I always go to this staples for my office needs and I am always treated really well! Staff are very friendly, and one staff member in particular, Zach, is always friendly and happy to help. One of my favourite staples to shop at!

Used the computer service at this location to apply for visa, etc. Nikita from that department in that store helped me immensely. I am very grateful for her assistance. Thank you very much.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The staff were too busy to help me. Didn't seem all that busy in the store, I was there waiting for over 30min. I asked a number of times for assistance and no person could be bothered to help me. I was going to spend a considerable amount to set up my home office. I guess Amazon gets my money now. I really tried to support the brick and mortar store and help provide jobs.oh well.
Won't be shocked when retail stores finally die off. Poor customer service results in less customers.

Got passport photos for myself and my 15 month old. Friendly, prompt service and guaranteed photos, can't ask for more!

When I was younger I remember that they always had the computer parts I needed.
Sadly no longer, the cord selection here is dismal and quite overpriced especially if you need any cord over 6 feet.

Nice and well organized as usual. Some computers of interest were out of services/ however technical staff would assist in finding your needs

Worst Service I’ve ever received. I Was printing a COLLEGE assignment and it got stuck in the printer employee came over to help me and ripped it completely in half. After ripping then decided to ask for a super visor. Super visor never came to help. Employee came back after I was waiting for quite awhile to figure out how to get the remaining piece of my assignment out of the printer. Very unsatisfactory experience

Went there for baby passport photo, Abel at the print centre was so helpful and so friendly, she went above and beyond to accommodate us, I totally recommend this place not only for their print centre but also for other services and products as I usually shop from here and I always get a great customer service, but the service we got form Able at the print centre was exceptional!

Extremely helpful staff specially in the copy/print area. In general, the prices are a bit higher than Walmart but it is a specialized stationery store

Staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful! I ordered a calander and wasn't sure when it was going to arrive. The employee at the front desk when out of his way to check every place for it, and even helped me figure out the expected ship date. Thank you for the awesome service!

Nice layout of the store and some good deals to be had. I like that the salespeople leave you alone to browse unless you need help. This is my go to store for office supplies!

Normally love this location, however this time the clerk failed to offer to email my receipt even though he took my email down, disappointingly they couldn't fix the issue without voiding everything and starting again

Went here to print, was easy and fairly cheap. Just make sure to select the correct page size before printing. Saved me 50c/pg colour.

Typical Staples, a little smaller than average. Selection is ok at best. The staff are usually pretty rude, blatantly on their phones between customers and even while helping them. (My cashier was using her phone as my card payment was processed) Nobody asks you if they can help you find anything, and they just generally seem to be lacking any sense of what customer service is. I only go here if I really need something ASAP.

The best place to get all I need to fill my business and home needs. Great staff, great service and excellent quality on products

This Staples has the best friendly staff. Soon walk in door they see you an say hello. An if a price not good they help with something the same line but in you budget
