One of the best companies in Canada to get all your office equipments, computer gadgets and do your printings. I had a nice time there as their staffs were very receptive and they assisted me in getting all that I need. I would recommend staples for everyone.

Chona the sales expert at the Staples is exceptional, we had 10 minutes left before their closing hours and it was boxing day. She made our shopping so fast and easier. She is amazing.
The other staff is nice as well and helped us to bring the items in our vehicle

Worst experience ever. Customer service was extremely bad. They were not able to take a better picture first time and they had to take picture again. They wouldn't even change the white board that my baby was laid on. The baby is newborn and the white page had dirty shoe prints on it. Just because we had an urgency we took the picture wiping it. Or else would have never taken a picture there. They were extremely rude and completely inexperienced. Like we paid 110 dollars for laying my baby on the ground with a dirty white paper. Specially the Indian girl with a grumpy face. Extremely rude.

They didn’t have what I needed at this store but they did locate it for me at a different store and they were helpful with my requests and questions

Went to use their scanning services. They have quite a few printers to use for copying and printing and a couple of computers for public use. I had to wait for about 5-10 mins because they were busy but got my business done quickly.

This place is to complete your technical needs and have many service related to computer equipment and printing

Manager Karen was very rude and provided poor service. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Received outstanding printing services from Chinwe in the printing and marketing department. She was so patient while I was deciding what photos I wanted to print, and also was extremely efficient. I 100% suggest going to her when you go into this staples and want some printing done!

Went to buy ink cartridge and ask an associate for help. Showed her a picture of my printer model number to insure I got the right one. Well, got home took everything out the box and it was the wrong one. Called to see what they can do but all I got was customer service with a side of attitude. Telling me that “ink cartridges are non refundable and one of those things that you have to know what you’re buying”
Thank you but that was exactly why I asked your associate for assistance in the first place.

Would like to see diverse employee in the cashier area not just white who is able to sincerely connect to asian customer as well.

Pretty poor service at this location. I walked in to buy some markers and had no one to help me at all. Turn on a walk though never go back there again poor service

Place had no employees to help with the printing, saying all three of the employees were 'sick'. They spent my money as if it was a joke. They do not understand how to use they're own materials and work supplies. They are getting paid for what? Please fix your employment issue immediately.

Just okay if i would say, went there for Usa visa pic. They didn’t provide soft email copy, however they have told before that won’t be possible. So overall nice people in staff and could be better in future.

Extremely busy at all times, went in to ship a few items through them a few times and its always crazy. As well i wasn't overly impressed with 2 of their staff one was extremely sarcastic to my wife. The 2nd employee didnt seem like they wanted to help anyone who wanted to use the service. I try to avoid having to go here if i can.

Staff seemed to not be very knowledgeable in the day to day and management completely forgot about what they were doing for me to the point I became frustrated and almost walked rit out

I had computer issues, & it cost me $20 for the tech to tell me to buy Adobe so I can print docs.not sure that was the best advice. Still having issues even after paying for Adobe

Good for Office supplies but some of the stuff you can only get it online with your commercial account, it may not be available on store shopping.

Ask for a older guy named Mike, helpful and knowledgable about paper. Found what I needed in the rn department.

I went to take visa photos with my mom and baby 8 months old. The girl named Lima was not helpful at all. She did not ask for who it was, just took my photo and left, we were waiting by the light for 10min thinking she would come back. I went to her eventually and then she took of my mom and told her once of looking straight but didn't try to make sure it was taken properly because her photo still came a bit sideways, i had to make her take it again. Then again she was walking away, i told her my baby too. She brought a stool without telling me that i couldn't sit with him and or if he could sit up or not. The stool was moving too, she didn't give me the instructions to hold him from the feet or hands just expected me to have him sit. I ended up cancelling his photo, because i asked if she had a chair or fabric and she said "this is the only way, you can go to another store if you want other ways".

She was rude and not helpful at all.

Worst customer service. Lady working in the print shop (Ilma) very rude and was not willing to help me and other guy.

Extremely unprofessional.

I visited today around 6pm to drop off purolator envelopes, I realized i forgot to seal one envelope so i asked Rep at drop off counter to give me a piece of tape so I can seal it. She told me I have to pay for a piece of tape. REALLY.for a 3 inch piece of tape she asked me to pay for it. I believe initially rep was trying to help but her supervisor told her ask for money. Do you think i will buy anything from your store now?

Great place to shop all your Office, Stationary, inks & Office set ups like table, chairs and so on.
You can get your prints done here via e mail. Staff is very co-operative

Literally couldn't figure out how to put two transparency sheets in a paper tray & push the copy button on a photocopier twice. I never thought I would see people under qualified to do that. Apparently training at staples is really substandard.

Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Guided me very well so I can quickly get my work done.

Worst customer service ever! Had a bad cutomer service experience today at around 6: 35pm. I asked for help coz i’m not familiar the printer and just wasting money so i asked her if she could help me or show me atleast how it works but the lady seems very upset and not willing to help us. She grab the paper and mad when she photo copy the paper we requeated in the end she photo copy but not the one we requested. You better train your staff to be good in customer service i am not going back to that place because the staff is very rude and no manners.

I've never had a major issue with Staples, for the most part, I can find what I'm looking for and their prices are fairly competitive with the surrounding stores in the area.
I have had a couple minor issues with basic questions with people who run the cash tills.
"Do these staples, fit this stapler? "
The answer is always, "uh it should fit". When I got home, I had to exchange the staples for a different one.
Overall a decent place, friendly staff.

Worst experience and customer service. Ordered 4 prints (16x20 and 11x17). Picked them up, brought them home and all of them had a very noticeable line through them. They said they would re-print if I brought them back. So drove back to the store, waited in the store for an hour to have 4 pictures re-printed just to find out that some of them still had a line through them. They said they would refund me, asked me to send the documents to them again so they could try and re-print and said they would call me later that day. It's been a day, they still haven't called me back and I just looked at my receipt for the refund, and they refunded me for the incorrect amount (they shorted me $10).

Hi there, I would like to tell you about the exceptional service I received today from Merielle (spelling may not be correct). I was wondering around your 3030 32nd Ave NE, Calgary location trying to locate some products. I went up and down the aisles searching. Merielle must have seen my lost look and came over the offer help. She was OUTSTANDING! She even went above to the overstock to retrieve a second item that I required. Customer service is lacking in many, many stores these days and you have a diamond in the rough with Merielle. Be sure to keep her as that's a rare find. Thank you Merielle for your fantastic service, it does not go unappreciated, people notice.

You could say it is definitely a staple in the community. Great place to get office supplies, computer, electronics to gaming chairs. In store printers available for use great for when you are unable to from home.

I waited patiently for 20 minutes at the printing counter. The cashier took the guy behind my first. That’s when I walked out. Never going there again.

Bad management. Don't know how the managers here can live with themselves bullying their own employees. I agree with Kabeer Abbas, I'm not visiting anytime soon.

If I could take away stars I would. Came in to get some things printer, was faced with the most horrible service imaginable. The owner of this Staples clearly doesn't care to train the staff in curtesy, should be replaced. Never going back to this staples and will definitely tell everyone about the joke service I received here today. Don't bother contacting me via this review, I want nothing to do with your location.

Lots of staff running around pretending to look busy but nobody willing to stop and help. After 20 minutes of waiting to purchase a printer I got frustrated and left. I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

I ordered a calculator online last September 11 and requested to be shipped to this location. Went there 2 weeks ago and the employees are not interested in following up and suggested me to call directly. I called them again today - 32nd Ave NE, and asked the status. The guy just said if I haven't received the email then it will not be there without even asking the order number to confirm. He just puts me on hold, and it's been so long. Looks like they are waiting for me to post this review before they can give proper attention. Never again will I order from Staples.

Great service. Tia was very helpful and professional. She talked nicely and her customer service was great.
She did laminating perfectly and transfered all my staples card into one card to make it easy for me.

Really low on stock it seems. Went in September and thought it was because of back to school but went again end of November and still really poorly stocked.

Terrible experience at print shop, very inconsistent, customer service is horrible.

Waited in line to get some posters and flyers printed, after waiting in line was told to go to the printers and print it myself. After explaining that the self serve printer isn’t formatting my images correctly (which has happened before) I was treated as if I was the one doing something wrong.

Once going through the process of uploading my image and sending the digital email again (with a member of staff) the printer still didn’t format the image correctly.

I was told that there was nothing they could do and that I would have to figure out the issues myself.

When I first came to this location I had no issues what so ever, I was able to go up to the desk and get my posters and flyers printed correctly and fast. It’s was simple and efficient.

The last two times have been terrible and staff have not been helpful at all, you are made to feel as if you are bringing them this burden of a task.

I will not be going to this location again.

You go in there and it's freaking dark in there. It almost looked like they turned some lights off just to save sole electricity. The whole place just looked bloody sad.

Normally service at this Staples is just adequate, no one really sems to care. Today we went in walked right to the service desk. The guy there looked at us and walked around us and over to a till where there was an issue. We watched him for a few minutes as he was observing the 2 people already there. He offered nothing to the issue at that till. I said excuse me! He turned gave me a dismissive look and continued to stand there- still doing nothing. The other person there finally helped us albeit grudgingly. We had an exact note that we showed what we needed. He gave us the product. We checked out & first guy was still standing at the till that was not working, still doing nothing. Get home & it's the wrong product. Ugh! Not impressed with the service, attitudes or anything about this store. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I was at my wits end trying to find the right external hard drive to backup my files. A very helpful associate explained the differences between external hard drives. I am now the proud owner of a "Cloud" style drive.

Went in for a simple scan to email service. Waited in 3 different lines and left an hour later without service rendered. Lost a customer today.

Returned a product that had failed months ago during lockdown. Staff were excellent and offered complete refund without question!

Fast service, a lot of options to buy printers and they matched an online price from a competitor for me. They have a good extended bussines hours

Helpful staff, and everything was easy to find. I was thrown off by what sounded like a staff member trying to ask a superior a question, and being snapped at to get back to work while on the sales floor, and in front of customers. Might wanna talk to your management about supporting their staff, and not doing stuff like that in front of customers.

The girl works behind the counter is very rude. She made me hate going to that place because of her bad customer service and attitude, she is so stupid

She then blamed ME for the bad quality even though I have had Staples do prints for me before and they turned out perfectly. Was not impressed with this treatment I recieved or the quality of the prints. Definitely not going to Staples for prints anymore going forward. This has completely ruined my opinion of the company.

Pretty baffled about my experience at the print shop today. I tried to go get a picture printed of a family photo that I restored for a friend of mine that was damaged. Everything was going fine at the start when the lady gave me my printing/paper options until some random employee at the back asked if these photos were taken professionally. I said no, these are old photos from my friend's family back in the 80s/90s and she suddenly made some random store policy on the spot. She said "there is a law in staples that customers must get a hand written permission from the photographer before we are allowed to print the picture we wanted. "

Who in the world is going to know who took the photo? This is a family photo for crying out loud. Apparently we have to go fly to China to find the photographer and get a hand written note saying that we have permission to print a family photo of my friends family.

We told them that we were here last year and got photos that I restored printed and there were no problems with the previous workers and both ladies said absolutely nothing. If you want a family photo printed, go elsewhere or else they'll tell you that you must go to the moon and back before you could print your stuff with them. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Worst store in the city. Staff are rude, or too busy socializing. The cashiers absolutely despise their job.

Printers are terrible. Double charged and didnt print. Staff seem to have a hard time understanding you when you tell them the printer says it out of paper and just give you a blank look.

This store on 32 Ave and 29 St N. E.here in Calgary has been serving the community of many many years now and have always kept an upstand quality of products and services. The store has always been well stocked and very clean. The staff are always very helpful and pleasant. I have other stores close to me but I always go to this store for it's pleasantness and great atmosphere.

Wish there were more sales representatives to help people out. The only working people there are in cashier section.

Wow, best customer service I have experienced in the last year. Not only was the manager (Steve, I think) exceptional but the sales associate who worked today (between 4-6pm) in the office supplies department went above and beyond. He helped us pick out the perfect chair and spent a ton of time trying to call another staples to find a desk we were looking for. He also walked our large box to the front to check us out himself and then loaded it in to our car for us!

Such an overpriced and meant to be ripped off, specially on printings, I am suggesting never even try staples for printing

Staff are very friendly and efficient. I was able to buy the items I needed with the help of the helpful and knowledgeable staff. The price was very reasonable and affordable. I was able to return the product I bought wrongly with no question asked.

I've been here a few times recently to pick up paperwork I need printed. I messed up and printed the wrong thing one day and girl working behind the counter at the printing section was so helpful! She told me to email to the store email so she could help me print the correct item. I cannot remember her name but she is a taller, brown haired girl, I know her name started with T.
