Employees would rather chat with other staff or be on their phones than interact or try to assist customers
I had to use the website on my phone to find information they had easily accessible to them

Not a lot of computer accessories are available in store.must order online: (staff are okay

This morning I went in to buy a wired headset for my playstation as well as an ethernet cable. The girl that helped me was so nice, I wish I could remember her name. While I was there I also switched from Koodo to Bell and got 40gbs of data for 50.00 a month. Yay!

They are pretty expensive for not even being professional photo place.

Went in for a printer, absolutely no help from anyone. The one worker just stared at us from the counter he was leaning against. When we inquired about one of the more expensive printers we were told they didn't have any and to go home and order it online lmao. So we went to best buy and they ordered me one and made over 1500.00. I recommend everyone go to best buy, they are awesome and lots of customer service.

Terrible customer service especially from the “manger”. No attempt to help me with a return and shrugged at me and said it’s not our problem. Best Buy from now on 100%.

I came to Staples to print something. The lady whose working there should not worked in customer service at all. She told me to print it on the self serve. She should have asked me first if it just a paper or a special one so I waste $3.50 for nothing because i need a matte paper. So she said she should do it. Then I was the first to come but instead of prioritizing me she did 3 customers first before me. Not a good service at all.
