We had a product printed here. The process of "what you see" on the screen and the printed page leaves a lot to be desired. HOWEVER, the staff at the store were excellent and did everything they could to help us.

Curtis was great to work with as I upgraded my phone. He was very knowledgeable, found ways for me to reduce my monthly costs with my existing carrier and was very pleasant in his demeanor. I highly recommend seeking out Curtis at the Sherwood Park Staples if you are considering a phone upgrade.

Called 7 times throughout the day, and no answer every-time, just want to know the cost of laminating, list my business won’t bother now,

Relatively clean for the most part, was able to find something I was looking for with the help of Jaxon; he was super helpful and nice and even helped me find a better option of what I was looking for. Not a large selection of wireless internet adapters though.

I dropped off a Fedex return yesterday to the sherwood park location and the agent was extremely rude! She did not want to give me a confirmation receipt for the return and instead tried to shoo me away with $5 off coupon. I was not leaving without a receipt. Natalya was her name and hopefully she realizes that customer service is very important in her position! Was NOT impressed and am still feeling angry about how I was treated: (

No one to help me. The few staff that we're working had no idea they were even in a staples store I'm sure. I was looking for some software and the manager actually told me not to buy it there, download it from the website. I opted to buy it there for some silly reason and was charged $100 more than the price on the shelf which I didn't realize until I was home and had to go back and get refunded. I will be going to a different staples from now on.

Very helpful staff, understaffed, you will have to wait to get assisted, the sales guy was helpful though & had great insights, even though there was an entitled lady infront of me who was yelling about some software issues, guess some people are ungrateful.

Expect huge line up though.

Are always out of stock of phone cases and screen protectors.

Love the pen selection, though.

I ordered about 6 fountain pens online for the pick up, ordered got confirmed and received an email that order is ready for pick up, went to pick up the order and after 45 mins of waiting at the front counter got to know that their inventory isn’t up to date and they don’t have most of the pens I ordered, not a single genuine sorry from anyone, wasted my hour right after work. No wonder I choose to order from Amazon most of the time. I hope they learn to do inventory and customer service properly.

There could be more assistance in the photocopy area.
Also it would be environmentally friendly if you choose black and white as the default before color.
I did my copying and was satisfied.

I just visited the store to view some printers but there was a guy name Jaspreet though he was new but he helped me finding this printer with ink and paper according to my needs.he have good knowledge about technology and explained me about all services and 100% coming back to buy a new laptop from him.

Bought a printer, works great. Prints stuff when I need it most.

The lady at the check out made my transaction a smooth one.

This guy with glasses was rude to me, like fs given.then he tried to say sir. I starred at him n he try to mean mug me threw the store window when i was leaving.this place should have more staff.all I did was ask a question n I got, im buzy rite now, sir, in a mean voice.who says that.if he was my worker he be fired.short philipino guy w glasses he was working there saturday at 5pm.he was also wearing a safety vest, fire him if you want me to change this reveiw. He doesnt even deserve a star.

The staff are friendly and helpful but the photo quality is terrible. I had professional photos printed and they are grainy and almost blurry. I'll have to get them developed AGAIN, obviously by a different company. I thought it was a safe bet because it is a "printing" facility. I won't be getting anything printed here again. Do NOT take your photos here for printing.

This Staples Staff ROCKS! They have donated time and materials to the local schools, are incredibly kind, and have quickly fixed any issues I have ever had. Congrats to this management!

Went to print off some receipts here and the girl that helped me was so kind and explained how everything works even though she was super busy! Wish I remembered her name but 10/10:)

Dean in the print shop went above and beyond in assisting us with an urgent application. He was quick on his feet and very personable. His help was very appreciated!

Great customer service. When the clerk wasn't sure he asked his co-worker. He could of just said no. And all of this was just for a pen refill. Awesome!

Currently sitting in space 2 waiting my for online order. Actually, WAITING for them to ANSWER their phone for this service. Currently on call 11 and 17 minutes in. Bad service.

Picked up an online order that was missing an item which is no problem, it happens! We tried calling the store repeatedly the day of and the next day (during business hours) to sort it out and there was no answer which was more of a problem. Ended up using the online chat (quick and easy, would recommend) to have the item refunded but would have preferred just getting my item.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! You need more employees, nobody should be sitting there for 30 minutes waiting for help because you’re all “helping someone already” and can’t give up one minute of your time, that’s your JOB.do better.

Staples is just the best place for office and school supplies
Paper of every weight and many different sizes. Pens, pencils, rulers, paper clips, geometry sets, and of course staples. Computers, printers, toner cartridges and inks for many types of printer. And office furniture. You get the idea.great place for all that kind of stuff. Great quality and friendly helpful staff.

People that work for this store just standing around. Ask for help, and they say they work for hp while wearing staples shirt? What?

Madhur was excellent help. He saved me money and got me a better printer. Manager is excellent too. Very knowledgeable knows his stuff. Hussein was manager's name.

Their Covid response is the best I've seen yet. Though the measures they've taken are quite strict, it shows they care about their staff and patrons. Kudos. I also got a mispriced office chair from here with no hassle from the staff a few years ago. The chair turned out to be cheap and broke so don't but Staples brand but that's not this locations fault by any means.

I just had the worst experience ever with Staples Baseline in Sherwood Park. 4 days ago I did their online order for curb side pick up, and it said the order should be ready in 2 hours. I waited all day and never received a confirmation email. I then called the store- it put e on hold- for extremely long period of time, then when I thought someone picked up the line it unmarked my call and began ringing and ringing and no one ever picked up. I then tried to email customer service. They never responded until 2 whole days later.it is now 3 1/2 days later and finally my order came through. I had time sensitive documents to get out and they were unavailable, tied up my money- took my money no problem but the did no deliver product in the time they said online. So not impressed. Will go through amazon or other service provider that actually answers, replies, and refunds immediately if cannot provide product ordered. Terrible experience.

Just wanted to share the excellent service I received today at Sherwood Park, Staples from Melvin in the computer/tech department. He was very knowledgeable about all the brands of printers. Listened to my needs, and gave me options to suit the needs of my home base business. He even I could not be more pleased with the service I received from walking in the door to him delivering it to my vehicle. I would highly recommend Sherwood Park staples for any technical equipment needs.

Photo printing is terrible.

I had selection of photography photos printed on their premium 4x6s. It took them a week (which they stated, and I was ok with). They look like garbage (laughably bad). I could print better photos on my $50 printer at home, no exaggeration.

Went to London Drugs after, and they had them done in an hour. They look amazing. Definitely avoiding Staples in the future.
