How sad. ALL I want was my resume printed on card stock. I even took some staples branded paper with me they refused. I had to use the ”cost affordable paper” they supply. That and the copy services seems they supply seem super complicated and unnecessary. All I wanted was 6pages. The service used to be great, now… na…. My time is more valuable than their convince.
My HP printer has decided to not talk with the computer.
(Side bar, do NOT sign up for the prescription ink, it’s crazy $$)
Anyways, went just east of the staples to another big brand store, they printed it on my paper for free.

The staff are hit and miss, some are knowledgeable and super helpful, while others treat you like something stuck to their shoe. So far I'm happy with my printer, but have been unable to register the warranty that I purchased. What's up with that?

I recently helped to organize a training seminar in Edmonton, but the course materials were lost in shipping and would not make it to Edmonton in time for the course to begin. We requested for the Oliver Square Staples to print the first couple of chapters to keep the course going, but was initially quoted 2-3 days to complete the work. I called the store and asked if they could expedite the printing so we can start on-time, and luckily for us, they agreed and had it completed for the end of the day. Big thanks to the Oliver Square Staples team for helping us out!

I went to print something, didn't have much time and was in rush. I needed help as I wasn't familiar with using the printers. Miranda helped me, she was extremely patient, professional yet courteous enough to help me by resizing and resizing before printing and made sure at the end I am satisfied with them.
Thank you for your patience and kindness.
I also like to thank Derek and Patty who were great to help me with few other things I needed.

The store is very organised. However, some of the staff are whether they don't want to be there or they dnt deserve to Work there.

So the 1 star is because of those people.

My recent visit to Staples and their print shop was an amazing experience.
Congratulations to young lady’s in a print shop department.
They went out their way to assist with my printing.
Their knowledge kindness is unmatched.
Highly recommend this Staples store for your next printing and shopping experience!
The store is full of different merchandise for the office home and gift giving.

My cat got out of my place he a indoor cat the helped me do up 20 posters the ladies who work in the printing area are awesomeness and helpful and very compassionate thank you we found the cat in less than 24 hours I am so grateful thank you ladies the best to all of the staff Dee

I needed to print some invitations and was not properly prepared. Adrianna and her staff in the printing area were wonderful. Adrianna’s patience and kindness made my experience a good one.

Another example of what used to be a good business but their prices are ridiculous, and we were virtually ignored by staff. Wanna fax some documents? Want to pay way too much doing so? This is your place then. Who charges a $1.50 per 1 side of a page to fax?

You get all the stationary items here. Along with stationary, you will find electronic items such as Laptops, Printers, and related accessories (cartridges, laptop bags etc.). There is plenty of choice when it comes to office material - Office chairs, desks etc. You can laminate & photocopy at a separate kiosk within the store. One stop solution for all your stationary needs

I bought a mic 2 weeks ago from another staples, but this one is closer to my house. I went to return it and apparently the product didn’t match the SKU in the box (they should check those numbers when the product is sold). The manager had a really bad attitude and told me he wasn’t going to return it because it didn’t match. Even though I provided the box, all the packaging, the original receipt. He told me to go to the store I bought it from so I had to driver 20 minutes to the south side of the city and got it returned there. I thought all the staples are the same?

I called to speak with the manager asked a simple question politely she hung up on me, called back 8 times no answer.went to store to talk in person 45 minutes waited the manger anna never came to talk to me and only later i realized she was standing beside the guy i was dealing with asking to speak to her as to why she was she treated me like a piece of garbage for no reason.i did nothing wrong but ask a question this is a disgusting display of customer service and leadership role.nobody deserves to be treated that way its absolutely disgusting.

They have most things but they don't have every type of paper in stock and expect you to order it offline I don't think very many of their employees actually care about their job as well

I had a very bad experience today at what use to be my favorite location. A customer service who you think trying to act like a supervisor was very rude and lacking experience in communication.
I was returning a two usb distributors $6 each, which I got 4 days ago. The items didn't work for me as a data distributor. I was dealing with a nice young leady at the cashier and then this guy came, by the name Yogu to ask me to have the items so he can test them. I tolled him to make it fast please, because I have an appointment. He toke about 5-7 mints to come back and say that the items worked for him since he tried them as a charger, and for that he's going to return only one of them! I informed him that they did not work for me as a data transformer not as a charger and another costumer service employee came to enforce my clam that the item won't work for more then one data transformer. At that point the supervisor (Yogu) started to be more rude and dismissive. He almost wanted to pick up a fight with me! Which I found very funny.
It's just sad that a beautiful manger who I know would hire such a quality.
I think this employee needs a big time training to how to communicate with customers in a more professional and polite way.

Went in to buy a $300 printer and was ignored for 30 min. When someone finally came I was told they were really busy and I needed to wait longer! There was staff literally standing around cash registers picking their noses. And the ONE person that can help is the one busy? Wow! Maybe staff needs to be cross-trained better

Terrible customer service. Store is grossly understaffed. Went to buy a daytimer (among other things and spent $114.00). Had to walk across the store to cashier to get staff to help because the items did not have prices and no staff on the floor. "Logan" arrives. We schlep back across the store to the daytimers. There are at least 20 to choose from. The 4 large ones (all different) I was interested in did not have prices. I asked Logan to tell me the prices. He responded by telling me to "pick one" and he'd get the price on it. I explained that I wanted to know the prices for all 4 so that I could make a choice as I wanted the cheapest one. He said he WOULDN'T do that! Words were exchanged. He threatened to have me banned from the store! Obviously I was being unreasonable in asking for a price! We had more words.he stomped into the back and ultimately gave me the prices. Throughout, Logan acted as if he were doing me a favor by speaking to me. Logan obviously has a university degree and is very unhappy that he finds himself selling printer toner! Too bad Logan.

I complained to store manager, Susan Wagner. I indicated that it would be appropriate to have Logan apologize for his miserable attitude. That was not to be. There would be no apology!

I called customer service in Toronto. After a month of emails with an equally ineffectual "zen desk" person (Robert M), I'm told the same thing. OH! But they'll give me a $50 gift card. I don't want a gift card. I want someone to apologize.

I won't be back to this store.

I remember going to Staples as a child and loving every second of it. As I got older, I still get excited by stationary. However, I was not excited when i entered this store. I am not sure if it's because of the pandemic, but it was super depressing in there. The staff is pretty nice and knowledgeable but I do not think good enough to get me back. Sorry Staples but Etsy is my new love lol

It's horrible place I ever experienced in any shopping center specifically the short lady. They said she is a manager. She doesn't even deserve to be a manager. She was so rude and she doesn't know how to talk to customers.

If i could give 0 i would.
A Staff member physically assaulted my mother in the store. She opened the box to look at the item and when she closed the box a staff member grabbed it out of her hand. When she explained he was going to buy them he refused to give it back. The general manager refused to fix the situation. Will never go back and will be contacting head office.

Specially ordered here because they said they had stock. They charged my credit card and then when I showed up they didn’t have the stock. After coming all the way from out of town. How exactly can you charge me for something you couldn’t scan? !? ! Wanted to support staples but looks like Amazon from now on.

The store is well stocked and the staff are helpful. My only qualm with this location is that the checkout entrance was a bit hard to figure out, though that may just be me.

Worst experience ever! We went today for the printing some documents but the lady at the printing station was so rude and unprofessional. As it was our first time over there she handled a document with instructions after she said what are you waiting for now? Instead of helping us she said there is a printer use it. You guys need to teach your staff how to talk to the customers. Never ever going back! Worst staples in the Edmonton.

I went in today to use the printer services but that lady working over there was so rude not only to me but to all the customers. Seemed like she is not willing to help at all and is forced to work over there. We asked her for help but she replied in so aggressive tone and just gave us the instructions paper and said read it and do it, and there were so many people which are from other countries and may not know how to read English properly. I don’t think that this way the customers should be treated when they are paying for every second on printer. If I had 0 star could have given them. She really needs training about how to behave properly and politely.

The checkout was set up strange and none of the staff bothered welcome us into the store when we came in, or ask us for help when we were walking around cluelessly. The Staples chain in general is usually very overpriced compared to competitors so I wouldn’t recommend.
